起qi重zhong機ji超chao載zai作zuo業ye是shi造zao成cheng起qi重zhong機ji事shi故gu的de主zhu要yao原yuan因yin之zhi一yi,使shi用yong靈ling敏min可ke靠kao的de超chao載zai保bao護hu裝zhuang置zhi,是shi提ti高gao起qi重zhong機ji作zuo業ye安an全quan性xing,防fang止zhi超chao載zai事shi故gu的de有you效xiao措cuo施shi。起qi重zhong機超載保護裝置包括起重量限製器和起重力矩限製器。國內20世紀80年代,有關行業、大專院校、研究院所等單位對超載保護裝置進行了研究、設計、shengchan,fazhanzhijinyijianchengguimo。youqishidianziqijiandefazhan,shimuqianguoneidianqixingchaozaibaohuzhuangzhidechanpinjishushuipingshangleyigetaijie,zhuyaoxingnengyidadaoguowaitongleichanpindexianjin氷ping。qizhongjichaozaibaohuzhuangzhidongzuodiandeshezhiyingkaolvyibanyaoqiu、動載荷情況、特殊載荷情況三個方麵,列出如下。
(1)一般要求
chaozaibaohuzhuangzhidedongzuodianshizhizhuangjitiaojianxia,youyuzhuangzhidechaozaifanghuzuoyong,shiqizhongjitingzhixiangbuanquanfangxiangdongzuoshi,qizhongjideshijiqizhongliang。tongchangdedongzuodianshezhiyingkaolvsanfangmiandeyinsu:
1〉應使起重機可以吊運額定載荷,不降低原有的起重能力。
2〉不應超過其動載試驗值〈110%額定起重量〉。
3〉應考慮超載保護裝置±5%的綜合誤差。一般設置在100%~105%額定起重量範圍內。
(2)考慮動載荷情況
起重機在正常作業中,物品突然離地起升或下降製動時,對承載結構將產生附加的動載荷作用。這一載荷作用可通過起升載荷乘以大於1的起升載荷動載係數&考慮。可見超載保護裝置動作點的設置必須考慮起重機正常工作中存在動載荷這一情況,避免誤動作。
我國目前超載保護裝置在該動作點的設置上采用了“延時斷電”的(de)方(fang)法(fa)來(lai)解(jie)決(jue)此(ci)問(wen)題(ti)。延(yan)時(shi)斷(duan)電(dian)是(shi)指(zhi)當(dang)載(zai)荷(he)信(xin)號(hao)達(da)到(dao)所(suo)設(she)置(zhi)的(de)動(dong)作(zuo)點(dian)載(zai)荷(he)信(xin)號(hao)時(shi),裝(zhuang)置(zhi)經(jing)延(yan)時(shi)環(huan)節(jie)判(pan)斷(duan)後(hou)動(dong)作(zuo),停(ting)止(zhi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)向(xiang)不(bu)安(an)全(quan)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)行(xing),但(dan)允(yun)許(xu)向(xiang)安(an)全(quan)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)行(xing)。延(yan)時(shi)環(huan)節(jie)一(yi)般(ban)采(cai)用(yong)RC積(ji)分(fen)電(dian)路(lu),或(huo)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)通(tong)過(guo)軟(ruan)件(jian)來(lai)處(chu)理(li),延(yan)時(shi)時(shi)間(jian)根(gen)據(ju)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)情(qing)況(kuang)而(er)定(ding)。對(dui)於(yu)橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),額(e)定(ding)載(zai)荷(he)作(zuo)用(yong)於(yu)主(zhu)梁(liang)跨(kua)中(zhong)時(shi),垂(chui)直(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)滿(man)載(zai)自(zi)振(zhen)頻(pin)率(lv)(鋼絲繩滑輪組)為2Hz≤f<4Hz。對於臂架式起重機,如門座式起重機,額定載荷作用於最大幅度時,滿載自振頻率為f≥1Hz。因此,延時時間一般取1-2s,以避開較大振動載荷。
根gen據ju理li論lun與yu實shi際ji檢jian測ce,當dang起qi重zhong機ji吊diao運yun的de載zai荷he臨lin界jie於yu動dong作zuo點dian設she定ding值zhi時shi,裝zhuang置zhi實shi現xian延yan時shi斷duan電dian功gong能neng。但dan由you於yu振zhen動dong不bu能neng完wan全quan消xiao除chu,或huo由you於yu重zhong物wu左zuo右you晃huang動dong及ji信xin號hao受shou到dao幹gan擾rao等deng因yin素su,將jiang可ke能neng出chu現xian載zai荷he信xin號hao低di於yu動dong作zuo點dian設she定ding值zhi的de情qing況kuang,造zao成cheng繼ji電dian器qi觸chu點dian釋shi放fang,從cong而er產chan生sheng多duo次ci延yan時shi斷duan電dian。繼ji電dian器qi觸chu點dian的de多duo次ci動dong作zuo,將jiang造zao成cheng起qi重zhong機ji機ji構gou電dian動dong機ji時shi開kai時shi停ting,對dui結jie構gou產chan生sheng不bu利li的de振zhen動dong影ying響xiang,反fan而er增zeng加jia不bu安an全quan因yin素su。因yin此ci,產chan品pin設she計ji時shi應ying使shi裝zhuang置zhi延yan時shi斷duan電dian後hou一yi次ci性xing鎖suo定ding,當dang載zai荷he信xin號hao降jiang至zhi某mou一yi信xin號hao值zhi(90%額定起重量以下為宜)時,才能恢複起重機各機構的正常運行。對於起重量限製器、起重機一般是將物品降至地麵;對於起重力矩限製器,起重機一般采用減小幅度的方法實現。
(3)考慮特殊載荷情況
起重機在實際作業中存在下述特殊情況:起qi重zhong機ji司si機ji在zai誤wu操cao作zuo情qing況kuang下xia,突tu然ran將jiang控kong製zhi手shou柄bing置zhi於yu最zui高gao速su度du擋dang,起qi升sheng鋼gang絲si繩sheng在zai受shou載zai之zhi前qian吊diao鉤gou就jiu已yi達da到dao了le很hen高gao速su度du,以yi這zhe種zhong速su度du起qi升sheng物wu品pin將jiang引yin起qi很hen大da的de衝chong擊ji和he振zhen動dong載zai荷he;qizhongjizaidiaoyunzuoyeshi,kenengchuxiansuodiaowupinyuqitazhangaiwuguapeng,huowupinyudimiangujie,zaochengzaiheshunjianjuzeng,duiqizhongjizaochengjidadepohuai。shangshuliangzhongqingkuangjinyongyanshiduandianfangfaxianrandabudaobaohuzuoyong,yinciyaoqiuchanpinbixushezhilingwaidedongzuodian,zhejiushichanpinshejizhongtongchangsuocaiyongde“峰值斷電”方(fang)法(fa)。峰(feng)值(zhi)斷(duan)電(dian)是(shi)指(zhi)當(dang)載(zai)荷(he)信(xin)號(hao)達(da)到(dao)某(mou)一(yi)設(she)定(ding)峰(feng)值(zhi)載(zai)荷(he)信(xin)號(hao)時(shi),無(wu)論(lun)是(shi)動(dong)載(zai)信(xin)號(hao)還(hai)是(shi)實(shi)際(ji)載(zai)荷(he)信(xin)號(hao),裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可(ke)不(bu)經(jing)延(yan)時(shi)立(li)即(ji)動(dong)作(zuo),停(ting)止(zhi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)向(xiang)不(bu)安(an)全(quan)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)行(xing),但(dan)允(yun)許(xu)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)向(xiang)安(an)全(quan)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)行(xing)。正(zheng)確(que)地(di)設(she)置(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)峰(feng)值(zhi)動(dong)作(zuo)點(dian),需(xu)考(kao)慮(lv)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)類(lei)型(xing)、動載係數0、結構及零部件的強度、整機穩定性及實際工作中起重機的載荷組合情況,進行合理選擇。
