1 鉬絲

鉬絲安裝。鉬絲要按規定的走向繞在貯絲筒上,同時固定兩端。繞絲時,一般貯絲筒兩端各留10mm,中間繞滿不重疊,寬度不少於貯絲筒長度的一半,以免電機換向頻繁而使機件加速損壞,也防止鉬絲頻繁參與切割而斷絲。

2 運絲機構
線切割機的運絲機構主要是由貯絲筒、線架和導輪組成。當運絲機構的精度下降時(主要是傳動軸承),會hui引yin起qi貯zhu絲si筒tong的de徑jing向xiang跳tiao動dong和he軸zhou向xiang竄cuan動dong。貯zhu絲si筒tong的de徑jing向xiang跳tiao動dong會hui使shi電dian極ji絲si的de張zhang力li減jian小xiao,造zao成cheng絲si鬆song,嚴yan重zhong時shi會hui使shi鉬mu絲si從cong導dao輪lun槽cao中zhong脫tuo出chu拉la斷duan。貯zhu絲si筒tong的de軸zhou向xiang竄cuan動dong會hui使shi排pai絲si不bu勻yun,產chan生sheng疊die絲si現xian象xiang。貯zhu絲si筒tong的de軸zhou和he軸zhou承cheng等deng零ling件jian常chang因yin磨mo損sun而er產chan生sheng間jian隙xi,也ye容rong易yi引yin起qi絲si抖dou動dong而er斷duan絲si,因yin此ci必bi須xu及ji時shi更geng換huan磨mo損sun的de軸zhou和he軸zhou承cheng等deng零ling件jian。貯zhu絲si筒tong換huan向xiang時shi,如ru沒mei有you切qie斷duan高gao頻pin電dian源yuan,會hui導dao致zhi鉬mu絲si在zai短duan時shi間jian內nei溫wen度du過guo高gao而er燒shao斷duan鉬mu絲si,因yin此ci必bi須xu檢jian查zha貯zhu絲si筒tong後hou端duan的de行xing程cheng開kai關guan是shi否fou失shi靈ling。要yao保bao持chi貯zhu絲si筒tong、導(dao)輪(lun)轉(zhuan)動(dong)靈(ling)活(huo),否(fou)則(ze)在(zai)往(wang)返(fan)運(yun)動(dong)時(shi)會(hui)引(yin)起(qi)運(yun)絲(si)係(xi)統(tong)振(zhen)動(dong)而(er)斷(duan)絲(si)。繞(rao)絲(si)後(hou)空(kong)載(zai)走(zou)絲(si)檢(jian)驗(yan)鉬(mu)絲(si)是(shi)否(fou)抖(dou)動(dong),若(ruo)發(fa)生(sheng)抖(dou)動(dong)要(yao)分(fen)析(xi)原(yuan)因(yin)。貯(zhu)絲(si)筒(tong)後(hou)端(duan)的(de)限(xian)位(wei)擋(dang)塊(kuai)必(bi)須(xu)調(tiao)整(zheng)好(hao),避(bi)免(mian)貯(zhu)絲(si)筒(tong)衝(chong)出(chu)限(xian)位(wei)行(xing)程(cheng)而(er)斷(duan)絲(si)。擋(dang)絲(si)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong)擋(dang)塊(kuai)與(yu)快(kuai)速(su)運(yun)動(dong)的(de)鉬(mu)絲(si)接(jie)觸(chu)、摩擦,易產生溝槽並造成夾絲拉斷,因此也需及時更換。導輪軸承的磨損將直接影響導絲精度,此外,當導輪的V型槽、寶石限位塊、導電塊磨損後產生的溝槽,也會使電極絲的摩擦力過大,易將鉬絲拉斷。這種現象一般發生在機床使用時間較長、加工工件較厚、運絲機構不易清理的情況下。因此在機床使用中應定期檢查運絲機構的精度,及時更換易磨損件。
3 工件
工件材料:對不經鍛打、不bu淬cui火huo材cai料liao,在zai線xian切qie割ge加jia工gong前qian最zui好hao采cai用yong低di溫wen回hui火huo消xiao除chu內nei應ying力li,因yin為wei如ru果guo工gong件jian的de內nei應ying力li沒mei有you得de到dao消xiao除chu,在zai切qie割ge時shi,有you的de工gong件jian會hui開kai裂lie,把ba鉬mu絲si碰peng斷duan;有的會使間隙變形,把鉬絲夾斷或彈斷。如淬火後T8鋼在線切割加工中及易引起斷絲盡量少用。切割厚鋁材料時,由於排屑困難,導電塊磨損較大,注意及時更換。

4 電參數

根據工件厚度選擇合適的放電間隙:放電間隙不能太小,否則容易產生短路,也不利於冷卻和電蝕物的排出;放(fang)電(dian)間(jian)隙(xi)過(guo)大(da),將(jiang)影(ying)響(xiang)表(biao)麵(mian)粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)及(ji)加(jia)工(gong)速(su)度(du)。當(dang)切(qie)割(ge)厚(hou)度(du)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)工(gong)件(jian)時(shi),應(ying)盡(jin)量(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)大(da)脈(mai)寬(kuan)電(dian)流(liu),同(tong)時(shi)放(fang)電(dian)間(jian)隙(xi)也(ye)要(yao)大(da)一(yi)點(dian),長(chang)而(er)增(zeng)強(qiang)排(pai)屑(xie)效(xiao)果(guo),提(ti)高(gao)切(qie)割(ge)的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)。
