1.校平衡的目的

不平衡現象可分為靜不平衡和動不平衡兩種,因此,在校平衡時要兼校靜平衡和動平衡。
2.校平衡的方法

(2)校動平衡。轉子經過靜平衡校正後,平衡精度雖有一定提高,但由於摩擦、轉子自重的影響,使靜平衡精度受到限製。更重要的是,轉子自有質量並非真正集中在軸心線上,在轉子轉動時會產生一對大小相等、方(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)反(fan)的(de)離(li)心(xin)力(li)偶(ou),使(shi)轉(zhuan)子(zi)振(zhen)動(dong)。這(zhe)種(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)隻(zhi)有(you)在(zai)轉(zhuan)子(zi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)時(shi)才(cai)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian),故(gu)稱(cheng)之(zhi)為(wei)動(dong)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)。校(xiao)動(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)目(mu)的(de)就(jiu)是(shi)為(wei)了(le)消(xiao)除(chu)上(shang)述(shu)離(li)心(xin)力(li)偶(ou)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。校(xiao)動(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)一(yi)般(ban)要(yao)在(zai)平(ping)衡(heng)機(ji)上(shang)進(jin)行(xing)。
3.校平衡的注意事項
(1)校平衡時轉軸的兩端一定要放平。如兩端的軸徑不同時,應加套圈,使轉軸保持水平。
(2)如轉子帶有風扇時,需連同風扇一起校平衡。
(3)電動機在設計時都留有加衡鐵的位置,衡鐵一般可加在風葉、支架或壓圈上,可用螺栓、鉚接或燒焊等方式固定,應力求牢靠。
