力矩限製器 是臂架式起重機的超載保護安全裝置。臂架式起重機是用起重力矩特性來反映載荷狀態的,而力矩值是由起重量、幅度(臂長和臂架傾角餘弦的乘積)hezuoyegongkuangdengduoxiangcanshujuedingde,youyutacaiyonglefuzadedianziyuanqijian,shidexuduoshiyongzheduitawangershengwei,yineryidanshaoyouguzhang,bianjiangqishuzhigaoge。shijishanghenduoshihoulijuxianzhiqibingwutaidaguzhang,zhiyaolvejiatiaozhengjikehuifuzhengchangshiyong。xiamianyiribenMS-3型力矩限製器為例,從原理入手,談一談力矩限製器簡單故障的診斷與排除。
1.力矩限製器的工作原理
力矩限製器是防止起重機的起重力矩或起重量超過機械當前狀態下所允許的最大載荷的裝置。它的工作原理是:根(gen)據(ju)工(gong)作(zuo)前(qian)設(she)定(ding)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)狀(zhuang)態(tai)參(can)數(shu)和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)狀(zhuang)態(tai)參(can)數(shu),檢(jian)索(suo)出(chu)預(yu)存(cun)在(zai)存(cun)貯(zhu)器(qi)內(nei)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)當(dang)前(qian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)允(yun)許(xu)的(de)最(zui)大(da)的(de)載(zai)荷(he),以(yi)此(ci)為(wei)標(biao)準(zhun),將(jiang)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)載(zai)荷(he)與(yu)其(qi)比(bi)較(jiao),從(cong)而(er)判(pan)定(ding)機(ji)械(xie)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)是(shi)否(fou)安(an)全(quan)。從(cong)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)來(lai)看(kan),影(ying)響(xiang)其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)參(can)數(shu)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)幾(ji)個(ge):
臂長L,對諸如履帶式起重機之類固定臂架的機械要預設,對伸縮臂式起重機則由臂長傳感器檢測;
吊臂角度θ,由角度傳感器檢測;
工作半徑R;
工作區域,隻對360°不同區域內起重曲線有差別的起重機有影響,如大多數汽車起重機;
起重鋼絲繩倍率,預設;
起重力矩,由傳感器檢測;
起重量,由傳器檢測。
傳感器檢測到的電壓信號,經過多級放大後再進行模/數轉換成數字信號,提供給CPU,由CPU完成數據的檢索、比較、顯示,並在起重載荷超載時發出報警,同時發送停止指令給執行機構。
2 故障診斷與排除
力矩限製器所發生的故障總的來說不外乎5個部位:傳感器、增益電路、中央處理與存貯、顯(xian)示(shi)和(he)執(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)。一(yi)般(ban)來(lai)說(shuo),中(zhong)央(yang)處(chu)理(li)與(yu)存(cun)貯(zhu)和(he)顯(xian)示(shi)部(bu)分(fen)發(fa)生(sheng)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)概(gai)率(lv)不(bu)大(da),而(er)一(yi)旦(dan)出(chu)了(le)故(gu)障(zhang)也(ye)隻(zhi)能(neng)向(xiang)廠(chang)商(shang)求(qiu)助(zhu)了(le),除(chu)此(ci)之(zhi)外(wai)其(qi)它(ta)部(bu)分(fen)則(ze)都(dou)是(shi)可(ke)以(yi)進(jin)行(xing)修(xiu)理(li)的(de)。
2.1 傳感器
角度檢測、臂長檢測和方位檢測傳感器一般采用的是電位計。它常見的故障現象是顯示器上顯示值跳變、bubianhuoluanbian。youyuzhesangechuanganqizhishiyizhongjiandandejixiezhuangzhi,jianxiujiandan,yinciguzhangzhenduantongchangyaocongzhelikaishi。jianzhafangfashiyongwanyongbiaojiancechuanganqishuchuxinhaoshifoulianxu,huochaixiachuanganqi,yongshouyunsuzhuandong,tongguowanyongbiaojianzhaqishuchuduandianzubianhuaqingkuangjizongdianzushifouyubiaodingzhixiangfu,ruyouyichang,zeshuomingchuanganqiyouwenti,jiangqigenghuanjike。zhesangechuanganqijunkeyongxiangtongguigedeguochanpindaiti,danjiaodujianceqihefangweijianceqideanzhuangweizhizeshifenzhongyao,zaichaixieshiyingzuochushidangdebiaoji,anzhuangshiyaojinshencongshi。
力(li)矩(ju)檢(jian)測(ce)或(huo)重(zhong)量(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)應(ying)變(bian)儀(yi)組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)電(dian)橋(qiao)。判(pan)斷(duan)一(yi)台(tai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)所(suo)裝(zhuang)的(de)是(shi)力(li)矩(ju)檢(jian)測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)還(hai)是(shi)重(zhong)量(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),有(you)一(yi)個(ge)十(shi)分(fen)簡(jian)單(dan)的(de)判(pan)別(bie)方(fang)法(fa),即(ji)看(kan)力(li)矩(ju)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)設(she)定(ding)時(shi)是(shi)否(fou)要(yao)求(qiu)輸(shu)入(ru)起(qi)重(zhong)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)倍(bei)率(lv),如(ru)需(xu)要(yao),則(ze)是(shi)重(zhong)量(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),反(fan)之(zhi),則(ze)是(shi)力(li)矩(ju)檢(jian)測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)。常(chang)見(jian)的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)是(shi)三(san)滑(hua)輪(lun)式(shi)的(de),也(ye)有(you)一(yi)些(xie)履(lv)帶(dai)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)將(jiang)其(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)門(men)形(xing)架(jia)滑(hua)輪(lun)上(shang)。力(li)矩(ju)檢(jian)測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)最(zui)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)是(shi)裝(zhuang)在(zai)變(bian)幅(fu)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的(de)連(lian)接(jie)銷(xiao)處(chu)。一(yi)般(ban)來(lai)說(shuo),這(zhe)兩(liang)種(zhong)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)壞(huai)了(le)是(shi)不(bu)能(neng)修(xiu)複(fu)的(de),隻(zhi)能(neng)找(zhao)原(yuan)生(sheng)產(chan)廠(chang)家(jia)或(huo)專(zhuan)業(ye)廠(chang)家(jia)來(lai)解(jie)決(jue)問(wen)題(ti)。由(you)於(yu)這(zhe)兩(liang)種(zhong)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)是(shi)電(dian)橋(qiao),因(yin)此(ci)電(dian)位(wei)水(shui)平(ping)低(di),而(er)且(qie)很(hen)敏(min)感(gan),故(gu)常(chang)常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian),而(er)且(qie)一(yi)旦(dan)屏(ping)蔽(bi)層(ceng)或(huo)接(jie)頭(tou)有(you)所(suo)損(sun)壞(huai),常(chang)常(chang)對(dui)檢(jian)測(ce)結(jie)果(guo)有(you)較(jiao)大(da)影(ying)響(xiang),因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)更(geng)換(huan)電(dian)纜(lan)時(shi)一(yi)定(ding)要(yao)用(yong)整(zheng)根(gen)完(wan)好(hao)無(wu)損(sun)的(de)屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian),並(bing)要(yao)求(qiu)焊(han)點(dian)光(guang)滑(hua)可(ke)靠(kao),接(jie)頭(tou)處(chu)也(ye)要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)防(fang)水(shui)。
2.2 放大電路
放(fang)大(da)電(dian)路(lu)是(shi)在(zai)主(zhu)板(ban)上(shang)的(de)模(mo)擬(ni)電(dian)路(lu),主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)來(lai)增(zeng)益(yi)電(dian)位(wei)水(shui)平(ping)低(di)的(de)力(li)矩(ju)或(huo)重(zhong)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao)。常(chang)見(jian)故(gu)障(zhang)也(ye)是(shi)顯(xian)示(shi)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)或(huo)無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi),在(zai)排(pai)除(chu)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)可(ke)能(neng)性(xing)後(hou),即(ji)可(ke)檢(jian)查(zha)此(ci)部(bu)分(fen)。現(xian)在(zai)常(chang)用(yong)的(de)力(li)矩(ju)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)放(fang)大(da)電(dian)路(lu)大(da)多(duo)采(cai)用(yong)集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)路(lu),因(yin)此(ci)可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)替(ti)代(dai)法(fa)來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)查(zha)。
在放大電路中有兩個調整點,一個是零位調整(ZERO ADJUST),一個是放大倍數調整(SPAN ADJUST)。有些力矩限製器(例如TADANO起重機上常用的AML-M1型力矩限製器)甚shen至zhi直zhi接jie將jiang這zhe兩liang個ge調tiao整zheng點dian引yin出chu來lai,做zuo成cheng旋xuan鈕niu以yi供gong調tiao整zheng,在zai顯xian示shi不bu準zhun確que時shi可ke以yi調tiao整zheng這zhe兩liang個ge旋xuan鈕niu。但dan在zai調tiao整zheng前qian要yao弄nong清qing到dao底di應ying該gai調tiao哪na一yi個ge。以yi起qi重zhong量liang為wei例li,用yong一yi組zu重zhong量liang已yi知zhi的de重zhong物wu為wei砝fa碼ma,逐zhu次ci吊diao起qi,將jiang顯xian示shi值zhi記ji錄lu下xia來lai,比bi較jiao顯xian示shi值zhi與yu真zhen實shi值zhi的de差cha,如ru果guo每mei組zu差cha值zhi不bu變bian,則ze應ying調tiao零ling,如ru每mei組zu差cha值zhi隨sui吊diao重zhong量liang增zeng加jia而er增zeng加jia,則ze應ying調tiao整zheng放fang大da倍bei數shu。
2.3 執行機構
zhixingjigoutongchangshidiancifa。qiguzhangxianxiangshixianshiyiqiezhengchang,lijuxianzhiqiyebaojing,danyinggaizidongtingzhidecaozuoyirannenggoucaozuo。zheshikeyijianzhaxiangyingdediancifaxianquanshifouzhengchang,yijizaiqizhongjichuyuyinggaitingzhizhuangtaishishifouyoudianxinhaodaogaidiancifa,youcipanduanguzhangshichuzaidiancifashanghaishichuzaixianlushang。
2.4 維修實例
我公司使用的一台石川島IHI500CCHxinglvdaishiqizhongji,qidiaobijijiesunhuai。zaishiyanxinzhidediaobishilijuxianzhiqixianshiyiqiezhengchang,danmanfuheshiyanshi,faxiandangsuodiaozhongwuandiaozhongquxianbiaoshijiyijingchaozai,danlijuxianzhiqixianshihaizaianquanfanweinei,erqiejiaoduyuedazhezhongxianxiangyuemingxian。jinghedui,suodiaozhongwuzhongliangyuxianshixiangwenhe,qiegaidiaojicaiyongdeshizhongliangjiancechuanganqi,anzhuangzaimenxingjiashang,bichang36m是shi事shi先xian設she定ding的de,也ye不bu會hui有you問wen題ti,由you此ci懷huai疑yi是shi否fou在zai安an裝zhuang時shi角jiao度du傳chuan感gan器qi的de位wei置zhi有you了le偏pian移yi。但dan起qi重zhong機ji臂bi架jia的de基ji節jie是shi一yi桁heng架jia式shi結jie構gou,不bu好hao尋xun找zhao準zhun確que的de水shui平ping基ji準zhun點dian。於yu是shi用yong皮pi尺chi實shi際ji測ce量liang了le吊diao臂bi不bu同tong角jiao度du(顯示值)下的工作半徑。
從表1可知,顯示值與實測值之間存在一個偏差。根據公式Δθ=θ顯示-θ實測=arccos(R顯示/L)-arccos(R實測/L)求出每一角度下的差值後取平均值,得出顯示角度比實測角度大了約3°。由於該機沒有角度零位調整旋鈕,在將傳感器以擺錘的鉸接點為中心逆時針轉了約3°後,故障消失。
力li矩ju限xian製zhi器qi實shi際ji上shang是shi單dan片pian機ji在zai工gong業ye上shang運yun用yong的de一yi個ge簡jian單dan例li子zi,它ta本ben身shen的de電dian路lu並bing不bu太tai複fu雜za,隻zhi要yao具ju有you一yi定ding的de應ying用yong電dian子zi技ji術shu基ji礎chu,懂dong得de了le它ta的de基ji本ben原yuan理li後hou,修xiu理li是shi不bu難nan的de。在zai整zheng個ge力li矩ju限xian製zhi器qi中zhong,實shi際ji上shang價jia值zhi最zui高gao的de是shiROM裏存貯的數據。因此,在對主板修理時一定要規範操作,防止ROM裏所存貯的數據被損毀。
