這種高度限位控製方式存在的主要問題是:高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)器(qi)與(yu)起(qi)升(sheng)液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)路(lu)之(zhi)間(jian)不(bu)存(cun)在(zai)直(zhi)接(jie)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)關(guan)係(xi),而(er)是(shi)由(you)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)根(gen)據(ju)報(bao)警(jing)信(xin)號(hao)來(lai)停(ting)止(zhi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)起(qi)升(sheng)操(cao)作(zuo)。但(dan)作(zuo)業(ye)現(xian)場(chang)環(huan)境(jing)差(cha),噪(zao)聲(sheng)大(da),再(zai)加(jia)上(shang)手(shou)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi),易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)吊(diao)鉤(gou)起(qi)升(sheng)到(dao)限(xian)位(wei)高(gao)度(du)後(hou)繼(ji)續(xu)起(qi)升(sheng)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang),極(ji)易(yi)造(zao)成(cheng)事(shi)故(gu)。為(wei)了(le)避(bi)免(mian)發(fa)生(sheng)事(shi)故(gu),我(wo)們(men)在(zai)1台起重機的卷揚起升油路加裝1條先導式溢流閥卸荷油路,可實現自動控製。卸荷油路液壓原理如附圖所示。
油路具體工作過程如下:先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)的(de)遙(yao)控(kong)口(kou)與(yu)二(er)位(wei)二(er)通(tong)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)連(lian)接(jie),該(gai)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)受(shou)高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)器(qi)控(kong)製(zhi),當(dang)高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)器(qi)行(xing)程(cheng)開(kai)關(guan)接(jie)通(tong)時(shi),二(er)位(wei)二(er)通(tong)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)得(de)電(dian),使(shi)先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)和(he)卷(juan)揚(yang)機(ji)起(qi)升(sheng)油(you)路(lu)先(xian)後(hou)卸(xie)荷(he),卷(juan)揚(yang)馬(ma)達(da)停(ting)止(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo),卷(juan)揚(yang)機(ji)起(qi)升(sheng)動(dong)作(zuo)停(ting)止(zhi),起(qi)到(dao)高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)自(zi)動(dong)保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)。
改進後的起升高度限位裝置,靈敏可靠,使用效果很好。
