塔式起重機拆裝中的事故誘發原因
塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)具(ju)有(you)多(duo)種(zhong)機(ji)型(xing)和(he)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)性(xing)能(neng),已(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)建(jian)築(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)應(ying)用(yong)最(zui)廣(guang)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)。由(you)於(yu)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)高(gao)空(kong)作(zuo)業(ye)的(de)特(te)點(dian)其(qi)誘(you)發(fa)不(bu)安(an)全(quan)因(yin)素(su)較(jiao)多(duo),從(cong)我(wo)國(guo)近(jin)年(nian)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)事(shi)故(gu)案(an)例(li)來(lai)看(kan),主(zhu)要(yao)發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),其(qi)餘(yu)則(ze)是(shi)因(yin)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)和(he)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)司(si)機(ji)在(zai)安(an)全(quan)操(cao)作(zuo)和(he)日(ri)常(chang)維(wei)護(hu)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)責(ze)任(ren)造(zao)成(cheng)。現(xian)就(jiu)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)事(shi)故(gu)誘(you)發(fa)原(yuan)因(yin)作(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)分(fen)析(xi),供(gong)同(tong)仁(ren)參(can)考(kao)並(bing)指(zhi)正(zheng)。

(1)拆chai裝zhuang作zuo業ye時shi,為wei圖tu省sheng事shi方fang便bian,違wei反fan操cao作zuo規gui程cheng,先xian拆chai起qi重zhong臂bi,此ci時shi平ping衡heng臂bi上shang配pei重zhong未wei拆chai除chu,導dao致zhi重zhong量liang不bu平ping衡heng,發fa生sheng塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji折zhe臂bi事shi故gu。因yin此ci塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji安an拆chai時shi要yao注zhu意yi塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji前qian後hou臂bi的de平ping衡heng,嚴yan禁jin隻zhi拆chai裝zhuang一yi個ge臂bi就jiu中zhong斷duan作zuo業ye。
(2)頂(ding)升(sheng)作(zuo)業(ye)後(hou),引(yin)入(ru)標(biao)準(zhun)節(jie)之(zhi)前(qian),旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi),造(zao)成(cheng)折(zhe)臂(bi)事(shi)故(gu)。由(you)於(yu)此(ci)時(shi)塔(ta)身(shen)與(yu)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi),平(ping)衡(heng)臂(bi)僅(jin)靠(kao)套(tao)架(jia)連(lian)接(jie),必(bi)須(xu)使(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi)和(he)平(ping)衡(heng)臂(bi)處(chu)於(yu)平(ping)衡(heng)狀(zhuang)態(tai),並(bing)將(jiang)回(hui)轉(zhuan)部(bu)分(fen)製(zhi)動(dong)住(zhu),嚴(yan)禁(jin)回(hui)轉(zhuan)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi)作(zuo)業(ye)。頂(ding)升(sheng)中(zhong)如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)故(gu)障(zhang),必(bi)須(xu)立(li)即(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)頂(ding)升(sheng),進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)查(zha),待(dai)故(gu)障(zhang)排(pai)除(chu)後(hou)方(fang)可(ke)繼(ji)續(xu)頂(ding)升(sheng)。對(dui)於(yu)短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei)不(bu)能(neng)排(pai)除(chu)故(gu)障(zhang),應(ying)將(jiang)頂(ding)升(sheng)套(tao)架(jia)降(jiang)到(dao)原(yuan)位(wei),並(bing)及(ji)時(shi)將(jiang)各(ge)連(lian)接(jie)螺(luo)栓(shuan)緊(jin)固(gu)。
(3)動dong臂bi式shi塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji,拆chai裝zhuang時shi行xing走zou輪lun滑hua動dong,此ci時shi未wei將jiang夾jia軌gui鉗qian夾jia緊jin,導dao致zhi整zheng機ji傾qing覆fu。在zai架jia設she過guo程cheng中zhong,結jie構gou和he鋼gang絲si繩sheng的de受shou力li以yi及ji在zai立li塔ta初chu始shi階jie級ji最zui為wei不bu利li,隨sui著zhe塔ta架jia起qi升sheng則ze減jian小xiao。在zai拆chai塔ta過guo程cheng中zhong,以yi塔ta架jia即ji將jiang完wan全quan臥wo倒dao時shi受shou力li最zui大da。因yin此ci,在zai塔ta架jia開kai始shi起qi升sheng或huo即ji將jiang臥wo倒dao時shi,必bi須xu緩huan慢man進jin行xing,並bing加jia強qiang各ge主zhu要yao部bu位wei的de檢jian查zha和he觀guan察cha,特te別bie注zhu意yi夾jia軌gui鉗qian的de夾jia緊jin狀zhuang況kuang。
