液壓油缸逐步實現了標準化、係列化,其規格、品種、質量、性能都有了很大提高,尤其是采用電子技術、伺服技術等新技術新工藝後,液壓係統的質量得到了顯著的提高,其在國民經濟及軍事工業中發揮了重大作用。
從不同的角度出發,可以把液壓係統分成4個不同的形式。
(1)按an油you液ye的de循xun環huan方fang式shi,液ye壓ya係xi統tong可ke分fen為wei開kai式shi係xi統tong和he閉bi式shi係xi統tong。開kai式shi係xi統tong是shi指zhi液ye壓ya泵beng從cong油you箱xiang吸xi油you,油you經jing各ge種zhong控kong製zhi閥fa後hou,驅qu動dong液ye壓ya執zhi行xing元yuan件jian,回hui油you再zai經jing過guo換huan向xiang閥fa回hui油you箱xiang。這zhe種zhong係xi統tong結jie構gou較jiao為wei簡jian單dan,可ke以yi發fa揮hui油you箱xiang的de散san熱re、沉(chen)澱(dian)雜(za)質(zhi)作(zuo)用(yong),但(dan)因(yin)油(you)液(ye)常(chang)與(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)接(jie)觸(chu),使(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)易(yi)於(yu)滲(shen)入(ru)係(xi)統(tong),導(dao)致(zhi)機(ji)構(gou)運(yun)動(dong)不(bu)平(ping)穩(wen)等(deng)後(hou)果(guo)。開(kai)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)油(you)箱(xiang)大(da),油(you)泵(beng)自(zi)吸(xi)性(xing)能(neng)好(hao)。閉(bi)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)的(de)進(jin)油(you)管(guan)直(zhi)接(jie)與(yu)執(zhi)行(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)回(hui)油(you)管(guan)相(xiang)連(lian),工(gong)作(zuo)液(ye)體(ti)在(zai)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)管(guan)路(lu)中(zhong)進(jin)行(xing)封(feng)閉(bi)循(xun)環(huan)。其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou),與(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)接(jie)觸(chu)機(ji)會(hui)少(shao),空(kong)氣(qi)不(bu)易(yi)滲(shen)入(ru)係(xi)統(tong),故(gu)傳(chuan)動(dong)較(jiao)平(ping)穩(wen)。工(gong)作(zuo)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)變(bian)速(su)和(he)換(huan)向(xiang)靠(kao)調(tiao)節(jie)泵(beng)或(huo)馬(ma)達(da)的(de)變(bian)量(liang)機(ji)構(gou)實(shi)現(xian),避(bi)免(mian)了(le)開(kai)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)換(huan)向(xiang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)所(suo)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)液(ye)壓(ya)衝(chong)擊(ji)和(he)能(neng)量(liang)損(sun)失(shi)。但(dan)閉(bi)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)較(jiao)開(kai)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)複(fu)雜(za),因(yin)無(wu)油(you)箱(xiang),油(you)液(ye)的(de)散(san)熱(re)和(he)過(guo)濾(lv)條(tiao)件(jian)較(jiao)差(cha)。為(wei)補(bu)償(chang)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)泄(xie)漏(lou),通(tong)常(chang)需(xu)要(yao)一(yi)個(ge)小(xiao)流(liu)量(liang)的(de)補(bu)油(you)泵(beng)和(he)油(you)箱(xiang)。由(you)於(yu)單(dan)杆(gan)雙(shuang)作(zuo)用(yong)油(you)缸(gang)大(da)小(xiao)腔(qiang)流(liu)量(liang)不(bu)等(deng),在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)會(hui)使(shi)功(gong)率(lv)利(li)用(yong)下(xia)降(jiang),所(suo)以(yi)閉(bi)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)執(zhi)行(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)液(ye)壓(ya)馬(ma)達(da)。
(2)按係統中液壓泵的數目,可分為單泵係統,雙泵係統和多泵係統。
(3)按所用液壓(液壓油缸)泵(beng)形(xing)式(shi)的(de)不(bu)同(tong),可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)定(ding)量(liang)泵(beng)係(xi)統(tong)和(he)變(bian)量(liang)泵(beng)係(xi)統(tong)。變(bian)量(liang)泵(beng)的(de)優(you)點(dian)是(shi)在(zai)調(tiao)節(jie)範(fan)圍(wei)之(zhi)內(nei),可(ke)以(yi)充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用(yong)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率(lv),但(dan)其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)和(he)製(zhi)造(zao)工(gong)藝(yi)複(fu)雜(za),成(cheng)本(ben)高(gao),可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)手(shou)動(dong)變(bian)量(liang)、盡可能控變量、伺服變量、壓力補償變量、恒壓變量、液壓變量等多種方式。
(4)按an向xiang執zhi行xing元yuan件jian供gong油you方fang式shi的de不bu同tong,可ke分fen為wei串chuan聯lian係xi統tong和he並bing聯lian係xi統tong。串chuan聯lian係xi統tong中zhong,上shang一yi個ge執zhi行xing元yuan件jian的de回hui油you即ji為wei下xia一yi個ge執zhi行xing元yuan件jian的de進jin油you,每mei通tong過guo一yi個ge執zhi行xing元yuan件jian壓ya力li就jiu要yao降jiang低di一yi次ci。在zai串chuan聯lian係xi統tong中zhong,當dang主zhu泵beng向xiang多duo路lu閥fa控kong製zhi的de各ge執zhi行xing元yuan件jian供gong油you時shi,隻zhi要yao液ye壓ya泵beng的de出chu口kou壓ya力li足zu夠gou,便bian可ke以yi實shi現xian各ge執zhi行xing元yuan件jian的de運yun動dong的de複fu合he。但dan由you於yu執zhi行xing元yuan件jian的de壓ya力li是shi疊die加jia的de,所suo以yi克ke服fu外wai載zai能neng力li將jiang隨sui執zhi行xing元yuan件jian數shu量liang的de增zeng加jia而er降jiang低di。
現代工程機械幾乎都采用了液壓係統(液壓油缸),並且與電子係統、計算機控製技術結合,成為現代工程機械的重要組成部分。
