那現金流管理是不是“有錢就能走出危機呢”,其實這隻是狹義的理解,真正的現金流管理是企業戰略性的,全局性的管控。結合自己多年總裁授課經驗,筆者分兩部分剖析如下:
A導致企業現金流出問題的六大原因:
一、經營性資金不足引發的現金流斷裂
企業規模擴張過快,超過其資金能力所允許的範圍,導致過度經營,形成營運資金不足;直接導致存貨增加、收款延遲、付(fu)款(kuan)提(ti)前(qian)等(deng)諸(zhu)多(duo)原(yuan)因(yin)相(xiang)繼(ji)發(fa)生(sheng),造(zao)成(cheng)現(xian)金(jin)周(zhou)轉(zhuan)速(su)度(du)減(jian)緩(huan),如(ru)若(ruo)企(qi)業(ye)沒(mei)有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)現(xian)金(jin)儲(chu)備(bei)或(huo)短(duan)期(qi)的(de)借(jie)貸(dai),缺(que)乏(fa)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)資(zi)金(jin)補(bu)充(chong),而(er)原(yuan)有(you)的(de)營(ying)運(yun)現(xian)金(jin)卻(que)因(yin)周(zhou)轉(zhuan)緩(huan)慢(man)無(wu)法(fa)滿(man)足(zu)企(qi)業(ye)日(ri)常(chang)生(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營(ying)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)需(xu)要(yao);營運資金被長時間占用,最終的結果是資金停滯的惡性循環。
二、流動性不足引發的現金流斷裂
原(yuan)有(you)的(de)營(ying)運(yun)現(xian)金(jin)由(you)於(yu)不(bu)足(zu),企(qi)業(ye)為(wei)彌(mi)補(bu)營(ying)運(yun)資(zi)金(jin)缺(que)口(kou),常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)短(duan)期(qi)信(xin)用(yong)擔(dan)保(bao)來(lai)填(tian)充(chong)資(zi)金(jin),這(zhe)樣(yang)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)流(liu)動(dong)負(fu)債(zhai)過(guo)大(da)引(yin)發(fa)企(qi)業(ye)流(liu)動(dong)性(xing)風(feng)險(xian)。企(qi)業(ye)運(yun)用(yong)杠(gang)杆(gan)效(xiao)應(ying),大(da)量(liang)借(jie)入(ru)短(duan)期(qi)借(jie)款(kuan),用(yong)於(yu)購(gou)置(zhi)長(chang)期(qi)資(zi)產(chan),雖(sui)能(neng)在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)程(cheng)度(du)上(shang)滿(man)足(zu)購(gou)置(zhi)長(chang)期(qi)資(zi)產(chan)的(de)資(zi)金(jin)需(xu)求(qiu),但(dan)造(zao)成(cheng)企(qi)業(ye)償(chang)債(zhai)能(neng)力(li)下(xia)降(jiang),增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)流(liu)動(dong)負(fu)債(zhai),極(ji)易(yi)引(yin)發(fa)流(liu)動(dong)性(xing)風(feng)險(xian),短(duan)債(zhai)長(chang)投(tou),使(shi)企(qi)業(ye)陷(xian)於(yu)巨(ju)大(da)償(chang)債(zhai)局(ju)麵(mian)中(zhong)。
三、投資失誤引發的現金流斷裂
