一、發動機溫度過高的原因
1. 冷卻係統漏水或冷卻水不足;2.水溫表指示不準或失靈;3.冷卻係統水垢太多,散熱效果差;4.散熱器護罩網或散熱器芯通風道被雜物堵塞,致使散熱不良;5.水泵、風扇皮帶過鬆或折斷;6.水泵損壞,風扇葉片裝反或變形,風圈損壞;7.節溫器損壞在主閥關閉位置;8.發動機長期超負荷運轉及供油時間過遲等。
二、發動機溫度過高的排除方法
當發動機在工作中出現水溫過高故障時,應注意觀察故障現象,找出原因予以排除。首先要檢查水溫表是否失靈,若不準或失靈應更換;然後檢查水箱是否缺水,進水管、散(san)熱(re)器(qi)是(shi)否(fou)破(po)裂(lie)漏(lou)水(shui),除(chu)從(cong)外(wai)部(bu)直(zhi)接(jie)觀(guan)察(cha)外(wai),還(hai)可(ke)用(yong)打(da)氣(qi)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)來(lai)檢(jian)查(zha)漏(lou)水(shui)部(bu)位(wei)。散(san)熱(re)器(qi)漏(lou)水(shui)部(bu)位(wei)可(ke)用(yong)錫(xi)焊(han)修(xiu)補(bu),如(ru)某(mou)根(gen)散(san)熱(re)管(guan)破(po)裂(lie)較(jiao)重(zhong),可(ke)將(jiang)兩(liang)頭(tou)夾(jia)扁(bian)堵(du)塞(sai)。工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)發(fa)現(xian)有(you)輕(qing)微(wei)漏(lou)水(shui),可(ke)用(yong)肥(fei)皂(zao)堵(du)住(zhu),待(dai)停(ting)車(che)後(hou)修(xiu)理(li)。若(ruo)非(fei)上(shang)述(shu)原(yuan)因(yin),應(ying)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)檢(jian)查(zha)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)殼(ke)體(ti)是(shi)否(fou)有(you)裂(lie)紋(wen),阻(zu)水(shui)圈(quan)是(shi)否(fou)損(sun)壞(huai),也(ye)要(yao)檢(jian)查(zha)水(shui)泵(beng)泄(xie)水(shui)孔(kong)是(shi)否(fou)漏(lou)水(shui)。最(zui)後(hou)檢(jian)查(zha)散(san)熱(re)器(qi)蓋(gai)的(de)排(pai)氣(qi)閥(fa)是(shi)否(fou)失(shi)效(xiao),如(ru)失(shi)效(xiao)應(ying)更(geng)換(huan)。
若非冷卻水泄漏問題,則應分兩種情況對故障進行分析排除。1.turanxingshuiwenguogao。shouxianjianzhasanreqishifouguore,ruguosanreqiwenduguogao,shuomingqigangdianchonghuai,cishizhuyijianzhajitishangpingmianyuganggaijiehemianshifouyanzhongqiaoqubianxing,ruobianxingyingjishixiuli。rusanreqiwendubugao,zeshuominglengqueshuixunhuanbuliang,yingjianzhafengshanpidaishifouzheduanhuoyanzhongdahua。ruozhengchang,zaijianzhasanreqichushuiguanshifoubeixibie,neikongyouwutuocengdusai,zhamingyuanyinyuyipaichu,yingjidebanfashizaixibiedeguanneifangshidangdadedanhuangzhicheng。zaijianzhajiewenqidepengzhangtongshifoupolie,polieyinggenghuan。rujiewenqizhengchang,zeshuomingshuibengsunhuai,yingrenzhenjianzhaxiulishuibeng。2.非(fei)突(tu)然(ran)性(xing)水(shui)溫(wen)過(guo)高(gao)。對(dui)於(yu)不(bu)是(shi)突(tu)然(ran)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)過(guo)高(gao)現(xian)象(xiang),應(ying)提(ti)高(gao)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)觀(guan)察(cha)加(jia)水(shui)口(kou)是(shi)否(fou)翻(fan)水(shui),同(tong)時(shi)注(zhu)意(yi)是(shi)大(da)量(liang)還(hai)是(shi)少(shao)量(liang)翻(fan)水(shui)。如(ru)大(da)量(liang)翻(fan)水(shui),且(qie)散(san)熱(re)器(qi)溫(wen)度(du)不(bu)均(jun),則(ze)說(shuo)明(ming)有(you)些(xie)冷(leng)卻(que)管(guan)被(bei)堵(du),在(zai)嚴(yan)寒(han)的(de)冬(dong)季(ji)更(geng)應(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)。當(dang)加(jia)水(shui)口(kou)少(shao)量(liang)翻(fan)水(shui)且(qie)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)溫(wen)度(du)前(qian)低(di)後(hou)高(gao)時(shi),則(ze)表(biao)明(ming)分(fen)水(shui)管(guan)已(yi)損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)堵(du)塞(sai),應(ying)及(ji)時(shi)更(geng)換(huan)。若(ruo)非(fei)上(shang)述(shu)原(yuan)因(yin),可(ke)能(neng)是(shi)冷(leng)卻(que)係(xi)水(shui)垢(gou)過(guo)多(duo),水(shui)道(dao)不(bu)暢(chang)。如(ru)加(jia)水(shui)口(kou)處(chu)不(bu)翻(fan)水(shui),則(ze)應(ying)對(dui)冷(leng)卻(que)係(xi)外(wai)表(biao)及(ji)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)機(ji)械(xie)部(bu)分(fen)進(jin)行(xing)認(ren)真(zhen)檢(jian)查(zha)分(fen)析(xi)。
首shou先xian應ying檢jian查zha百bai葉ye窗chuang是shi否fou關guan閉bi或huo開kai度du不bu足zu風feng扇shan轉zhuan動dong是shi否fou正zheng常chang,若ruo一yi切qie正zheng常chang,而er發fa動dong機ji仍reng過guo熱re,則ze應ying檢jian查zha風feng扇shan風feng量liang。如ru風feng量liang不bu足zu,應ying調tiao整zheng風feng扇shan葉ye片pian的de角jiao度du,並bing將jiang葉ye片pian頭tou適shi當dang折zhe彎wan或huo變bian換huan風feng扇shan葉ye片pian。
