塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)具(ju)有(you)多(duo)種(zhong)機(ji)型(xing)和(he)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)性(xing)能(neng),已(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)建(jian)築(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)應(ying)用(yong)最(zui)廣(guang)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)。由(you)於(yu)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)高(gao)空(kong)作(zuo)業(ye)的(de)特(te)點(dian)其(qi)誘(you)發(fa)不(bu)安(an)全(quan)因(yin)素(su)較(jiao)多(duo),從(cong)我(wo)國(guo)近(jin)年(nian)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)事(shi)故(gu)案(an)例(li)來(lai)看(kan),主(zhu)要(yao)發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),其(qi)餘(yu)則(ze)是(shi)因(yin)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)和(he)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)司(si)機(ji)在(zai)安(an)全(quan)操(cao)作(zuo)和(he)日(ri)常(chang)維(wei)護(hu)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)責(ze)任(ren)造(zao)成(cheng)。現(xian)就(jiu)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)事(shi)故(gu)誘(you)發(fa)原(yuan)因(yin)作(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)分(fen)析(xi)。
拆裝作業中事故往往是因拆裝公司的拆裝人員違規操作造成的,有的是拆裝前未能仔細檢查塔式起重機的各項性能;也有的是製定的安、拆(chai)方(fang)案(an)未(wei)考(kao)慮(lv)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)時(shi)可(ke)能(neng)遇(yu)到(dao)偶(ou)然(ran)突(tu)發(fa)因(yin)素(su)的(de)可(ke)能(neng)性(xing),如(ru)天(tian)氣(qi)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)變(bian)化(hua),供(gong)電(dian)情(qing)況(kuang)變(bian)化(hua)等(deng)。而(er)發(fa)生(sheng)事(shi)故(gu)較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)是(shi)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)時(shi)銷(xiao)軸(zhou)脫(tuo)落(luo),前(qian)後(hou)臂(bi)受(shou)力(li)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)而(er)引(yin)起(qi)的(de)折(zhe)臂(bi)傷(shang)人(ren)事(shi)故(gu)。其(qi)次(ci),由(you)於(yu)頻(pin)繁(fan)拆(chai)裝(zhuang),受(shou)力(li)變(bian)化(hua)大(da),塔(ta)身(shen)頂(ding)升(sheng)或(huo)降(jiang)落(luo)時(shi)爬(pa)爪(zhao)未(wei)就(jiu)位(wei)或(huo)上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)等(deng)原(yuan)因(yin)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)事(shi)故(gu)。從(cong)統(tong)計(ji)數(shu)據(ju)分(fen)析(xi)來(lai)看(kan),拆(chai)裝(zhuang)事(shi)故(gu)誘(you)發(fa)原(yuan)因(yin)主(zhu)要(yao)如(ru)下(xia):
(1) 拆chai裝zhuang作zuo業ye時shi,為wei圖tu省sheng事shi方fang便bian,違wei反fan操cao作zuo規gui程cheng,先xian拆chai起qi重zhong臂bi,此ci時shi平ping衡heng臂bi上shang配pei重zhong未wei拆chai除chu,導dao致zhi重zhong量liang不bu平ping衡heng,發fa生sheng塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji折zhe臂bi事shi故gu。因yin此ci塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji安an拆chai時shi要yao注zhu意yi塔ta式shi起qi重zhong機ji前qian後hou臂bi的de平ping衡heng,嚴yan禁jin隻zhi拆chai裝zhuang一yi個ge臂bi就jiu中zhong斷duan作zuo業ye。
(2) 頂ding升sheng作zuo業ye後hou,引yin入ru標biao準zhun節jie之zhi前qian,旋xuan轉zhuan起qi重zhong臂bi,造zao成cheng折zhe臂bi事shi故gu。由you於yu此ci時shi塔ta身shen與yu起qi重zhong臂bi,平ping衡heng臂bi僅jin靠kao套tao架jia連lian接jie,必bi須xu使shi起qi重zhong臂bi和he平ping衡heng臂bi處chu於yu平ping衡heng狀zhuang態tai,並bing將jiang回hui轉zhuan部bu分fen製zhi動dong住zhu,嚴yan禁jin回hui轉zhuan起qi重zhong臂bi作zuo業ye。頂ding升sheng中zhong如ru發fa現xian故gu障zhang,必bi須xu立li即ji停ting止zhi頂ding升sheng,進jin行xing檢jian查zha,待dai故gu障zhang排pai除chu後hou方fang可ke繼ji續xu頂ding升sheng。對dui於yu短duan時shi間jian內nei不bu能neng排pai除chu故gu障zhang,應ying將jiang頂ding升sheng套tao架jia降jiang到dao原yuan位wei,並bing及ji時shi將jiang各ge連lian接jie螺luo栓shuan緊jin固gu。
(3) 動(dong)臂(bi)式(shi)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),拆(chai)裝(zhuang)時(shi)行(xing)走(zou)輪(lun)滑(hua)動(dong),此(ci)時(shi)未(wei)將(jiang)夾(jia)軌(gui)鉗(qian)夾(jia)緊(jin),導(dao)致(zhi)整(zheng)機(ji)傾(qing)覆(fu)。在(zai)架(jia)設(she)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),結(jie)構(gou)和(he)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)的(de)受(shou)力(li)以(yi)及(ji)在(zai)立(li)塔(ta)初(chu)始(shi)階(jie)級(ji)最(zui)為(wei)不(bu)利(li),隨(sui)著(zhe)塔(ta)架(jia)起(qi)升(sheng)則(ze)減(jian)小(xiao)。在(zai)拆(chai)塔(ta)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),以(yi)塔(ta)架(jia)即(ji)將(jiang)完(wan)全(quan)臥(wo)倒(dao)時(shi)受(shou)力(li)最(zui)大(da)。因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)塔(ta)架(jia)開(kai)始(shi)起(qi)升(sheng)或(huo)即(ji)將(jiang)臥(wo)倒(dao)時(shi),必(bi)須(xu)緩(huan)慢(man)進(jin)行(xing),並(bing)加(jia)強(qiang)各(ge)主(zhu)要(yao)部(bu)位(wei)的(de)檢(jian)查(zha)和(he)觀(guan)察(cha),特(te)別(bie)注(zhu)意(yi)夾(jia)軌(gui)鉗(qian)的(de)夾(jia)緊(jin)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)。
(4) 塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)拆(chai)除(chu)作(zuo)業(ye)時(shi),違(wei)反(fan)操(cao)作(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng),提(ti)前(qian)拆(chai)除(chu)標(biao)準(zhun)節(jie)螺(luo)栓(shuan)使(shi)塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)處(chu)於(yu)失(shi)穩(wen)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)而(er)倒(dao)塔(ta)。由(you)於(yu)此(ci)時(shi)拆(chai)除(chu)塔(ta)身(shen)標(biao)準(zhun)節(jie),上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)重(zhong)心(xin)未(wei)進(jin)行(xing)平(ping)衡(heng),勢(shi)必(bi)造(zao)成(cheng)上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)向(xiang)重(zhong)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)傾(qing)翻(fan)。這(zhe)時(shi)頂(ding)升(sheng)套(tao)架(jia)的(de)強(qiang)度(du)已(yi)不(bu)足(zu)以(yi)支(zhi)承(cheng)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou),發(fa)生(sheng)破(po)壞(huai)。
(5) 在拆除回轉台與塔身標準節之間的連接螺栓(銷子)時,出現一處螺栓拆裝困難,采用以旋轉起重臂動作來鬆動螺栓(銷子)尋找平衡點。應絕對禁止,這時套架的強度也不可能支承上部結構。正確的做法是將其對角方向的螺栓重新插入,再采取其他措施。
(6) 塔式起重機頂升時,主要由頂升套架和2側ce的de爬pa爪zhao支zhi座zuo支zhi撐cheng,而er當dang爬pa爪zhao支zhi座zuo發fa生sheng裂lie紋wen和he損sun壞huai時shi,再zai次ci頂ding升sheng時shi就jiu造zao成cheng破po壞huai,此ci時shi頂ding部bu標biao準zhun節jie已yi經jing拆chai除chu,回hui轉zhuan下xia支zhi座zuo與yu塔ta身shen之zhi間jian有you一yi節jie標biao準zhun節jie的de距ju離li,套tao架jia連lian同tong上shang部bu結jie構gou一yi起qi下xia落luo。造zao成cheng平ping衡heng臂bi、起重臂彎折。這就要求我們拆裝人員在安裝拆卸時,一定要加強對關鍵部件的檢查和監督,及時采取措施。
(7) 拆卸前、後臂不平衡出現上翹現象,對打銷軸人威脅最大,甚至有生命危險。拆卸前、後臂應嚴格按照使用說明書要求,選擇吊點,找出吊索的平衡點。吊索的夾角不要超過120~,夾角超過l20o使吊索產生一個巨大的水平分力,產生斷裂。
