1、回波信號分析:焊(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)由(you)焊(han)縫(feng)及(ji)熱(re)影(ying)響(xiang)區(qu)兩(liang)部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)。焊(han)接(jie)熔(rong)池(chi)從(cong)高(gao)溫(wen)冷(leng)卻(que)到(dao)常(chang)溫(wen),期(qi)間(jian)經(jing)曆(li)一(yi)次(ci)結(jie)晶(jing)和(he)二(er)次(ci)結(jie)晶(jing)。二(er)次(ci)結(jie)晶(jing)不(bu)僅(jin)僅(jin)發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)焊(han)縫(feng),也(ye)發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)靠(kao)近(jin)焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)區(qu)域(yu),該(gai)區(qu)域(yu)在(zai)焊(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)受(shou)到(dao)不(bu)同(tong)程(cheng)度(du)加(jia)熱(re),在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)溫(wen)度(du)下(xia)停(ting)留(liu)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)後(hou)又(you)以(yi)不(bu)同(tong)速(su)度(du)冷(leng)卻(que)下(xia)來(lai),最(zui)終(zhong)獲(huo)得(de)各(ge)不(bu)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)組(zu)織(zhi)和(he)機(ji)械(xie)性(xing)能(neng),稱(cheng)為(wei)熱(re)影(ying)響(xiang)區(qu)。根(gen)據(ju)組(zu)織(zhi)特(te)征(zheng)可(ke)將(jiang)熱(re)影(ying)響(xiang)區(qu)劃(hua)分(fen)為(wei)熔(rong)合(he)區(qu),過(guo)熱(re)粗(cu)晶(jing)區(qu),相(xiang)變(bian)重(zhong)結(jie)晶(jing)區(qu)和(he)不(bu)完(wan)全(quan)重(zhong)結(jie)晶(jing)區(qu)四(si)個(ge)小(xiao)區(qu)。其(qi)中(zhong)熔(rong)合(he)區(qu)和(he)過(guo)熱(re)粗(cu)晶(jing)區(qu)組(zu)織(zhi)晶(jing)粒(li)大(da),塑(su)性(xing)低(di),是(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)裂(lie)紋(wen),局(ju)部(bu)脆(cui)性(xing)破(po)壞(huai)發(fa)源(yuan)地(di),是(shi)焊(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)的(de)薄(bo)弱(ruo)環(huan)節(jie)。所(suo)以(yi)熱(re)影(ying)響(xiang)區(qu)缺(que)陷(xian)(欠)問題不同於焊縫中的缺陷,處理起來較為複雜,對鋼管質量影響較大。根據對超聲報警超出驗收標準的部位取樣進行熱酸蝕等理化分析和碳弧氣刨及膠片拍片,得出下列結論:
(1)鋼管熱影響區母材存在不同程度的夾雜物等問題 我們采用API 5L(44版)標準,在用2.5P8X12K2探頭檢測Φ1016X21mm規格的鋼管,發現深度在14到18mm左右,水平距離定位在焊趾邊靠母材約2~5mm處有強烈反射波出現,缺陷信號斷斷續續出現。超基準波幅(Φ1.6mm豎通孔100%波高)10dB,探頭移到焊縫對側則缺陷波反射很低或較難探測到。同時缺陷波根較寬, bofengweimaocu,zhufengbianshangyouxiaofeng,genbudaiyouxiaobo,tantouyidongshi,boxingbianhuamingxian,conggegefangxiangtance,fanshebofubuxiangtong,chengxianchujiazafanshebotezheng。gaixinhaochuxianzaireyingxiangqudemucaiquyu,anzhaoAPI 5L(44版)標準,PSL2的鋼管母材不許補焊。為慎重起見,我們抽取超過基準波幅10dB以上且連續長度超過10mm的多處反射波位臵進行細顆粒膠片拍片,發現部分反射波位臵在內焊趾輪廓線處有點狀夾雜, 夾雜按API 5L(44版)標準評定合格。根據超聲波和X射線探傷確定缺陷的橫斷麵部位截取試樣進行熱酸腐蝕,發現熔合線靠母材側有孔洞和夾雜物,該夾雜物符合ASTM E45標準要求。
(2)焊角回波及變形波 少部分的反射信號是由於焊縫與母材交界處的焊角回波及變形波產生,因此需準確調整超聲儀器,判定回波產生的位臵。當橫波聲束入射到探頭對側焊縫下表麵的某些部位時(圖3),其反射橫波S'和反射縱波L'垂直入射至上表麵的某些特殊部位,再垂直反射沿原路返回,形成變形橫波和變形縱波,與第一次底波一起,在熒光屏上顯示,形狀象“山”字形(圖4)。內坡口變形波的傳播和波形,在示波屏上有些變形波正好在二次波探測的範圍內,往往可能被誤判為二次波發現的缺陷。識別方法是:變形波在很大範圍內,甚至在整個焊道的周圍上都有。因此可將探頭平行於焊縫移動以審視鑒別。
(3)焊趾裂紋 用(yong)於(yu)油(you)氣(qi)輸(shu)送(song)的(de)直(zhi)縫(feng)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)管(guan),一(yi)般(ban)均(jun)需(xu)冷(leng)擴(kuo)徑(jing)。在(zai)冷(leng)擴(kuo)徑(jing)後(hou),焊(han)管(guan)在(zai)焊(han)趾(zhi)或(huo)熱(re)影(ying)響(xiang)區(qu)部(bu)位(wei)可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)裂(lie)紋(wen),產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)可(ke)能(neng)是(shi)多(duo)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)。API 5L(44版)規定,冷擴徑管焊縫要求無損檢驗應在冷擴徑後進行。超聲檢測裂紋反射波信號特征:fanshelvgao,dangtancefangxiangyoulishifanshebogaodujiaoda,boxingjiaokuan,tantoupingxingyidongshi,fanshebolianxuchuxian,bofuyoubiandong,tantoubaidongshi,bofengyoushangxiacuodongxianxiang,duofengbojiaotichuxianzuidazhi,baidongjiaodujiaoda。bufenchaoshengfansheboxingpandingweiliewenquexianxinhaode,jingguoquyangjinxiangshiyanzhengshiliewendecunzai。
(4)偏析回波 我們在對材質為X70,厚度為21mmdegangjiegougangguanhanfengtanshangzhong,faxianyitiaohanfengzaibanhouyibanshenchuzuoyou,youyifanshexinhaochuxian。dangfanshebochuxianshi,boxingtezhengsiweixiaoliewenboxing,fanshewei臵pianxianghanfengpokoubianyanmucaice,yanhanfengchangdufangxiang,duanduanxuxuchuxian。zaiqifanshebodewei臵shang,qiequshiyangjinxingfenxi,mozhijinxiangguanchamianhoujingpaoguangyansuanzhufeiguancha,weifaxianliewendengquexian,zaichaoshengbotanshangyicemucaiquyufaxianyouyigehuxingliangbaiqu,jingceding,huxingliangbaiquchaoshengshuaijianxishudayuqitabuwei,shuominghuxingliangbaiqudejinglijiegoucuda,duichaoshengchuanbochanshenghendayingxiang。xianweizuzhiguanchafaxianhuxingliangbaiquweiyumucaisezebutongdebuweichengyanzhongdaizhuangfenbudezuzhi,zheshiyinweichengfenpianxisuozaochengdeyizhongcujinglizuzhi。jinglicuduichuanbodeyingxianghenda,suoyihengbotanshangshi,zaihuxingliangbaiquwei臵,huichanshenghuiboxinhao。genjutanshangzhongyudaodeqingkuang,chubupanduanweijinshuyuansupianxidechaoshenghuiboxinhao。genjuboxingtezhengfangmiankan,pianxidehuiboxinhaobofudierwending,bofengjianrui,douqiao,bogenxiazhai;從(cong)波(bo)型(xing)特(te)征(zheng)方(fang)麵(mian)分(fen)析(xi),探(tan)頭(tou)移(yi)動(dong)到(dao)回(hui)波(bo)信(xin)號(hao)位(wei)臵(臵),反(fan)射(she)波(bo)幅(fu)不(bu)高(gao),缺(que)陷(xian)深(shen)度(du)出(chu)現(xian)在(zai)板(ban)材(cai)厚(hou)度(du)的(de)中(zhong)間(jian),偏(pian)向(xiang)焊(han)縫(feng)邊(bian)沿(yan),當(dang)探(tan)頭(tou)垂(chui)直(zhi)於(yu)焊(han)縫(feng)前(qian)後(hou)移(yi)動(dong)時(shi),反(fan)射(she)波(bo)很(hen)快(kuai)消(xiao)失(shi),相(xiang)似(si)於(yu)板(ban)材(cai)夾(jia)層(ceng)對(dui)焊(han)縫(feng)邊(bian)沿(yan)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),探(tan)頭(tou)平(ping)行(xing)於(yu)焊(han)縫(feng)移(yi)動(dong)時(shi),反(fan)射(she)波(bo)穩(wen)定(ding),可(ke)以(yi)移(yi)動(dong)一(yi)定(ding)距(ju)離(li),後(hou)慢(man)慢(man)消(xiao)失(shi)。此(ci)類(lei)波(bo)型(xing),很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)誤(wu)判(pan)為(wei)裂(lie)紋(wen)缺(que)陷(xian)波(bo)。部(bu)分(fen)超(chao)基(ji)準(zhun)波(bo)幅(fu)按(an)API 5L驗收則不合格。因回波在母材區域,按API5L PSL2要yao求qiu母mu材cai不bu許xu返fan修xiu,重zhong新xin對dui該gai母mu材cai區qu域yu進jin行xing直zhi探tan頭tou檢jian測ce,和he鋼gang板ban探tan傷shang時shi的de反fan射she信xin號hao一yi樣yang,另ling對dui反fan射she信xin號hao最zui高gao的de部bu位wei取qu樣yang作zuo金jin相xiang實shi驗yan,看kan到dao母mu材cai有you斷duan續xu的de分fen層ceng。
