自從在網上提出“價格是電子商務的核心競爭力”的觀點之後,許多人在評論和郵件中提出不同意見,認為電子商務的核心競爭力在於服務和技術方麵,根據企業不同情況而相異,而“低價是電子商務的核心競爭力”的言論無疑會將行業引入價格戰的惡性競爭當中。
在這裏我修正一下我的說法,將“電子商務”的範圍縮小,論點改成“價格是網上零售的核心競爭力”。並就此加以論述證明。
首先,服務是網上零售的核心競爭力嗎?
