1 、夾軌器的防爬作用一般應由其本身構件的重力的自鎖條件或彈簧的作用來實
現,而不應隻靠驅動裝置的作用來實現防爬。
2、起重機運行機構製動器的作用應比防風裝置動作時間略微提前,即防風製動時間——夾軌器動作時間應滯後於運行機構的製動時間,這樣才能消除起重機可能產生的劇烈顫動。
3、防(fang)風(feng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)應(ying)能(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)非(fei)工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)時(shi),在(zai)風(feng)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)不(bu)被(bei)大(da)風(feng)吹(chui)跑(pao)。在(zai)確(que)定(ding)防(fang)風(feng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)防(fang)滑(hua)力(li)時(shi),應(ying)忽(hu)略(lve)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)和(he)車(che)輪(lun)輪(lun)緣(yuan)對(dui)鋼(gang)軌(gui)側(ce)麵(mian)附(fu)加(jia)阻(zu)力(li)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。

(1)夾軌器:它(ta)廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)於(yu)各(ge)類(lei)露(lu)天(tian)軌(gui)道(dao)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)利(li)用(yong)夾(jia)鉗(qian)夾(jia)緊(jin)軌(gui)道(dao)頭(tou)部(bu)的(de)兩(liang)個(ge)側(ce)麵(mian),通(tong)過(guo)結(jie)合(he)麵(mian)的(de)夾(jia)緊(jin)摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)將(jiang)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)固(gu)定(ding)在(zai)軌(gui)道(dao)上(shang),使(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)不(bu)能(neng)滑(hua)移(yi)。夾(jia)軌(gui)器(qi)的(de)設(she)計(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)是(shi),夾(jia)軌(gui)器(qi)的(de)夾(jia)緊(jin)力(li)須(xu)大(da)於(yu)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)滑(hua)行(xing)力(li),以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)在(zai)當(dang)地(di)最(zui)大(da)風(feng)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)保(bao)持(chi)不(bu)動(dong);夾軌鉗的閉合應靠裝置構件自身或彈簧的作用,而不應隻靠動力驅動裝置的驅動作用,以防止在動力供應中斷時,夾軌器不起作用;動力驅動的夾軌動作應滯後於運行機構製動器的動作,以消除起重機製動時可能產生的劇烈顫動。
