從全球資源散布狀況看,現在適於地熱發電的高溫資源散布多與風力、太陽能資源散布呈區域疊加態勢,為其在工業化、現代化環境下的工業化協同提供了難得的條件。我國也是地熱資源大國,據現在的勘查,高溫地熱資源首要會集在滇藏、四川和京津冀等地,這些區域恰恰也是風力、太陽能和水力資源富集區。現在在上述區域的可再生動力工業建造正在進一步加快推動,碳達峰、tanzhonghefangzhendetichugengshichengweiquyukezaishengdonglikaifaliyongzhenghedezhutuiqi。fanguanshijieyeshidazhiruci。tanzhonghefangzhenbeidadouguojiaquedingweiguojiazhanlvezhihou,congduoshidianwaqiankezaishengdongliqianlidexingweiziranerrandichujidire。genjushijiediredahuiheIEA統計報告,未來5年全球地熱能發電站總裝機容量增量或許達到3.4吉瓦,呈持續安穩的增加態勢。到2040年全球地熱發電裝機量將增至82吉瓦,是當時水平的5倍以上,全球地熱發電開展空間巨大。碳中和舉動催生的氣候技能出資增加將有力帶動地熱發電技能進步繼而拉動地熱出資增加。據RystadEnergy,未來10年全球與地熱發電相關的鑽井工作量投入將出現大幅度增加態勢。各國對地熱AGS(先進地熱體係技能)和EGS(增強型地熱體係技能)等(deng)前(qian)沿(yan)技(ji)能(neng)研(yan)發(fa)的(de)持(chi)續(xu)投(tou)入(ru)增(zeng)加(jia)將(jiang)有(you)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)技(ji)能(neng)邁(mai)上(shang)新(xin)台(tai)階(jie),繼(ji)而(er)帶(dai)來(lai)全(quan)球(qiu)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)的(de)跨(kua)越(yue)式(shi)上(shang)升(sheng)以(yi)及(ji)運(yun)營(ying)本(ben)錢(qian)的(de)大(da)幅(fu)下(xia)降(jiang)。
地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)本(ben)錢(qian)特(te)別(bie)是(shi)初(chu)始(shi)出(chu)資(zi)本(ben)錢(qian)對(dui)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)出(chu)資(zi)形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)很(hen)大(da)程(cheng)度(du)的(de)約(yue)束(shu),但(dan)從(cong)全(quan)生(sheng)命(ming)周(zhou)期(qi)看(kan)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)本(ben)錢(qian)是(shi)有(you)競(jing)爭(zheng)力(li)的(de)。全(quan)生(sheng)命(ming)周(zhou)期(qi)涵(han)蓋(gai)了(le)初(chu)始(shi)出(chu)資(zi)和(he)運(yun)營(ying)全(quan)進(jin)程(cheng),其(qi)本(ben)錢(qian)相(xiang)對(dui)公(gong)平(ping)地(di)衡(heng)量(liang)了(le)項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)競(jing)爭(zheng)力(li)。首(shou)先(xian)是(shi)初(chu)始(shi)出(chu)資(zi)階(jie)段(duan),這(zhe)一(yi)時(shi)期(qi)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)出(chu)資(zi)要(yao)遍(bian)及(ji)高(gao)於(yu)生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)發(fa)電(dian)、太陽能發電、陸上風電和水電等,可是低於海上風電;其次是項目建成後的運營階段,這一時期地熱發電設備的容量係數遍及堅持在80%以yi上shang,遠yuan高gao於yu火huo電dian和he其qi他ta可ke再zai生sheng電dian力li。地di熱re發fa電dian容rong量liang係xi數shu高gao的de優you勢shi有you效xiao補bu齊qi了le初chu期qi出chu資zi高gao的de短duan板ban,使shi得de地di熱re初chu出chu資zi的de本ben錢qian下xia風feng在zai後hou期qi的de運yun營ying中zhong被bei稀xi釋shi和he攤tan薄bo,繼ji而er使shi得de全quan生sheng命ming周zhou期qi本ben錢qian低di於yu其qi他ta電dian力li本ben錢qian。世shi界jie可ke再zai生sheng動dong力li署shu的de數shu據ju顯xian示shi,2010年—2020年全球加權平均地熱發電本錢低於0.1美元/千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi),略(lve)高(gao)於(yu)風(feng)電(dian)和(he)光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)本(ben)錢(qian)。信(xin)任(ren)隨(sui)著(zhe)技(ji)能(neng)進(jin)步(bu)以(yi)及(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)運(yun)營(ying)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)延(yan)續(xu),地(di)熱(re)全(quan)生(sheng)命(ming)周(zhou)期(qi)本(ben)錢(qian)還(hai)將(jiang)繼(ji)續(xu)呈(cheng)下(xia)降(jiang)趨(qu)勢(shi)。總(zong)之(zhi)對(dui)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)點(dian)評(ping)不(bu)能(neng)隻(zhi)是(shi)局(ju)限(xian)於(yu)地(di)熱(re)初(chu)期(qi)出(chu)資(zi),要(yao)避(bi)免(mian)一(yi)葉(ye)障(zhang)目(mu)不(bu)見(jian)泰(tai)山(shan),要(yao)從(cong)長(chang)周(zhou)期(qi)和(he)全(quan)生(sheng)命(ming)周(zhou)期(qi)視(shi)點(dian)去(qu)把(ba)握(wo)。

國內的地熱發電開展曆程較為彎曲,20世紀70niandaidirefadianzengqudezhongyaodapo,dangshichulegaowendirefadianzhiwai,woguozaizhongdiwendirefadianfangmianyeyouzhongyaokaizhan,danyouyucailisuoxiandengduozhongyuanyinweinengjianchikaizhanbufa。zhijin,woguoyangbajingdirefadianyunyingduonian,dandirefadiandeguihuaheshuipingzaishijieshehuidepaimingzhengtikaohou。“十三五”時期地熱發電規劃方針是到2020年達到530兆zhao瓦wa裝zhuang機ji,實shi踐jian完wan成cheng率lv遠yuan不bu及ji方fang針zhen。資zi源yuan認ren識shi不bu清qing,關guan鍵jian中zhong心xin技ji能neng有you待dai打da破po,方fang針zhen跟gen進jin扶fu持chi力li度du不bu行xing是shi造zao成cheng地di熱re發fa電dian方fang針zhen未wei如ru期qi完wan成cheng的de首shou要yao原yuan因yin。特te別bie需xu求qiu指zhi出chu的de是shi,現xian在zai具ju備bei資zi源yuan條tiao件jian的de區qu域yu對dui地di熱re發fa電dian的de重zhong要yao性xing認ren識shi缺que乏fa,很hen大da程cheng度du上shang約yue束shu了le地di熱re發fa電dian的de推tui動dong。具ju備bei地di熱re發fa電dian條tiao件jian區qu域yu的de電dian力li供gong給gei相xiang對dui充chong分fen,一yi起qi風feng電dian、太陽能、水shui電dian建jian造zao周zhou期qi相xiang對dui較jiao短duan且qie本ben錢qian低di,具ju備bei先xian發fa優you勢shi。地di熱re發fa電dian由you於yu初chu出chu資zi大da的de先xian發fa下xia風feng,發fa動dong遲chi緩huan。一yi起qi地di熱re在zai當dang地di經jing濟ji開kai展zhan中zhong具ju有you多duo元yuan利li用yong途tu徑jing,比bi較jiao有you代dai表biao性xing的de是shi開kai發fa係xi列lie地di熱re旅lv行xing產chan品pin,對dui當dang地di經jing濟ji支zhi撐cheng拉la動dong效xiao應ying明ming顯xian且qie見jian效xiao快kuai。由you於yu地di熱re旅lv行xing能neng在zai短duan期qi內nei發fa生sheng經jing濟ji效xiao益yi,導dao致zhi當dang地di在zai處chu理li地di熱re資zi源yuan問wen題ti時shi更geng傾qing向xiang於yu開kai發fa利li用yong地di熱re的de旅lv行xing價jia值zhi而er不bu是shi對dui出chu資zi額e度du有you較jiao高gao要yao求qiu的de發fa電dian。

我國碳達峰、碳tan中zhong和he方fang針zhen及ji路lu線xian圖tu出chu台tai之zhi後hou,電dian力li體ti係xi大da開kai展zhan是shi大da勢shi所suo趨qu,現xian在zai有you條tiao件jian的de當dang地di都dou在zai加jia快kuai推tui動dong可ke再zai生sheng動dong力li電dian力li建jian造zao,這zhe將jiang為wei地di熱re發fa電dian翻fan開kai開kai展zhan之zhi門men。可ke再zai生sheng動dong力li電dian力li麵mian對dui的de一yi個ge現xian實shi問wen題ti就jiu是shi供gong給gei存cun在zai間jian歇xie性xing短duan板ban。2021年發生的以歐洲為“震中”的(de)全(quan)球(qiu)性(xing)動(dong)力(li)供(gong)給(gei)缺(que)少(shao)就(jiu)與(yu)極(ji)點(dian)氣(qi)象(xiang)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)出(chu)力(li)缺(que)乏(fa)有(you)很(hen)大(da)聯(lian)係(xi)。因(yin)而(er)建(jian)造(zao)安(an)穩(wen)的(de)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)供(gong)給(gei)體(ti)係(xi)成(cheng)為(wei)碳(tan)中(zhong)和(he)背(bei)景(jing)下(xia)各(ge)國(guo)動(dong)力(li)開(kai)展(zhan)規(gui)劃(hua)的(de)重(zhong)點(dian)。理(li)論(lun)上(shang)講(jiang)安(an)穩(wen)的(de)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)體(ti)係(xi)建(jian)造(zao)能(neng)夠(gou)有(you)多(duo)條(tiao)途(tu)徑(jing),其(qi)中(zhong)依(yi)托(tuo)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)相(xiang)互(hu)協(xie)同(tong)和(he)優(you)化(hua)是(shi)最(zui)為(wei)基(ji)礎(chu)的(de)途(tu)徑(jing),也(ye)是(shi)最(zui)應(ying)該(gai)考(kao)慮(lv)的(de)。如(ru)前(qian)所(suo)述(shu),地(di)熱(re)資(zi)源(yuan)散(san)布(bu)與(yu)風(feng)力(li)、太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)散(san)布(bu)往(wang)往(wang)是(shi)疊(die)加(jia)在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)的(de),地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)開(kai)展(zhan)起(qi)來(lai)了(le),從(cong)區(qu)域(yu)視(shi)點(dian)看(kan)能(neng)夠(gou)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)對(dui)已(yi)建(jian)成(cheng)的(de)風(feng)電(dian)和(he)光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)進(jin)行(xing)調(tiao)峰(feng)支(zhi)撐(cheng),或(huo)單(dan)獨(du)作(zuo)為(wei)基(ji)荷(he)電(dian)力(li)。動(dong)力(li)雙(shuang)控(kong)改(gai)為(wei)碳(tan)排(pai)放(fang)雙(shuang)控(kong)後(hou),現(xian)在(zai)具(ju)備(bei)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)區(qu)域(yu)開(kai)展(zhan)地(di)熱(re)的(de)積(ji)極(ji)性(xing)肯(ken)定(ding)會(hui)較(jiao)之(zhi)前(qian)有(you)所(suo)增(zeng)強(qiang),推(tui)動(dong)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)工(gong)業(ye)快(kuai)速(su)開(kai)展(zhan)的(de)條(tiao)件(jian)正(zheng)在(zai)逐(zhu)漸(jian)具(ju)備(bei)。
風電、taiyangnengfadianzaiquanqiuxianyiguangfankaizhanqilaile,woguodekaizhanguihuayujinengshuipingweijuquanqiuqianlie,danzongguanqijinchengnenggoufaxian,fengdianyutaiyangnengfadianzhisuoyinengwanchenggongyehuadapoyuqikaizhanchuqibidingchengdudebuzhuzhichengshifenbukaide。tongguobuzhufuchi,fengdianguangfuwanchengleqiangshenjiantibingzhongjiuzouxiangqubuzhuhepingjiashangwang。xianzaiyitaiyangneng、風電和水電為中心的可再生動力裝機容量現已打破10億千瓦,占總裝機容量比例現已打破43%,到2030年(nian)還(hai)將(jiang)有(you)大(da)的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)。地(di)熱(re)工(gong)業(ye)整(zheng)體(ti)處(chu)於(yu)開(kai)展(zhan)初(chu)期(qi),後(hou)發(fa)優(you)勢(shi)必(bi)定(ding)會(hui)被(bei)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)激(ji)起(qi)出(chu)來(lai)。當(dang)時(shi)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)還(hai)需(xu)求(qiu)做(zuo)很(hen)多(duo)的(de)勘(kan)查(zha)與(yu)基(ji)礎(chu)投(tou)入(ru),麵(mian)對(dui)初(chu)始(shi)出(chu)資(zi)大(da)的(de)應(ying)戰(zhan),麵(mian)對(dui)係(xi)列(lie)本(ben)錢(qian)製(zhi)約(yue),所(suo)以(yi)在(zai)開(kai)展(zhan)初(chu)期(qi)予(yu)以(yi)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)財(cai)稅(shui)價(jia)格(ge)方(fang)針(zhen)支(zhi)撐(cheng)是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)有(you)含(han)義(yi)的(de)。開(kai)展(zhan)初(chu)期(qi)的(de)困(kun)難(nan)解(jie)決(jue)了(le),待(dai)其(qi)開(kai)展(zhan)起(qi)來(lai)之(zhi)後(hou)能(neng)夠(gou)考(kao)慮(lv)逐(zhu)漸(jian)去(qu)補(bu)助(zhu)。(文/羅佐縣,中國石化經濟技能研究院)中國石油報作者:羅佐縣
