隨(sui)著(zhe)經(jing)濟(ji)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan),大(da)量(liang)高(gao)層(ceng)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)程(cheng)逐(zhu)漸(jian)興(xing)起(qi),塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)建(jian)築(zhu)工(gong)地(di)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)廣(guang)泛(fan),若(ruo)不(bu)正(zheng)確(que)使(shi)用(yong),將(jiang)不(bu)可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)發(fa)生(sheng)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)倒(dao)塌(ta)事(shi)故(gu)。據(ju)有(you)關(guan)資(zi)料(liao)統(tong)計(ji),事(shi)故(gu)多(duo)數(shu)是(shi)在(zai)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)發(fa)生(sheng)。
例如:在2005年1月 27日,廣州市大學城某工地拆除QTZ-63型自升式塔式起重機時,由於拆卸塔身連接螺栓的先後順序出錯,造成內套架主弦杆彎曲折斷,頂升係統以上結構失穩傾翻墜落,造成5人死亡、1人重傷,且塔機報廢,給國家、集體和個人造成不可估量的損失。

1. 拆連接螺栓的先後順序錯誤
拆chai卸xie塔ta身shen連lian接jie螺luo栓shuan的de先xian後hou順shun序xu錯cuo誤wu導dao致zhi塔ta機ji倒dao塌ta的de事shi故gu多duo數shu發fa生sheng在zai片pian裝zhuang式shi內nei頂ding升sheng塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji上shang。上shang麵mian所suo述shu廣guang州zhou市shi大da學xue城cheng某mou工gong地di塔ta機ji的de頂ding升sheng係xi統tong以yi上shang結jie構gou失shi穩wen傾qing翻fan墜zhui落luo事shi故gu就jiu是shi的de典dian型xing例li子zi。該gai塔ta機ji的de為wei片pian裝zhuang式shi的de內nei套tao架jia頂ding升sheng機ji型xing,塔ta身shen連lian接jie螺luo栓shuan的de先xian後hou拆chai卸xie順shun序xu必bi須xu嚴yan格ge按an照zhao該gai產chan品pin使shi用yong說shuo明ming書shu的de有you關guan步bu驟zhou進jin行xing。
內nei套tao架jia頂ding升sheng機ji型xing在zai裝zhuang拆chai升sheng降jiang過guo程cheng中zhong,當dang塔ta身shen與yu上shang部bu結jie構gou的de連lian接jie螺luo栓shuan拆chai除chu後hou,上shang部bu結jie構gou的de平ping衡heng完wan全quan靠kao塔ta身shen製zhi約yue著zhe內nei套tao架jia的de四si條tiao主zhu弦xian杆gan上shang的de上shang下xia各ge四si個ge導dao向xiang點dian來lai保bao持chi。若ruo不bu按an先xian後hou順shun序xu拆chai卸xie塔ta身shen片pian裝zhuang連lian接jie螺luo栓shuan,在zai低di於yu內nei套tao架jia主zhu弦xian杆gan的de上shang部bu四si個ge導dao向xiang點dian拆chai卸xie連lian接jie螺luo栓shuan時shi,就jiu會hui使shi頂ding升sheng係xi統tong以yi上shang的de結jie構gou沒mei有you受shou到dao塔ta身shen的de約yue束shu。
此(ci)時(shi),當(dang)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi)與(yu)平(ping)衡(heng)臂(bi)力(li)矩(ju)不(bu)完(wan)全(quan)平(ping)衡(heng)或(huo)塔(ta)頂(ding)下(xia)降(jiang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)稍(shao)有(you)輕(qing)微(wei)震(zhen)動(dong),上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)因(yin)沒(mei)有(you)約(yue)束(shu),即(ji)向(xiang)力(li)矩(ju)大(da)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)傾(qing)斜(xie),前(qian)仰(yang)後(hou)傾(qing)或(huo)後(hou)仰(yang)前(qian)傾(qing),在(zai)慣(guan)性(xing)矩(ju)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),對(dui)內(nei)套(tao)架(jia)或(huo)塔(ta)身(shen)的(de)主(zhu)弦(xian)杆(gan)產(chan)生(sheng)衝(chong)擊(ji)而(er)使(shi)其(qi)彎(wan)曲(qu)折(zhe)斷(duan),從(cong)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)頂(ding)升(sheng)係(xi)統(tong)以(yi)上(shang)結(jie)構(gou)全(quan)部(bu)倒(dao)塌(ta)到(dao)地(di)麵(mian)。上(shang)麵(mian)所(suo)述(shu)的(de)塔(ta)機(ji)倒(dao)塌(ta)事(shi)故(gu)就(jiu)是(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi)仰(yang)起(qi),平(ping)衡(heng)臂(bi)後(hou)傾(qing),衝(chong)擊(ji)導(dao)致(zhi)內(nei)套(tao)架(jia)的(de)主(zhu)弦(xian)杆(gan)彎(wan)曲(qu)折(zhe)斷(duan)使(shi)頂(ding)升(sheng)係(xi)統(tong)以(yi)上(shang)結(jie)構(gou)全(quan)部(bu)倒(dao)塌(ta)到(dao)地(di)麵(mian),造(zao)成(cheng)重(zhong)大(da)機(ji)械(xie)及(ji)人(ren)員(yuan)傷(shang)亡(wang)的(de)事(shi)故(gu)。
2. 頂升橫梁擱置錯誤
在zai內nei套tao架jia或huo外wai套tao架jia式shi機ji型xing的de拆chai卸xie過guo程cheng中zhong,對dui油you缸gang的de操cao作zuo是shi先xian將jiang頂ding升sheng用yong的de液ye壓ya活huo塞sai杆gan收shou縮suo,並bing使shi頂ding升sheng橫heng梁liang兩liang端duan的de受shou力li銷xiao軸zhou擱ge置zhi在zai下xia一yi個ge標biao準zhun節jie的de下xia部bu頂ding升sheng踏ta步bu的de弧hu型xing槽cao內nei。但dan往wang往wang不bu注zhu意yi,未wei擱ge置zhi入ru槽cao內nei而er是shi擱ge在zai頂ding升sheng的de踏ta步bu的de上shang端duan,活huo塞sai受shou力li頂ding起qi油you缸gang時shi,上shang部bu結jie構gou整zheng個ge重zhong量liang全quan部bu壓ya在zai頂ding升sheng槽cao梁liang的de受shou力li銷xiao軸zhou上shang,由you於yu受shou力li銷xiao軸zhou沒mei有you受shou到dao踏ta步bu的de弧hu型xing槽cao約yue束shu,形xing成cheng頂ding升sheng橫heng梁liang上shang的de受shou力li銷xiao軸zhou前qian後hou位wei移yi。
如ru果guo銷xiao軸zhou向xiang塔ta身shen方fang向xiang移yi進jin槽cao內nei,就jiu會hui造zao成cheng上shang部bu結jie構gou突tu然ran墜zhui落luo一yi小xiao段duan距ju離li,頂ding升sheng踏ta步bu耳er板ban就jiu會hui受shou到dao頂ding升sheng橫heng梁liang的de衝chong擊ji,雖sui然ran不bu會hui導dao致zhi整zheng個ge塔ta體ti傾qing翻fan,但dan整zheng個ge塔ta身shen會hui前qian後hou擺bai動dong,在zai不bu同tong程cheng度du上shang對dui標biao準zhun節jie的de焊han縫feng、踏步耳板、限位安全裝置、電dian纜lan電dian氣qi裝zhuang置zhi等deng造zao成cheng不bu良liang的de後hou果guo。萬wan一yi耳er板ban有you焊han接jie缺que陷xian或huo已yi透tou蝕shi,就jiu會hui造zao成cheng塔ta機ji上shang部bu結jie構gou傾qing翻fan。如ru果guo銷xiao軸zhou向xiang塔ta身shen外wai側ce位wei移yi,就jiu會hui造zao成cheng頂ding升sheng橫heng梁liang銷xiao軸zhou的de下xia方fang無wu支zhi撐cheng點dian,塔ta機ji的de上shang部bu結jie構gou完wan全quan失shi落luo。
由於已拆除的最頂端標準節已經引離頂升套架,回轉支承與現有的最上一個標準節間有一個標準節的空間,因此就會產生:①在(zai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi)與(yu)平(ping)衡(heng)臂(bi)力(li)矩(ju)完(wan)全(quan)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),塔(ta)身(shen)上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)整(zheng)個(ge)自(zi)身(shen)重(zhong)量(liang)自(zi)由(you)落(luo)體(ti),回(hui)轉(zhuan)支(zhi)承(cheng)的(de)四(si)個(ge)聯(lian)接(jie)點(dian)與(yu)下(xia)方(fang)標(biao)準(zhun)節(jie)上(shang)端(duan)相(xiang)撞(zhuang)擊(ji),造(zao)成(cheng)標(biao)準(zhun)節(jie)及(ji)上(shang)部(bu)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)變(bian)形(xing),或(huo)損(sun)壞(huai)其(qi)安(an)全(quan)部(bu)件(jian)。②由(you)於(yu)平(ping)衡(heng)臂(bi)力(li)矩(ju)稍(shao)大(da)於(yu)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi)力(li)矩(ju),加(jia)上(shang)慣(guan)性(xing),平(ping)衡(heng)臂(bi)會(hui)向(xiang)下(xia)方(fang)傾(qing)移(yi),從(cong)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)頂(ding)升(sheng)套(tao)架(jia)向(xiang)後(hou)方(fang)彎(wan)曲(qu)變(bian)形(xing),造(zao)成(cheng)起(qi)重(zhong)臂(bi)仰(yang)起(qi),最(zui)終(zhong)上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)向(xiang)後(hou)傾(qing)翻(fan)。
3. 平衡臂與起重臂的平衡問題
在空鉤的狀況下,平衡臂的總重量比起重臂總重量重很多,以5013機型為例,在空鉤、小車距離2米的狀況下,平衡臂端對塔身的力矩比起重臂端對塔身的力矩大約38噸·mi,xingchengbijiaodadehouqingfuliju,dangtashenyushangbujiegoudelianjieluoshuanchaichuhou,bujinxingpinghengbiyuqizhongbideqianhoupinghengtiaozhengerjinxingdingshengcaozuoshifeichangweixiande,tebieshidangpashengjiadedaolunxingzoudaobiaozhunjieliangshuipingfugandezhongjianjuliweizhishi(見圖1示),標準節的兩主弦杆要承受平衡臂端38噸/米力矩的橫向折彎力是不可能的,標準節的每根主弦杆所承受的載荷為
