1、曲軸箱上的通氣孔
發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),總(zong)會(hui)有(you)一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)可(ke)燃(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)和(he)廢(fei)氣(qi)經(jing)活(huo)塞(sai)環(huan)和(he)氣(qi)缸(gang)壁(bi)的(de)間(jian)隙(xi)進(jin)入(ru)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)內(nei)。進(jin)放(fang)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)內(nei)的(de)燃(ran)油(you)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)凝(ning)結(jie)後(hou)將(jiang)稀(xi)釋(shi)機(ji)油(you),廢(fei)氣(qi)中(zhong)的(de)酸(suan)性(xing)物(wu)質(zhi)和(he)水(shui)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)將(jiang)侵(qin)蝕(shi)零(ling)件(jian)和(he)使(shi)機(ji)油(you)性(xing)能(neng)變(bian)壞(huai)(稀釋、老化和結焦)。另外,進入曲軸箱內的氣體將使箱內溫度和壓力均升高,造成機油從油封、襯墊等處滲出;由(you)於(yu)活(huo)塞(sai)的(de)往(wang)複(fu)運(yun)動(dong),曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)內(nei)的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)在(zai)周(zhou)期(qi)性(xing)地(di)變(bian)化(hua),影(ying)響(xiang)發(fa)動(dong)的(de)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo),嚴(yan)重(zhong)時(shi)會(hui)使(shi)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)內(nei)的(de)機(ji)油(you)上(shang)竄(cuan)至(zhi)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)和(he)氣(qi)缸(gang)蓋(gai)罩(zhao)內(nei)。為(wei)了(le)避(bi)免(mian)出(chu)現(xian)上(shang)述(shu)各(ge)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang),發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)上(shang)都(dou)設(she)有(you)通(tong)風(feng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),以(yi)平(ping)衡(heng)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)內(nei)、外的氣壓。
使用中若出現燒機油、機油沿接合麵外泄、機油過早變質和發動機怠速運轉不平穩等現象時,應檢查曲軸箱通風裝置是否有效;應保證通氣孔暢通,負壓閥片不得變形、粘連或裝錯,呼吸管不得彎折或堵塞,單向閥不得裝反,不得用木塞代替加油螺塞。
2、油箱蓋上的通氣孔

3、散熱器箱體上的進、排氣孔
當(dang)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),在(zai)密(mi)閉(bi)的(de)冷(leng)卻(que)係(xi)統(tong)內(nei)水(shui)溫(wen)升(sheng)高(gao)將(jiang)使(shi)冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)汽(qi)化(hua)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)高(gao)壓(ya),會(hui)使(shi)散(san)熱(re)器(qi)芯(xin)管(guan)因(yin)脹(zhang)裂(lie)而(er)漏(lou)水(shui)。而(er)當(dang)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)負(fu)荷(he)變(bian)小(xiao)或(huo)停(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)轉(zhuan)時(shi),則(ze)冷(leng)卻(que)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)水(shui)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)將(jiang)冷(leng)凝(ning)為(wei)水(shui)而(er)使(shi)其(qi)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)降(jiang),壓(ya)力(li)差(cha)可(ke)能(neng)使(shi)芯(xin)管(guan)被(bei)壓(ya)扁(bian),阻(zu)礙(ai)冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)正(zheng)常(chang)循(xun)環(huan)。為(wei)此(ci),在(zai)散(san)熱(re)器(qi)蓋(gai)上(shang)設(she)有(you)空(kong)氣(qi)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)閥(fa),並(bing)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)公(gong)共(gong)的(de)氣(qi)孔(kong)與(yu)大(da)氣(qi)相(xiang)通(tong)。當(dang)水(shui)溫(wen)升(sheng)高(gao)時(shi),散(san)熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)產(chan)生(sheng)水(shui)蒸(zheng)氣(qi),蒸(zheng)氣(qi)閥(fa)打(da)開(kai),水(shui)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)從(cong)此(ci)孔(kong)排(pai)出(chu);dangshuiwenjiangdishi,yalixiajiang,kongqifadakai,waijiekongqihuicongcikongjinrusanreqinei,congerbaozhengsanreqineiyaliwending。zaishiyongzhongyingbaozhengcikongchangtong,bunengdusai,fouzehuiyingxiangsanreqihefadongjidesanrexingneng。
4、冷卻水泵殼體下端的泄水孔
cikongshiyonglaipaichuyouyelunheketizhijiandeshuifengshenloudeshui。zaishiyongshiyaobaozhengqichangtong,fouzejiuhuishishenloudeshuipaibuchuquerjinrudaozhouchengzuonei,congerjiasuzhouchengdesunhuai。
5、連杆小端及襯套上的潤滑油孔
此ci小xiao孔kong的de功gong用yong是shi,使shi潤run滑hua油you及ji時shi地di輸shu送song到dao連lian杆gan小xiao端duan及ji其qi襯chen套tao上shang起qi潤run滑hua作zuo用yong,此ci孔kong若ruo產chan生sheng堵du塞sai現xian象xiang,將jiang加jia速su襯chen套tao的de磨mo損sun,降jiang低di其qi使shi用yong壽shou命ming,使shi發fa動dong機ji過guo早zao地di產chan生sheng敲qiao擊ji聲sheng。
6、對活塞頂部背麵進行噴油冷卻的噴孔
對(dui)於(yu)某(mou)些(xie)強(qiang)化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)的(de)活(huo)塞(sai),因(yin)常(chang)規(gui)的(de)冷(leng)卻(que)已(yi)不(bu)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)要(yao)求(qiu),因(yin)而(er)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)對(dui)活(huo)塞(sai)頂(ding)部(bu)進(jin)行(xing)噴(pen)油(you)冷(leng)卻(que)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)措(cuo)施(shi)。其(qi)中(zhong)應(ying)用(yong)得(de)較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)是(shi),通(tong)過(guo)連(lian)杆(gan)中(zhong)心(xin)油(you)道(dao)引(yin)來(lai)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)經(jing)在(zai)連(lian)杆(gan)小(xiao)頭(tou)頂(ding)端(duan)設(she)置(zhi)的(de)噴(pen)孔(kong),對(dui)活(huo)塞(sai)頂(ding)部(bu)背(bei)麵(mian)進(jin)行(xing)噴(pen)油(you)冷(leng)卻(que)(如6120Q型、三菱DC型係統柴油機);有的機型在潤滑油道處設有專用噴嘴,對活塞頂部背麵進行噴油冷卻(如6140型、日產RD8型柴油機)。
在使用中要保證這些噴孔(嘴)changtong,fouzehuosaidingbujiangyindebudaopenyoulengqueershizhenggehuosaidewendushenggao,zengjiahuosaidingbuhehuosaihuanderefuhe,congershiqirepengzhangzengjia,shenzhishihuosaizaigangtongneideyundongshouzu。
7、空氣濾清器除塵罩上的排塵孔
有的發動機其空氣濾清器的排塵罩上沒有積塵杯(如4115、2125和195等型柴油機),而是在除塵罩上與氣流旋轉方向相反地開有兩個切向排塵孔,這樣便 可(ke)依(yi)靠(kao)慣(guan)性(xing)連(lian)濾(lv)清(qing)邊(bian)除(chu)塵(chen)。如(ru)果(guo)排(pai)塵(chen)孔(kong)堵(du)塞(sai),則(ze)不(bu)能(neng)及(ji)時(shi)地(di)將(jiang)灰(hui)塵(chen)排(pai)出(chu),並(bing)且(qie)還(hai)會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)其(qi)他(ta)微(wei)粒(li)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv),從(cong)而(er)增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)進(jin)氣(qi)阻(zu)力(li),使(shi)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)因(yin)供(gong)氣(qi)不(bu)足(zu)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)功(gong)率(lv)下(xia)降(jiang)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)。
