三一重工公司全液壓平地機的行駛係統首創靜液壓驅動,其傳動路線為:發動機→變量泵→變量馬達→平衡箱→驅動輪,用變量泵、變量馬達閉式液壓係統替代了機械式平地機液力變矩器、變速箱、傳動軸和驅動橋,傳動路線大大簡化。其行車製動也采用蹄式製動,製動器裝在驅動輪上。
全(quan)液(ye)壓(ya)平(ping)地(di)機(ji)行(xing)車(che)製(zhi)動(dong)液(ye)壓(ya)係(xi)統(tong)最(zui)初(chu)的(de)設(she)計(ji)與(yu)機(ji)械(xie)式(shi)平(ping)地(di)機(ji)一(yi)樣(yang),製(zhi)動(dong)時(shi)鬆(song)開(kai)油(you)門(men)踏(ta)板(ban)踩(cai)製(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板(ban),發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)很(hen)快(kuai)降(jiang)至(zhi)怠(dai)速(su),同(tong)時(shi)變(bian)量(liang)泵(beng)斜(xie)盤(pan)擺(bai)角(jiao)減(jian)小(xiao)或(huo)歸(gui)中(zhong)位(wei),變(bian)量(liang)馬(ma)達(da)減(jian)速(su)或(huo)停(ting)止(zhi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。整(zheng)個(ge)過(guo)程(cheng)變(bian)量(liang)馬(ma)達(da)變(bian)成(cheng)泵(beng)工(gong)況(kuang),阻(zu)止(zhi)平(ping)地(di)機(ji)行(xing)駛(shi),這(zhe)就(jiu)是(shi)閉(bi)式(shi)行(xing)駛(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)作(zuo)用(yong),稱(cheng)之(zhi)為(wei)液(ye)壓(ya)輔(fu)助(zhu)製(zhi)動(dong)。這(zhe)種(zhong)製(zhi)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)能(neng)力(li)很(hen)強(qiang),其(qi)最(zui)大(da)製(zhi)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju)等(deng)於(yu)馬(ma)達(da)最(zui)大(da)驅(qu)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju),由(you)於(yu)液(ye)壓(ya)輔(fu)助(zhu)製(zhi)動(dong)的(de)存(cun)在(zai),大(da)大(da)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)行(xing)車(che)製(zhi)動(dong)效(xiao)果(guo)。但(dan)製(zhi)動(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)衝(chong)擊(ji)較(jiao)大(da),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)當(dang)平(ping)地(di)機(ji)高(gao)速(su)下(xia)坡(po)時(shi),製(zhi)動(dong)隻(zhi)是(shi)用(yong)來(lai)限(xian)製(zhi)行(xing)駛(shi)速(su)度(du),如(ru)果(guo)鬆(song)開(kai)油(you)門(men)踏(ta)板(ban)踩(cai)製(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板(ban)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)過(guo)長(chang),發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)降(jiang)至(zhi)怠(dai)速(su)後(hou)還(hai)在(zai)踩(cai)製(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板(ban),這(zhe)時(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)輔(fu)助(zhu)製(zhi)動(dong)能(neng)力(li)大(da)於(yu)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)能(neng)力(li),將(jiang)使(shi)平(ping)地(di)機(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)行(xing)駛(shi),這(zhe)是(shi)不(bu)希(xi)望(wang)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang)。
為了解決製動衝擊問題,重新設計了行車製動液壓係統,重新設計的全液壓平地機行車製動液壓係統通過製動閥2和製動連杆5把製動器製動與液壓輔助製動關聯起來,由製動油缸1、製動踏板3、製動閥4、油箱6和製動油源7組成的製動器製動回路,與機械式平地機行車製動液壓回路完全相同。製動器製動力矩與製動踏板3行程大小成正比,製動閥2通過製動連杆5也由製動踏板3控製。製動閥2與行駛變量泵斜盤控製油缸10兩端油口相連,踩製動踏板3時,斜盤控製油缸10兩端高、低壓相通(平地機行駛時,斜盤控製閥9一側電磁鐵得電),變量泵12斜盤擺角減小或歸中位,變量馬達11減速或停止轉動,同時整個過程液壓輔助製動起作用。踩製動踏板3行程越大,液壓輔助製動效果越好。
