2建立塔機的有限元模型
2.1物理模型的組成
為了便於建立試驗塔機的有限元模型,將其物理模型簡化為主要由:起重臂、塔頂、平衡臂、起重臂拉杆、平衡臂拉杆、回轉塔身、上支座和下支座、以及塔身(包括8個塔身節)組成,該型塔機塔身節有三種,設代號分別為A、B和C,A型為加強塔身節弦杆規格為□135×135×12,內加16mm加強板,B型塔身節弦杆規格為□135×135×12,C型塔身節弦杆規格為□135×1355×10,該塔機塔身節由B和C兩種型號組成,由下至上布置形式為4(B)+3(C)+1(B);而由於其它機構的變形對起重臂臂尖撓度的貢獻量很小,所以不予考慮。
2.2模型的網格劃分

塔機結構絕大部分為杆係結構,可選杆單元和梁單元。腹杆用杆單元也更適合手工計算的習慣,因此塔機的杆係結構采用梁-杆混合單元模型,即主弦杆-梁單元,腹杆-杆單元。如起重臂、塔頂、回轉塔身和塔身節均采用梁-杆gan混hun合he單dan元yuan模mo型xing,平ping衡heng臂bi拉la杆gan和he起qi重zhong臂bi拉la杆gan,每mei根gen拉la杆gan用yong一yi個ge杆gan單dan元yuan表biao示shi,而er平ping衡heng臂bi的de變bian形xing對dui起qi重zhong臂bi臂bi尖jian撓nao度du的de影ying響xiang很hen小xiao,因yin此ci把ba其qi簡jian化hua為wei剛gang性xing杆gan單dan元yuan。
上、下支座是典型的薄板結構,因此把上、下(xia)支(zhi)座(zuo)劃(hua)分(fen)為(wei)殼(ke)單(dan)元(yuan)。對(dui)各(ge)部(bu)件(jian)的(de)有(you)限(xian)元(yuan)單(dan)元(yuan)之(zhi)間(jian)進(jin)行(xing)連(lian)接(jie),上(shang)支(zhi)座(zuo)和(he)下(xia)支(zhi)座(zuo)之(zhi)間(jian)采(cai)用(yong)剛(gang)性(xing)單(dan)元(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)連(lian)接(jie),而(er)對(dui)不(bu)同(tong)類(lei)型(xing)單(dan)元(yuan)之(zhi)間(jian),則(ze)采(cai)用(yong)剛(gang)性(xing)單(dan)元(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)連(lian)接(jie);對起重臂臂根和平衡臂臂根的梁單元進行端點釋放;並調整殼單元的法向;最後進行單元質量檢查。
