3PE塗層厚度不均塗層厚度不均主要表現在圓周方向分布的各側測試點的厚度不均勻。 行業標準SY/T0413-2002zhongduihoududejunyunxingmeiyouguiding,zhiguidingletucengdezuidihouduzhi,danyaoqiutucengdezuidihouduzhibunengdiyuzuididiandehouduzhi,erbushiduogeceshidiandepingjunzhi。3PE塗層塗敷過程中如果塗層厚度不均勻,必然會造成屠夫材料的浪費, 這是因為保證最薄處的塗層厚度達到最低標準時,厚的部位的厚度就會較大的大於塗敷標準的厚度。而且塗敷不均的情況下很容易造成3PE防腐鋼管的最薄處的塗層厚度達不到標準的情況。生產過程中出現厚度不均的原因主要有幾處幾口摸出料不均,鋼管彎曲。控製3PE防腐管道塗層不均的情況的有效方法是調整幾口擠出模使幾處的防腐塗層厚度盡可能均勻,不合格鋼管不上線塗敷等方法策略。
