1.軸承本身存在製造質量問題,例如滾道鏽斑、轉動不靈活、遊隙超標、保持架變形等;
2.備機長期不運行,油脂變質,軸承生鏽而又未進行中修。由於電機本體運行溫升過高,且軸承補充加油脂不及時造成軸承缺油甚至燒毀;
3.由於不同型號油脂混用造成軸承損壞;
4.zhouchengzhongxingenghuanjiagong,dianjiduangaiqiantaohouguoyingliangdahuotuoyuanduchaobiaoyinqizhouchenggunzhuyouxiguoxiaohuobujunyundaozhizhouchengyunxingshimocalizengjia,wendujijushangshengzhizhishaohui;
5.由於定、轉子鐵心軸向錯位或重新對轉軸機加工後精度不夠,致使軸承內、外圈不在一個切麵上而引起軸承運行“吃別勁”後溫升高直至燒毀;
6.軸(zhou)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)配(pei)不(bu)當(dang),如(ru)冷(leng)裝(zhuang)時(shi)不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun)敲(qiao)擊(ji)軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)使(shi)軸(zhou)受(shou)到(dao)磨(mo)損(sun),導(dao)致(zhi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)與(yu)軸(zhou)承(cheng)配(pei)合(he)失(shi)去(qu)過(guo)盈(ying)量(liang)或(huo)過(guo)盈(ying)量(liang)變(bian)小(xiao),出(chu)現(xian)跑(pao)內(nei)圈(quan)現(xian)象(xiang),裝(zhuang)電(dian)機(ji)端(duan)蓋(gai)時(shi)不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun)敲(qiao)擊(ji)導(dao)致(zhi)端(duan)蓋(gai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)室(shi)與(yu)軸(zhou)承(cheng)外(wai)圈(quan)配(pei)合(he)過(guo)鬆(song)出(chu)現(xian)跑(pao)外(wai)圈(quan)現(xian)象(xiang)。無(wu)論(lun)跑(pao)內(nei)圈(quan)還(hai)是(shi)跑(pao)外(wai)圈(quan)均(jun)會(hui)引(yin)起(qi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)溫(wen)升(sheng)急(ji)劇(ju)上(shang)升(sheng)以(yi)致(zhi)燒(shao)毀(hui),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)跑(pao)內(nei)圈(quan)故(gu)障(zhang)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)嚴(yan)重(zhong)磨(mo)損(sun)和(he)彎(wan)曲(qu)。但(dan)間(jian)斷(duan)性(xing)跑(pao)外(wai)圈(quan)一(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)不(bu)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)軸(zhou)承(cheng)溫(wen)度(du)急(ji)劇(ju)上(shang)升(sheng),隻(zhi)要(yao)軸(zhou)承(cheng)完(wan)好(hao),允(yun)許(xu)間(jian)斷(duan)性(xing)跑(pao)外(wai)圈(quan)現(xian)象(xiang)存(cun)在(zai);
7.zhouchengqiangneiweiqingxiganjinghuosuojiayouzhibuganjing。liruzhouchengbaochijianeideweixiaogangxingwuzhiweichediqingliganjing,yunxingshizhouchenggundaoshousunyinqiwenshengguogaoshaohuizhoucheng;
由於軸承損壞,軸彎曲等原因致使定、轉子磨擦(俗稱掃膛)引起鐵心溫度急劇上升,燒毀槽絕緣、匝間絕緣,從麵造成繞組匝間短路或對地“放炮”。嚴重時會使定子鐵心倒槽、錯位、轉軸磨損、端蓋報廢等。所以軸承的損壞,後果還是比較嚴重的,所以我們一旦發現,應盡快進行電機修理。
