首先,要了解步進電機為什麼會發熱
duiyugezhongbujindianjieryan,neibudoushiyoutiexinheraozuxianquanzuchengde。raozuyoudianzu,tongdianhuichanshengsunhao,sunhaodaxiaoyudianzuhedianliudepingfangchengzhengbi,zhejiushiwomenchangshuodetongsun,ruguodianliubushibiaozhundezhiliuhuozhengxianbo,haihuichanshengxiebosunhao;鐵(tie)心(xin)有(you)磁(ci)滯(zhi)渦(wo)流(liu)效(xiao)應(ying),在(zai)交(jiao)變(bian)磁(ci)場(chang)中(zhong)也(ye)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)損(sun)耗(hao),其(qi)大(da)小(xiao)與(yu)材(cai)料(liao),電(dian)流(liu),頻(pin)率(lv),電(dian)壓(ya)有(you)關(guan),這(zhe)叫(jiao)鐵(tie)損(sun)。銅(tong)損(sun)和(he)鐵(tie)損(sun)都(dou)會(hui)以(yi)發(fa)熱(re)的(de)形(xing)式(shi)表(biao)現(xian)出(chu)來(lai),從(cong)而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)。步(bu)進(jin)電(dian)機(ji)一(yi)般(ban)追(zhui)求(qiu)定(ding)位(wei)精(jing)度(du)和(he)力(li)矩(ju)輸(shu)出(chu),效(xiao)率(lv)比(bi)較(jiao)低(di),電(dian)流(liu)一(yi)般(ban)比(bi)較(jiao)大(da),且(qie)諧(xie)波(bo)成(cheng)分(fen)高(gao),電(dian)流(liu)交(jiao)變(bian)的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)也(ye)隨(sui)轉(zhuan)速(su)而(er)變(bian)化(hua),因(yin)而(er)步(bu)進(jin)電(dian)機(ji)普(pu)遍(bian)存(cun)在(zai)發(fa)熱(re)情(qing)況(kuang),且(qie)情(qing)況(kuang)比(bi)一(yi)般(ban)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)機(ji)嚴(yan)重(zhong)。
其次,將步進電機發熱控製在合理範圍內
電機發熱允許到什麼程度,主要取決於電機內部絕緣等級。內部絕緣性能在高溫下(130度以上)才會被破壞。所以隻要內部不超過130度,電機便不會損壞,而這時表麵溫度會在90度以下。所以,步進電機表麵溫度在70-80度都是正常的。簡單的溫度測量方法有用點溫計的,也可以粗略判斷:用手可以觸摸1-2秒以上,不超過60度;用手隻能碰一下,大約在70-80度;滴幾滴水迅速氣化,則90度以上了;當然也可以用測溫槍來檢測。
第三,步進電機發熱隨速度變化的情況

第四,發熱帶來的影響
電(dian)機(ji)發(fa)熱(re)雖(sui)然(ran)一(yi)般(ban)不(bu)會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)壽(shou)命(ming),對(dui)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)客(ke)戶(hu)來(lai)說(shuo)沒(mei)必(bi)要(yao)理(li)會(hui)。但(dan)是(shi),嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)發(fa)熱(re)會(hui)帶(dai)來(lai)一(yi)些(xie)負(fu)麵(mian)影(ying)響(xiang)。如(ru)電(dian)機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)各(ge)部(bu)分(fen)熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)係(xi)數(shu)不(bu)同(tong)導(dao)致(zhi)結(jie)構(gou)應(ying)力(li)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)和(he)內(nei)部(bu)氣(qi)隙(xi)的(de)微(wei)小(xiao)變(bian)化(hua),會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)動(dong)態(tai)響(xiang)應(ying),高(gao)速(su)會(hui)容(rong)易(yi)失(shi)步(bu)。又(you)如(ru)有(you)些(xie)場(chang)合(he)不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)過(guo)度(du)發(fa)熱(re),如(ru)醫(yi)療(liao)器(qi)械(xie)和(he)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)的(de)測(ce)試(shi)設(she)備(bei)等(deng)。因(yin)此(ci)對(dui)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)發(fa)熱(re)應(ying)當(dang)進(jin)行(xing)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)。
最後,減少電機的發熱
