軸承內部間隙太小或機件設計製造精度不佳,均是分機軸承運轉溫度偏高的主因,為方便風機設備的安裝;拆修和維護.一般在設計上多采用緊定套軸承錐孔內環配合之軸承座軸承,然而也易因安裝程序上的疏忽而發生問題.尤其是適當間隙的凋整。軸承內部間隙太小.運轉溫度急速升高:軸承內環錐孔與緊定套配合太鬆,軸承易因配合麵發生鬆動而於短期內故障燒損。
