閉(bi)式(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)驅(qu)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)不(bu)斷(duan)有(you)油(you)液(ye)泄(xie)漏(lou),為(wei)了(le)補(bu)充(chong)這(zhe)些(xie)泄(xie)漏(lou)和(he)消(xiao)耗(hao),維(wei)持(chi)閉(bi)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo),必(bi)須(xu)給(gei)閉(bi)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)及(ji)時(shi)補(bu)充(chong)油(you)液(ye)。閉(bi)式(shi)係(xi)統(tong)主(zhu)泵(beng)上(shang)通(tong)軸(zhou)附(fu)設(she)一(yi)個(ge)小(xiao)排(pai)量(liang)補(bu)油(you)泵(beng),由(you)於(yu)補(bu)油(you)泵(beng)的(de)排(pai)量(liang)和(he)壓(ya)力(li)相(xiang)對(dui)主(zhu)泵(beng)均(jun)很(hen)小(xiao),所(suo)以(yi)其(qi)附(fu)加(jia)功(gong)率(lv)損(sun)失(shi)通(tong)常(chang)僅(jin)為(wei)傳(chuan)動(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)總(zong)功(gong)率(lv)的(de)1%~2%,可以忽咯不計。

主泵的兩側設有兩個高壓溢流閥,斜盤快速擺動時出現的壓力峰值及最大壓力由高壓溢流閥保護,防止泵和馬達超載;該(gai)液(ye)壓(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong)還(hai)設(she)有(you)壓(ya)力(li)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa),壓(ya)力(li)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa)相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)一(yi)種(zhong)壓(ya)力(li)調(tiao)節(jie),當(dang)達(da)到(dao)設(she)定(ding)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)時(shi),將(jiang)油(you)泵(beng)的(de)排(pai)量(liang)回(hui)調(tiao)到(dao)為(wei)零(ling)的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。另(ling)外(wai),在(zai)補(bu)油(you)泵(beng)出(chu)口(kou)處(chu)還(hai)設(she)有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi),對(dui)液(ye)壓(ya)係(xi)統(tong)工(gong)作(zuo)介(jie)質(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)過(guo)濾(lv),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)的(de)清(qing)潔(jie)度(du)。
