在減速機家族中,行星減速機以其體積小(與電機直徑基本同),傳動效率高(85~90%),減速範圍廣(1:3~512),精度高(回差小)等諸多優點,而被廣泛應用於伺服、步進、直流無刷等控製電機(後稱驅動電機)的傳動係統中。在保證精密傳動的前提下,可以降低轉速﹑增(zeng)大(da)扭(niu)矩(ju)和(he)降(jiang)低(di)負(fu)載(zai)與(yu)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong)慣(guan)量(liang)比(bi)。但(dan)在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)經(jing)常(chang)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)因(yin)安(an)裝(zhuang)不(bu)當(dang)導(dao)致(zhi)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang),減(jian)速(su)機(ji)和(he)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)斷(duan)軸(zhou)就(jiu)是(shi)主(zhu)要(yao)故(gu)障(zhang)類(lei)型(xing)之(zhi)一(yi)。對(dui)斷(duan)軸(zhou)機(ji)理(li)的(de)分(fen)析(xi)有(you)利(li)於(yu)廣(guang)大(da)客(ke)戶(hu)了(le)解(jie)如(ru)何(he)正(zheng)確(que)安(an)裝(zhuang)行(xing)星(xing)減(jian)速(su)機(ji),更(geng)好(hao)地(di)發(fa)揮(hui)行(xing)星(xing)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。
一、 不同心出現的斷軸問題

同(tong)樣(yang),減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)也(ye)有(you)折(zhe)斷(duan)或(huo)彎(wan)曲(qu)現(xian)象(xiang)發(fa)生(sheng),其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin)與(yu)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)斷(duan)軸(zhou)原(yuan)因(yin)相(xiang)同(tong)。但(dan)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)出(chu)力(li)是(shi)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)出(chu)力(li)和(he)減(jian)速(su)比(bi)之(zhi)積(ji),相(xiang)對(dui)於(yu)電(dian)機(ji)來(lai)講(jiang)出(chu)力(li)更(geng)大(da),故(gu)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)更(geng)易(yi)被(bei)折(zhe)斷(duan)。因(yin)此(ci),用(yong)戶(hu)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)時(shi),對(dui)其(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)裝(zhuang)配(pei)時(shi)同(tong)心(xin)度(du)的(de)保(bao)證(zheng)更(geng)應(ying)十(shi)分(fen)注(zhu)意(yi)!
二、減速機出力太小出現的斷軸問題
如果不是驅動電機軸斷,而是減速機的輸出軸折斷,除了減速機輸出端裝配同心度不好的原因以外,還會有以下幾點可能的原因。
首shou先xian,錯cuo誤wu的de選xuan型xing致zhi使shi所suo配pei減jian速su機ji出chu力li不bu夠gou。有you些xie用yong戶hu在zai選xuan型xing時shi,誤wu認ren為wei隻zhi要yao所suo選xuan減jian速su機ji的de額e定ding輸shu出chu扭niu矩ju滿man足zu工gong作zuo要yao求qiu就jiu可ke以yi了le,其qi實shi不bu然ran。一yi是shi所suo配pei驅qu動dong電dian機ji額e定ding輸shu出chu扭niu矩ju乘cheng上shang速su比bi,得de到dao的de數shu值zhi原yuan則ze上shang要yao小xiao於yu減jian速su機ji產chan品pin樣yang本ben提ti供gong的de相xiang應ying額e定ding輸shu出chu扭niu矩ju;二er是shi同tong時shi還hai要yao考kao慮lv其qi驅qu動dong電dian機ji的de過guo載zai能neng力li及ji實shi際ji應ying用yong中zhong所suo需xu最zui大da工gong作zuo扭niu矩ju。理li論lun上shang,用yong戶hu所suo需xu最zui大da工gong作zuo扭niu矩ju一yi定ding要yao小xiao於yu減jian速su機ji額e定ding輸shu出chu扭niu矩ju的de 2 倍(bei)。尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)有(you)些(xie)應(ying)用(yong)場(chang)合(he)必(bi)須(xu)嚴(yan)格(ge)遵(zun)守(shou)這(zhe)一(yi)準(zhun)則(ze),這(zhe)不(bu)僅(jin)是(shi)對(dui)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)齒(chi)輪(lun)和(he)軸(zhou)係(xi)的(de)保(bao)護(hu),更(geng)主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)是(shi)避(bi)免(mian)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)被(bei)扭(niu)斷(duan)。如(ru)果(guo)沒(mei)有(you)考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)這(zhe)些(xie)因(yin)素(su),一(yi)旦(dan)設(she)備(bei)安(an)裝(zhuang)有(you)問(wen)題(ti),減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)被(bei)負(fu)載(zai)卡(ka)住(zhu),這(zhe)時(shi)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)過(guo)載(zai)能(neng)力(li)依(yi)然(ran)會(hui)使(shi)其(qi)不(bu)斷(duan)加(jia)大(da)出(chu)力(li),直(zhi)到(dao)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)所(suo)承(cheng)受(shou)的(de)力(li)超(chao)過(guo)其(qi)最(zui)大(da)輸(shu)出(chu)扭(niu)矩(ju),軸(zhou)就(jiu)會(hui)扭(niu)斷(duan)。如(ru)果(guo)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)扭(niu)矩(ju)有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)裕(yu)量(liang),那(na)麼(me)扭(niu)斷(duan)輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)的(de)槽(cao)糕(gao)情(qing)況(kuang)就(jiu)會(hui)避(bi)免(mian)。
其次,在加速和減速的過程中,減速機輸出軸所承受瞬間的衝擊扭矩如果超過了其額定輸出扭矩的 2 倍,並且這種加速和減速又過於頻繁,那麼最終也會使減速機斷軸。如果有這種情況出現,應仔細計算考慮加大扭矩裕量。
三、減速機的正確安裝
正確的安裝、shiyongheweihujiansuji,shibaozhengjixieshebeizhengchangyunxingdezhongyaohuanjie。yinci,zaininanzhuangxingxingjiansujishi,qingwubiyangeanzhaoxiamiandeanzhuangshunxu,renzhendizhuangpei。
第一步:安(an)裝(zhuang)前(qian)應(ying)確(que)認(ren)電(dian)機(ji)和(he)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)是(shi)否(fou)完(wan)好(hao)無(wu)損(sun),並(bing)且(qie)嚴(yan)格(ge)檢(jian)查(zha)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)與(yu)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)相(xiang)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)各(ge)部(bu)位(wei)尺(chi)寸(cun)是(shi)否(fou)匹(pi)配(pei)。這(zhe)裏(li)指(zhi)的(de)是(shi)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)法(fa)蘭(lan)的(de)定(ding)位(wei)凸(tu)台(tai)和(he)軸(zhou)徑(jing)與(yu)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)法(fa)蘭(lan)的(de)定(ding)位(wei)凹(ao)槽(cao)和(he)孔(kong)徑(jing)間(jian)的(de)尺(chi)寸(cun)及(ji)配(pei)合(he)公(gong)差(cha);擦拭處理配合表麵的汙物與毛刺。
第二步:旋xuan下xia減jian速su機ji法fa蘭lan側ce麵mian的de工gong藝yi孔kong上shang的de螺luo堵du,旋xuan動dong減jian速su機ji的de輸shu入ru端duan,使shi抱bao緊jin內nei六liu角jiao螺luo釘ding帽mao與yu工gong藝yi孔kong對dui齊qi,插cha入ru內nei六liu角jiao工gong具ju旋xuan鬆song抱bao緊jin內nei六liu角jiao螺luo釘ding。
第三步:shouchiqudongdianji,shiqizhoushangzhijiancaoyujiansujishuruduankongbaojinluodingchuizhi,jiangqudongdianjizhoucharujiansujishuruduankong。charushibixubaozhengliangzhetongxinduyizhiheercefalanpingxing。rutongxindubuyizhihuoercefalanbupingxingbixuzhamingyuanyin。lingwai,zaianzhuangshi,yanjinyongchuiji,jikeyifangzhichuijidezhouxianglihuojingxiangliguodasunhuailiangzhezhoucheng,youkeyitongguozhuangpeishouganlaipanduanliangzhepeiheshifouheshi。panduanliangzhepeihetongxinduhefalanpingxingdefangfawei:兩者相互插入後,兩者法蘭基本貼緊,縫隙一致。
第四步:為保證兩者法蘭連接受力均勻,先將驅動電機緊固螺釘任意旋上,但不要旋緊;然後按對角位置逐漸旋緊四個緊固螺釘;最後旋緊減速機輸入端孔抱緊螺釘。一定要先旋緊驅動電機緊固螺釘後再旋緊減速機輸入端孔抱緊螺釘。
注意:jiansujiyujixieshebeijiandezhengqueanzhuangleitongyujiansujiyuqudongdianjijiandezhengqueanzhuang。guanjianshiyaobixubaozhengjiansujishuchuzhouyusuoqudongbufenshuruzhoutongxindudeyizhi。
