衍架式起重機由於具有起重靈活、操作簡單、安裝及拆卸方便等特點,被廣泛地應用於施工企業的橋梁架設工地上。因此確保衍架式超重機的安全運轉,對提高工作效率、降低生產成本、防止人身傷亡、樹(shu)立(li)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)信(xin)譽(yu)等(deng)方(fang)麵(mian)起(qi)著(zhe)非(fei)常(chang)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。然(ran)而(er)由(you)於(yu)種(zhong)種(zhong)原(yuan)因(yin),衍(yan)架(jia)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)這(zhe)樣(yang)那(na)樣(yang)的(de)事(shi)故(gu),給(gei)施(shi)工(gong)企(qi)業(ye)造(zao)成(cheng)了(le)不(bu)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)損(sun)失(shi)。本(ben)文(wen)在(zai)對(dui)衍(yan)架(jia)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)安(an)全(quan)事(shi)故(gu)進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析(xi)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),提(ti)出(chu)了(le)一(yi)些(xie)具(ju)體(ti)的(de)防(fang)護(hu)措(cuo)施(shi)。
1 衍架式起重機事故分析
衍架式起重機事故的最大比例是載荷的墜落。鋼絲繩的損壞、傳動和承載係統零部件的損壞、載荷嚴重超重、操作失誤和維護保養不當等都是造成載荷墜落的最主要原因。因此,為了防止起重機事故,必須著重解決好設計、製造、安裝、檢驗、維(wei)護(hu)等(deng)幾(ji)個(ge)環(huan)節(jie)中(zhong)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。在(zai)多(duo)年(nian)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)經(jing)驗(yan)中(zhong),通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)衍(yan)架(jia)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)多(duo)起(qi)事(shi)故(gu)隱(yin)患(huan)進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析(xi)總(zong)結(jie),本(ben)人(ren)認(ren)為(wei)造(zao)成(cheng)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)幾(ji)個(ge)方(fang)麵(mian):
1.1 承載係統零部件的損壞
1.1.1 鋼絲繩損壞
(1)動、定滑輪組碰撞引起鋼絲繩擠軋或折斷;
當dang吊diao鉤gou吊diao起qi物wu品pin上shang升sheng,如ru果guo起qi升sheng機ji構gou的de上shang升sheng限xian位wei開kai關guan失shi靈ling,而er吊diao車che司si機ji又you未wei察cha覺jiao,仍reng然ran繼ji續xu上shang升sheng操cao作zuo時shi,會hui引yin起qi動dong滑hua輪lun組zu碰peng撞zhuang定ding滑hua輪lun組zu或huo小xiao車che架jia,造zao成cheng鋼gang絲si繩sheng被bei結jie構gou件jian邊bian緣yuan或huo滑hua輪lun輪lun緣yuan擠ji壓ya切qie割ge;或者由於電機的扭矩和傳動係統的能量全部被鋼絲繩吸收,超過了鋼絲繩的承載極限,以至折斷;
(2)鋼絲繩纏繞混亂引起打結或折斷;
在起吊過程中,如果鋼絲繩離開卷筒繩槽或輪槽,或當吊鉤放下後,但吊鉤繼續下降,引起鋼絲繩鬆弛,均易造成鋼絲繩纏繞混亂;
(3)下降限位開關失靈,引起鋼絲繩打結或折斷;
當dang吊diao鉤gou放fang下xia載zai荷he後hou,如ru果guo由you於yu起qi升sheng機ji構gou的de下xia降jiang限xian位wei開kai關guan失shi靈ling,吊diao車che司si機ji繼ji續xu進jin行xing下xia降jiang操cao作zuo,卷juan筒tong將jiang鋼gang絲si繩sheng全quan部bu放fang完wan後hou仍reng繼ji續xu轉zhuan動dong,則ze鋼gang絲si繩sheng反fan向xiang混hun亂luan纏chan繞rao,引yin起qi鋼gang絲si繩sheng打da結jie或huo折zhe斷duan;
(4)鋼絲繩接頭損壞;
(5)鋼絲繩嚴重磨損後,用戶沒有定期更換,導致最後拉斷。
1.1.2 吊鉤損壞

1.1.3 滑輪損壞
如ru果guo設she計ji欠qian妥tuo或huo維wei護hu不bu當dang,球qiu墨mo鑄zhu鐵tie滑hua輪lun的de輪lun緣yuan在zai運yun輸shu過guo程cheng中zhong常chang有you碰peng壞huai現xian象xiang。起qi升sheng機ji構gou滑hua輪lun組zu鋼gang絲si繩sheng的de最zui大da偏pian角jiao有you嚴yan格ge的de限xian製zhi,否fou則ze鋼gang絲si繩sheng磨mo擦ca滑hua輪lun也ye會hui引yin起qi輪lun緣yuan磨mo損sun以yi至zhi損sun壞huai。
1.1.4 結構部件損壞

1.2 起重機構傳動係統零部件損壞
衍架式起重機的起升機械傳動係統零部件由卷筒、軸、軸承、聯軸器、減速箱、製動器等組成。由於設計錯誤、材質缺陷、製造超差、裝配不當等都可能導致傳動係統零部件損壞,因而載荷墜落。
1.3 使用維護不當
1.3.1 誤操作和維護不當
衍(yan)架(jia)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)設(she)計(ji)通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)偏(pian)於(yu)保(bao)守(shou)的(de),也(ye)有(you)成(cheng)熟(shu)的(de)設(she)計(ji)經(jing)驗(yan),因(yin)此(ci)誤(wu)操(cao)作(zuo)和(he)維(wei)護(hu)不(bu)當(dang)一(yi)般(ban)不(bu)至(zhi)造(zao)成(cheng)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)損(sun)壞(huai)。但(dan)是(shi)如(ru)果(guo)經(jing)常(chang)性(xing)地(di)被(bei)濫(lan)用(yong),就(jiu)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)事(shi)故(gu)。例(li)如(ru)由(you)於(yu)吊(diao)車(che)司(si)機(ji)判(pan)斷(duan)失(shi)誤(wu),或(huo)經(jing)驗(yan)不(bu)足(zu)引(yin)起(qi)操(cao)作(zuo)失(shi)誤(wu);對鋼絲繩、軸承、齒輪、滑輪等沒有定期潤滑常常加快磨損;吊車指揮員對載荷捆綁方法不重視,載荷重心位置不對中,引起不平衡起升,都容易引起損壞。
1.3.2 嚴重超載會引起最薄弱的零部件損壞
qizhongjiyanzhongchaozaihuiyinqizuiboruodelingbujiansunhuai。chaozaideyuanyinhenduo,liruyouyucaozuorenyuandiguzaihezhongliang,qizhongjisuoqidiaodeduixiangyuyunshuchelianghuoqitashebeibingmeiyouwanquantuokai,sijijiumangmuqidiao;或在起升過程中意外地被固定障礙物絆住載荷,此時電動機最大扭矩全部傳遞給鋼絲繩和起重機構,引起嚴重超載。
2 防護措施
防fang止zhi起qi重zhong機ji故gu障zhang,如ru防fang止zhi載zai荷he墜zhui落luo,或huo立li足zu於yu防fang止zhi可ke能neng導dao致zhi上shang述shu事shi故gu的de差cha錯cuo,或huo立li足zu於yu增zeng強qiang起qi重zhong機ji安an全quan地di經jing受shou這zhe些xie差cha錯cuo的de能neng力li,沒mei有you一yi種zhong完wan全quan的de辦ban法fa。本ben人ren認ren為wei防fang止zhi起qi重zhong機ji事shi故gu以yi下xia三san條tiao基ji本ben防fang線xian是shi同tong等deng重zhong要yao。
2.1 第一防線:提高使用者的安全意識和操作水平
起重機用戶應是起預防事故的第一道防線作用。正確選擇、安裝、試驗、操作、檢(jian)查(zha)和(he)維(wei)護(hu)是(shi)用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)責(ze)任(ren)。維(wei)護(hu)責(ze)任(ren)作(zuo)用(yong)就(jiu)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)很(hen)好(hao)例(li)子(zi)。恐(kong)怕(pa)最(zui)常(chang)導(dao)致(zhi)載(zai)荷(he)墜(zhui)落(luo)的(de)錯(cuo)誤(wu)是(shi)限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)關(guan)調(tiao)整(zheng)不(bu)正(zheng)確(que)和(he)電(dian)機(ji)反(fan)相(xiang)連(lian)接(jie),這(zhe)些(xie)都(dou)會(hui)使(shi)限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)關(guan)不(bu)起(qi)作(zuo)用(yong)。在(zai)另(ling)一(yi)實(shi)例(li)中(zhong),維(wei)修(xiu)人(ren)員(yuan)未(wei)經(jing)批(pi)準(zhun)改(gai)裝(zhuang)了(le)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),使(shi)安(an)全(quan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)移(yi)位(wei)或(huo)不(bu)起(qi)作(zuo)用(yong)。
2.2 第二防線:製造廠
即(ji)使(shi)用(yong)戶(hu)正(zheng)確(que)地(di)盡(jin)到(dao)了(le)全(quan)部(bu)責(ze)任(ren),還(hai)是(shi)不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)避(bi)免(mian)所(suo)有(you)類(lei)型(xing)的(de)事(shi)故(gu)。因(yin)而(er),起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)製(zhi)造(zao)廠(chang)應(ying)提(ti)供(gong)第(di)二(er)道(dao)防(fang)線(xian),即(ji)供(gong)應(ying)具(ju)有(you)較(jiao)大(da)安(an)全(quan)係(xi)數(shu)和(he)足(zu)夠(gou)安(an)全(quan)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)優(you)質(zhi)產(chan)品(pin)。
xianweikaiguanyeshidierdaofangxianzhongyigehenhaodelizi。zaiqizhongjixieanquanjishujianyanguichengzhong,yaoqiuanzhuangshangshengxianweikaiguan。youyuzhegekaiguankenengshilingerbunengfangzhishang、下滑輪組接觸,所以常規定安裝第二個開關。
遺憾的是兩個上升限位開關都有可能受到控製係統故障和反相連接的影響。可以通過規定安裝反相連接保護裝置進一步防止上、xiahualunzujiechu。anzhuangzhezhongbaohuzhuangzhihou,ruguobushenfanxianglianjie,qizhongjijiangbunengyunzhuan。lingwaianzhuangyigeyuxiangweiwuguandedonglixianzhikaiguan,keyizuoweidiergexianzhikaiguan。
2.3 第三防線:附加主起升機構的安全保護係統
主起升機構為了防止過載除應采用合理的設計計算方法外,采用一些安全保護裝置也是有利的措施。以下就幾種裝置作簡要介紹:
2.3.1 監測保護裝置
安全保護係統的基本要求是能提供監測起重機差錯的信號及記錄,防止差錯繼續擴大,並能及時得到糾正。
(1)重量顯示和超載保護裝置;
該裝置通常采用數字顯示或指針指示等方式,隨時向操作人員顯示或進行記錄,達到額定起重量時發出報警聲音、燈光等信號,超載時通過信號控製使起重機停止工作(衍架式起重機起重量≥20t,應安裝)。
(2)卷筒超速監控器;
起 重zhong機ji在zai起qi吊diao重zhong物wu時shi,如ru果guo傳chuan動dong係xi統tong零ling部bu件jian損sun壞huai,載zai荷he受shou重zhong力li影ying響xiang而er墜zhui落luo,此ci時shi卷juan筒tong超chao速su反fan轉zhuan,通tong過guo卷juan筒tong超chao速su監jian控kong器qi發fa出chu信xin號hao,事shi故gu製zhi動dong器qi立li即ji動dong作zuo,刹sha住zhu卷juan筒tong。
(3)防止事故發生的製動器;
在zai起qi重zhong機ji正zheng常chang工gong作zuo時shi,事shi故gu製zhi動dong器qi不bu起qi作zuo用yong。如ru果guo傳chuan動dong係xi統tong零ling部bu件jian損sun壞huai,卷juan筒tong超chao速su反fan轉zhuan由you監jian控kong器qi發fa出chu信xin號hao後hou,事shi故gu製zhi動dong器qi動dong作zuo。事shi故gu製zhi動dong器qi安an裝zhuang在zai卷juan筒tong上shang,常chang見jian的de有you盤pan式shi製zhi動dong器qi和he帶dai式shi製zhi動dong器qi。
(4)起升高度限位器;
youyuwucaozuohuoshangshengxianweidezhidongqishiling,qishengjigoudediaogouhualunzuchaoguoshangyidingdegaoduhou,qishenggaoduxianweiqifachuxinhao,qishengjigouduandian,zaihebunengjixuqisheng。yanjiashiqizhongjidegaoduxianweiqitongchangshixieshide。
(5)鋼絲繩纏繞監控器;
gangsishengchanraojiankongqiyoudaoganhexianweikaiguanzucheng,gudingzaiqishengjigoudejuantongshang。zhengchangchanraoshi,jiankongqidaoganhegangsishengbujiechu。dangqishenggangsishengyuecaoshipengdaojiankongqidaogan,xianweikaiguanfachuxinhao,qizhongjitingzhigongzuo。
(6)鋼絲繩斷裂監控器;
當鋼絲繩斷裂時,監控器發出信號,起重機停止工作。
(7)起升扭矩限製器;
在(zai)主(zhu)起(qi)升(sheng)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)上(shang)可(ke)以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)起(qi)升(sheng)扭(niu)矩(ju)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi),扭(niu)矩(ju)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)是(shi)可(ke)調(tiao)式(shi),在(zai)扭(niu)矩(ju)超(chao)過(guo)額(e)定(ding)數(shu)值(zhi)時(shi),轉(zhuan)動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)被(bei)動(dong)軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)就(jiu)打(da)滑(hua),可(ke)以(yi)限(xian)製(zhi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)承(cheng)載(zai)係(xi)統(tong)和(he)傳(chuan)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)超(chao)載(zai)現(xian)象(xiang)。
2.3.2 雙重傳動係統
起重機正常工作時,電動機帶動雙套減速箱同時動作。如果一台減速箱中齒輪、軸、軸承等某個零件損壞,另一台減速箱可以單獨承受傳動係統中的載荷,作為備用係統(如圖1)
2.3.3 雙重承載係統
對於吊鉤、滑輪組、鋼絲繩等承載零部件,都可以采用工作、beiyongshuangzhongchengzaixitong,danggongzuochengzaixitongfashengguzhangshi,beiyongchengzaixitongzidongtourugongzuo。shuangzhongdiaogouzufenweineidiaogouhewaidiaogou,fenbiechengshouzuidaqizhongzhongliang,diaogoudianquan、螺母、軸承、橫(heng)梁(liang)等(deng)也(ye)是(shi)雙(shuang)重(zhong)的(de),起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),雙(shuang)重(zhong)吊(diao)鉤(gou)組(zu)同(tong)時(shi)承(cheng)受(shou)起(qi)吊(diao)載(zai)荷(he)。當(dang)其(qi)中(zhong)一(yi)套(tao)損(sun)壞(huai)時(shi),另(ling)一(yi)套(tao)可(ke)以(yi)單(dan)獨(du)承(cheng)受(shou)起(qi)重(zhong)載(zai)荷(he),而(er)且(qie)損(sun)壞(huai)的(de)零(ling)件(jian)又(you)不(bu)會(hui)從(cong)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)上(shang)掉(diao)下(xia)來(lai)。
此ci係xi統tong由you於yu定ding滑hua輪lun和he動dong滑hua輪lun間jian鋼gang絲si繩sheng拉la力li基ji本ben上shang是shi平ping衡heng的de,所suo以yi由you單dan根gen鋼gang絲si繩sheng子zi吊diao住zhu時shi載zai荷he不bu會hui產chan生sheng明ming顯xian的de晃huang動dong。但dan在zai鋼gang絲si繩sheng子zi纏chan繞rao時shi,吊diao鉤gou組zu在zai起qi升sheng和he下xia降jiang過guo程cheng中zhong必bi須xu保bao持chi沿yan垂chui線xian運yun動dong。
