由於員工缺少與公司相一致的價值觀,故而企業要把“為股東創造價值”和“為員工謀取福利”統(tong)一(yi)起(qi)來(lai),創(chuang)建(jian)和(he)培(pei)育(yu)這(zhe)種(zhong)企(qi)業(ye)文(wen)化(hua),使(shi)其(qi)成(cheng)為(wei)全(quan)公(gong)司(si)上(shang)下(xia)共(gong)同(tong)努(nu)力(li)的(de)目(mu)標(biao),並(bing)讓(rang)所(suo)有(you)員(yuan)工(gong),至(zhi)少(shao)是(shi)所(suo)有(you)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)都(dou)能(neng)說(shuo)同(tong)一(yi)種(zhong)語(yu)言(yan),即(ji)一(yi)種(zhong)能(neng)體(ti)現(xian)財(cai)務(wu)和(he)經(jing)營(ying)敏(min)銳(rui)度(du)的(de)語(yu)言(yan),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)全(quan)員(yuan)參(can)與(yu)到(dao)決(jue)策(ce)中(zhong)來(lai),而(er)不(bu)是(shi)僅(jin)僅(jin)依(yi)靠(kao)一(yi)小(xiao)部(bu)分(fen)高(gao)層(ceng)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)或(huo)財(cai)務(wu)專(zhuan)家(jia)甚(shen)至(zhi)靠(kao)老(lao)板(ban)“拍腦袋”來製定所謂的決策。
我們可以看出,這樣做其實闡述了兩個步驟:第一步,讓所有的管理人員和員工都學會運用一種共同的語言,也就是掌握財務和經營的共同理念和知識;第二步,運用所掌握的共同語言來積極影響和理解決策,從而創造更大的價值。
