起重機主參數是表示起重機主要技術性能指標的參數。是起重機設計的依據,也是起重機安全技術要求的重要依據:
(1)額定起重量Gn
額定起重量Gn shizhiqizhongjinenganquandiaoqidewuliaoliantongkefendiaojuhuoshujuzhiliangdezonghe。duiyudiaogouqizhongjiqiedingqizhongliangjiushiqianquanqidiaowuliaodezhiliang。danduidaikefendiaoju(如抓鬥、電磁吸盤、平衡梁等)deqizhongji,qidiaojuhewuliaozhiliangdezongheshiedingqizhongliang,yunxuqishengwuliaodezhiliangshiyouxiaoqizhongliang。qizhongjibiaopaishangbiaodingdeqizhongliang,tongchangdoushizhiqizhongjideedingqizhongliang。qizhongliangbiaopaiyingxingmuxianshizaiqizhongjijiegoudemingxianweizhishang(這是起重機維護工作的內容之一),以提示操作者避免超載。
(2)跨度s和幅度r
跨度S 是(shi)指(zhi)橋(qiao)式(shi)類(lei)型(xing)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)軌(gui)道(dao)中(zhong)心(xin)線(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)水(shui)平(ping)距(ju)離(li)。橋(qiao)式(shi)類(lei)型(xing)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)小(xiao)車(che)運(yun)行(xing)軌(gui)道(dao)中(zhong)心(xin)線(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)距(ju)離(li),地(di)麵(mian)有(you)軌(gui)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)臂(bi)架(jia)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)軌(gui)道(dao)中(zhong)心(xin)線(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)距(ju)離(li),都(dou)稱(cheng)為(wei)軌(gui)距(ju)。保(bao)持(chi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)大(da)車(che)運(yun)行(xing)軌(gui)道(dao)的(de)跨(kua)度(du)和(he)小(xiao)車(che)運(yun)行(xing)軌(gui)道(dao)的(de)軌(gui)距(ju)平(ping)行(xing),是(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)維(wei)護(hu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)內(nei)容(rong)之(zhi)一(yi)。

(3)起升範圍D和起升高度H
起升高度H 是(shi)指(zhi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)軌(gui)道(dao)頂(ding)麵(mian),或(huo)地(di)麵(mian)到(dao)取(qu)物(wu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)上(shang)極(ji)限(xian)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)垂(chui)直(zhi)距(ju)離(li)。有(you)些(xie)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)取(qu)物(wu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)允(yun)許(xu)下(xia)放(fang)到(dao)地(di)麵(mian)或(huo)軌(gui)道(dao)頂(ding)麵(mian)以(yi)下(xia),其(qi)下(xia)放(fang)的(de)距(ju)離(li)稱(cheng)為(wei)下(xia)降(jiang)深(shen)度(du)。這(zhe)時(shi),起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)起(qi)升(sheng)範(fan)圍(wei)即(ji)是(shi)起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)度(du)和(he)下(xia)降(jiang)深(shen)度(du)之(zhi)和(he),即(ji)吊(diao)具(ju)最(zui)高(gao)和(he)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)作(zuo)位(wei)置(zhi)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)垂(chui)直(zhi)距(ju)離(li)。在(zai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)實(shi)際(ji)作(zuo)業(ye)中(zhong),不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)度(du)允(yun)許(xu)值(zhi)。因(yin)為(wei)超(chao)限(xian)度(du)會(hui)使(shi)卷(juan)繞(rao)在(zai)起(qi)升(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)卷(juan)筒(tong)上(shang)的(de)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)繩(sheng)尾(wei)固(gu)定(ding)措(cuo)施(shi)超(chao)載(zai)失(shi)效(xiao),將(jiang)導(dao)致(zhi)重(zhong)物(wu)墜(zhui)落(luo)事(shi)故(gu)發(fa)生(sheng)。
(4)工作速度:
工作速度V 起重機工作機構在額定載荷下穩定運行的速度。包括起升速度Vq、大車運行速度Vk、小車運行速度Vt、變幅速度Vl和旋轉速度ω。對於流動式起重機在道路行駛狀態下的工作速度,是用行走速度Volaimiaoshu。dangqizhongjidemouyigongzuojigoukeyiduodangweicaozuoshi,yibanqingkuangxia,zaiheyueda,gongzuosuduyuedi。duiyubijiashiqizhongji,yingkongzhiqixuanzhuansudu,fangzhiyouyuxuanzhuansudutaida,diaozaichanshengdelixinlidaozhiqizhongjiqingfan。
(5)生產率;
(6)質量和外形尺寸。
