1、盡量減少有害因素的影響
(1)減少機械雜質的影響
機械雜質一般指的是灰塵、土壤等非金屬物質和工程機械在使用過程中自身產生的一些金屬屑、磨(mo)損(sun)產(chan)物(wu)等(deng)。這(zhe)些(xie)雜(za)質(zhi)一(yi)旦(dan)進(jin)入(ru)機(ji)械(xie)內(nei)部(bu),到(dao)達(da)機(ji)械(xie)的(de)配(pei)合(he)表(biao)麵(mian)之(zhi)間(jian),其(qi)危(wei)害(hai)是(shi)很(hen)大(da)的(de),不(bu)但(dan)使(shi)相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong)出(chu)來(lai)阻(zu)滯(zhi),加(jia)速(su)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)磨(mo)損(sun),而(er)且(qie)會(hui)擦(ca)傷(shang)配(pei)合(he)表(biao)麵(mian),破(po)壞(huai)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)膜(mo),使(shi)零(ling)件(jian)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao)、潤滑油變質。據測定,潤滑中機械雜質增加到0.15%時,發動機第一道活塞環的磨損速度將比正常值大2.5倍;滾動軸隨進入雜質微粒時,其壽命將降低80%-90%。因此,對於工作在環境惡劣、條件複雜場所的工程機械來說,一要使用優質、配套的零部件及潤滑油、潤滑脂,堵住有害雜質的源頭;二er要yao做zuo好hao工gong作zuo現xian場chang的de機ji械xie防fang護hu工gong作zuo,保bao證zheng相xiang應ying機ji構gou能neng正zheng常chang工gong作zuo,防fang止zhi各ge種zhong雜za質zhi進jin入ru機ji械xie內nei部bu。對dui出chu現xian故gu障zhang的de機ji械xie,盡jin量liang到dao正zheng規gui的de修xiu理li場chang所suo進jin行xing修xiu理li。現xian場chang修xiu理li時shi,也ye要yao做zuo好hao防fang護hu措cuo施shi,防fang止zhi現xian場chang修xiu理li時shi更geng換huan的de零ling部bu件jian在zai進jin入ru機ji械xie前qian受shou到dao灰hui塵chen等deng雜za質zhi的de汙wu染ran。
(2)減少溫度的影響

(3)減少各種腐蝕作用
