二、掌握針對性原則

四、掌握一些技巧
管理溝通的技巧在溝通時起著重要的作用,本文從以下方麵進行探討。

4. 管理者應加強“有效傾聽”的能力。傾聽是溝通中的關鍵因素,在管理溝通中,管理者在接收和發送信息的整個溝通中,用在傾聽方麵的時間應占整個交流時間的45%左右。
5. 有(you)意(yi)識(shi)運(yun)用(yong)非(fei)言(yan)語(yu)溝(gou)通(tong)的(de)技(ji)巧(qiao)。非(fei)言(yan)語(yu)溝(gou)通(tong)在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)溝(gou)通(tong)中(zhong)起(qi)著(zhe)非(fei)常(chang)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),甚(shen)至(zhi)比(bi)通(tong)過(guo)語(yu)言(yan)表(biao)達(da)的(de)信(xin)息(xi)更(geng)為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)。非(fei)言(yan)語(yu)溝(gou)通(tong)包(bao)含(han)身(shen)體(ti)動(dong)作(zuo)、空間利用和副語言等,如表1所示。在人們實際溝通過程中,非語言信息量占人們所接受總信息量的60%以上。
6. 建立良好的溝通機製。第一種是通過正式的溝通渠道,如月會、周會、座談會、內部刊物、公告欄等;第二種是通過非正式的溝通渠道,如電子郵件、周末旅遊、小型聚會等。不局限於傳統的溝通方式,隻要讓員工說話,並且是說自己願意說的話,實現有限的溝通目的則行。
