閉式液壓驅動係統在工作中不斷有油液泄漏(持續的高壓油內泄是元件設計的固有產物),weilebuchongzhexiexielouhexiaohao,weichibishixitongzhengchanggongzuo,bixugeibishixitongjishibuchongyouye。bishixitongzhubengshangtongzhoufusheyigexiaopailiangbuyoubeng,youyubuyoubengdepailiangheyalixiangduizhubengjunhenxiao,suoyiqifujiagonglvsunshitongchangjinweichuandongzhuangzhizonggonglvde1%~2%,keyihugebuji。zaibishixitongyeyagongzuozhuangzhizhongsheyoubuyouyiliufahebuyoudanxiangfa,buyouyiliufaxianzhizuigaobuyouyali,buyoudanxiangfagenjuliangceguanluyeyayouyalidegaodi,xuanzebuyoufangxiang,xiangzhuyouludiyacebuyou,yibuchangyouyubeng、馬達容積損失所泄漏的流量;主泵的兩側設有兩個高壓溢流閥,斜盤快速擺動時出現的壓力峰值及最大壓力由高壓溢流閥保護,防止泵和馬達超載;該(gai)液(ye)壓(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong)還(hai)設(she)有(you)壓(ya)力(li)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa),壓(ya)力(li)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa)相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)一(yi)種(zhong)壓(ya)力(li)調(tiao)節(jie),當(dang)達(da)到(dao)設(she)定(ding)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)時(shi),將(jiang)油(you)泵(beng)的(de)排(pai)量(liang)回(hui)調(tiao)到(dao)為(wei)零(ling)的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。另(ling)外(wai),在(zai)補(bu)油(you)泵(beng)出(chu)口(kou)處(chu)還(hai)設(she)有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi),對(dui)液(ye)壓(ya)係(xi)統(tong)工(gong)作(zuo)介(jie)質(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)過(guo)濾(lv),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)的(de)清(qing)潔(jie)度(du)。
閉式係統具有以下優點:
(1)目前閉式係統變量泵均為集成式結構,補油泵及補油、溢流、kongzhidenggongnengfazujichengyuyeyabengshang,shiguanlulianjiebiandejiandan,bujinsuoxiaoleanzhuangkongjian,erqiejianshaoleyouguanlulianjiezaochengdexielouheguandaozhendong,tigaolexitongdekekaoxing,jianhualecaozuoguocheng。
(2)補(bu)油(you)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)僅(jin)能(neng)在(zai)主(zhu)泵(beng)的(de)排(pai)量(liang)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)容(rong)積(ji)式(shi)傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)響(xiang)應(ying),提(ti)高(gao)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)動(dong)作(zuo)頻(pin)率(lv),還(hai)能(neng)增(zeng)加(jia)主(zhu)泵(beng)進(jin)油(you)口(kou)處(chu)壓(ya)力(li),防(fang)止(zhi)大(da)流(liu)量(liang)時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)氣(qi)蝕(shi),可(ke)有(you)效(xiao)提(ti)高(gao)泵(beng)的(de)轉(zhuan)速(su)和(he)防(fang)止(zhi)泵(beng)吸(xi)空(kong),提(ti)高(gao)工(gong)作(zuo)壽(shou)命(ming);補油係統中裝有過濾器,提高傳動裝置的可靠性和使用壽命;另外,補油泵還能方便的為一些低壓輔助機構提供動力。
(3)由於僅有少量油液從油箱中吸取,減少了油箱的損耗。
