邁克兒·波特在《競爭戰略》一書中,把總成本領先、標新立異、目標集聚視為“三種提供成功機會的基本戰略”。總成本領先、標新立異和目標集聚等三種基本戰略非常正確、非常重要,對我國廣大企業也起了非常大的指導作用。盡管如此,我仍然認為三種基本戰略的提法有待商榷,主要問題是:
一、提出三種基本戰略是否有點絕對

難道隻有標新立異才能提供成功機會嗎?模仿不能嗎?如果模仿不能提供成功機會,為什麼那麼多企業紛紛引進國外的先進產品、先進技術、xianjinguanlihexianjinshebei?mofangyeshiyizhongzhihui。shanyumofangshizhongguoxuduoxianjinqiyedechenggongjingyan,lianribenxuduoxianjinqiyedoushikaomofangqijiade。biaoxinliyishichuangxin,ermofangshixuexi。chuangxinguranzhongyao,xuexiyezhongyao,zheliangzheshibunengpianfeide。
nandaozhiyoumubiaojijucainengtigongchenggongjihuima?duoyuanhuabunengma?yaoshiduoyuanhuabunengtigongchenggongjihui,weishenmenameduoqiyehaizaizouduoyuanhuazhilu?xuduokuaguogongsibudoushikaoduoyuanhuafazhanqilaidema?zhuanyehuayuduoyuanhuageyougedehaochu,yegeyougedehaichu;各有各的條件,也各有各的限度。肯定一方是對的,但也不能否定另一方。
二、提出三種基本戰略是否有點局限
總成本領先、標新立異、目(mu)標(biao)集(ji)聚(ju)隻(zhi)是(shi)成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)必(bi)要(yao)條(tiao)件(jian),不(bu)是(shi)成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)充(chong)足(zu)條(tiao)件(jian)。企(qi)業(ye)為(wei)了(le)成(cheng)功(gong),除(chu)了(le)要(yao)重(zhong)視(shi)這(zhe)三(san)個(ge)基(ji)本(ben)方(fang)麵(mian),還(hai)要(yao)重(zhong)視(shi)其(qi)它(ta)基(ji)本(ben)方(fang)麵(mian),其(qi)中(zhong)包(bao)括(kuo)聯(lian)合(he)、信息、擴張、宣傳、誠信、公(gong)關(guan)等(deng)等(deng)。要(yao)是(shi)聯(lian)合(he)不(bu)提(ti)供(gong)成(cheng)功(gong)機(ji)會(hui),為(wei)什(shen)麼(me)那(na)麼(me)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)建(jian)立(li)戰(zhan)略(lve)聯(lian)盟(meng)?要(yao)是(shi)信(xin)息(xi)不(bu)提(ti)供(gong)成(cheng)功(gong)機(ji)會(hui),為(wei)什(shen)麼(me)那(na)麼(me)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)實(shi)施(shi)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)戰(zhan)略(lve)?要(yao)是(shi)擴(kuo)張(zhang)不(bu)提(ti)供(gong)成(cheng)功(gong)機(ji)會(hui),為(wei)什(shen)麼(me)那(na)麼(me)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)實(shi)施(shi)“走出去”zhanlve?yaoshixuanchuanbutigongchenggongjihui,weishenmenameduoqiyezuoguanggao?yaoshichengxinbutigongchenggongjihui,weishenmenameduoqiyefenfendachuchengxinpai?yaoshigongguanbutigongchenggongjihui,weishenmenameduoqiyezhongshigongguangongzuo?
世shi界jie上shang的de事shi物wu是shi複fu雜za的de,是shi由you多duo種zhong因yin素su決jue定ding的de。競jing爭zheng也ye是shi由you多duo種zhong因yin素su決jue定ding的de,而er不bu是shi由you總zong成cheng本ben等deng三san種zhong因yin素su決jue定ding的de。世shi界jie上shang的de事shi物wu是shi不bu斷duan變bian化hua的de,競jing爭zheng格ge局ju也ye是shi不bu斷duan變bian化hua的de。因yin此ci,企qi業ye為wei在zai競jing爭zheng中zhong取qu勝sheng,需xu要yao多duo方fang麵mian的de基ji本ben戰zhan略lve,也ye需xu要yao不bu斷duan創chuang新xin基ji本ben戰zhan略lve。如ru果guo隻zhi把ba總zong成cheng本ben領ling先xian、標新立異、目標集聚視為基本戰略,就容易束縛企業對基本戰略的廣泛研究,也容易束縛企業對基本戰略的不斷創新。
三、提出三種基本戰略是否有點籠統

我(wo)國(guo)企(qi)業(ye)參(can)與(yu)國(guo)際(ji)市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭(zheng),是(shi)否(fou)都(dou)能(neng)實(shi)施(shi)總(zong)成(cheng)本(ben)領(ling)先(xian)基(ji)本(ben)戰(zhan)略(lve)呢(ne)?恐(kong)怕(pa)不(bu)少(shao)企(qi)業(ye)不(bu)能(neng)實(shi)施(shi)這(zhe)種(zhong)基(ji)本(ben)戰(zhan)略(lve),因(yin)為(wei)他(ta)們(men)知(zhi)道(dao)在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)時(shi)期(qi)內(nei)怎(zen)麼(me)努(nu)力(li)也(ye)做(zuo)不(bu)到(dao)總(zong)成(cheng)本(ben)領(ling)先(xian),不(bu)然(ran)的(de)話(hua)他(ta)們(men)就(jiu)不(bu)會(hui)千(qian)方(fang)百(bai)計(ji)給(gei)國(guo)外(wai)企(qi)業(ye)搞(gao)配(pei)套(tao)加(jia)工(gong)了(le),也(ye)不(bu)會(hui)千(qian)方(fang)百(bai)計(ji)與(yu)外(wai)商(shang)搞(gao)合(he)資(zi)了(le)。我(wo)國(guo)企(qi)業(ye)參(can)與(yu)國(guo)際(ji)市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭(zheng),是(shi)否(fou)都(dou)能(neng)實(shi)施(shi)標(biao)新(xin)立(li)異(yi)基(ji)本(ben)戰(zhan)略(lve)呢(ne)?恐(kong)怕(pa)不(bu)一(yi)定(ding),因(yin)為(wei)他(ta)們(men)知(zhi)道(dao)實(shi)現(xian)國(guo)際(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)非(fei)常(chang)困(kun)難(nan),再(zai)說(shuo)也(ye)用(yong)不(bu)著(zhe)都(dou)創(chuang)新(xin)。我(wo)國(guo)企(qi)業(ye)應(ying)該(gai)多(duo)發(fa)揮(hui)後(hou)發(fa)優(you)勢(shi),把(ba)創(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)模(mo)仿(fang)有(you)機(ji)結(jie)合(he)起(qi)來(lai),這(zhe)才(cai)是(shi)現(xian)實(shi)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)之(zhi)路(lu)。我(wo)國(guo)企(qi)業(ye)參(can)與(yu)國(guo)際(ji)市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭(zheng),是(shi)否(fou)都(dou)能(neng)實(shi)施(shi)目(mu)標(biao)集(ji)聚(ju)基(ji)本(ben)戰(zhan)略(lve)呢(ne)?恐(kong)怕(pa)也(ye)不(bu)一(yi)定(ding)。外(wai)國(guo)不(bu)少(shao)大(da)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)經(jing)營(ying)門(men)類(lei)很(hen)廣(guang),所(suo)以(yi)應(ying)該(gai)適(shi)當(dang)集(ji)聚(ju)一(yi)下(xia)目(mu)標(biao),以(yi)便(bian)發(fa)揮(hui)優(you)勢(shi)。我(wo)國(guo)許(xu)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)開(kai)始(shi)隻(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)一(yi)兩(liang)種(zhong)產(chan)品(pin),為(wei)什(shen)麼(me)就(jiu)隻(zhi)能(neng)死(si)守(shou)一(yi)個(ge)目(mu)標(biao)而(er)不(bu)能(neng)伴(ban)隨(sui)實(shi)力(li)提(ti)高(gao)逐(zhu)漸(jian)擴(kuo)大(da)目(mu)標(biao)呢(ne)?
總之,三種基本戰略本身並沒有什麼問題,問題在於這種提法,在於是否應該把競爭基本戰略局限於三種。我認為:競爭基本戰略應該是多樣化的,應該是與時俱進的,應該是靈活機動的,而不應該局限於三種,局限於三種就容易滑向教條主義。
