傳統的伸縮臂式起重機的吊臂伸縮和吊鉤升降(由卷揚馬達驅動)shilianggedulidedongzuo,youlianggekongzhishoubingfenbiekongzhi。zaidandujinxingdiaobishensuoshi,youyujuanyangmeiyouyundong,gangsishengchangduguding,suoyisuizhediaobideshenchuhuosuohui,diaogouhuisuizhisheng、降,可能造成吊鉤碰撞吊臂頭部或落到地麵。為此就要同時進行吊鉤升、降的操作,或者間歇進行這兩種操作,程序複雜,影響操作效率。為此,采用吊鉤升降補償技術可以實現隻操作吊臂伸、縮時,吊鉤又同時自動進行降、升補償運動(即吊鉤隨著吊臂的伸、縮而相應地降或升),shiqiyudiaobitoubudejulibaochibubian,jiejueleyinhuanhecaozuoshangdewenti。xiangfan,danducaozuodiaogoushengjiangshi,diaobibudong,buyingxiangzhengchangzuoye。lingwai,haizaixitongzhongzengjialeshifouxuanzejinxingdiaogoubuchangyundongdegongneng。
這一技術是對傳統液壓係統的改進。如圖1所示,傳統液壓係統主要包括先導控製閥、比例控製閥、伸縮缸、卷(juan)揚(yang)馬(ma)達(da)。先(xian)導(dao)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)通(tong)過(guo)先(xian)導(dao)油(you)路(lu)控(kong)製(zhi)比(bi)例(li)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)閥(fa)芯(xin)的(de)運(yun)動(dong),進(jin)而(er)控(kong)製(zhi)伸(shen)縮(suo)缸(gang)的(de)伸(shen)縮(suo)和(he)卷(juan)揚(yang)馬(ma)達(da)的(de)運(yun)轉(zhuan)。其(qi)中(zhong),卷(juan)揚(yang)回(hui)路(lu)和(he)伸(shen)縮(suo)回(hui)路(lu)相(xiang)互(hu)獨(du)立(li),互(hu)不(bu)幹(gan)涉(she)。改(gai)進(jin)後(hou)演(yan)變(bian)成(cheng)一(yi)套(tao)新(xin)的(de)液(ye)壓(ya)係(xi)統(tong),如(ru)圖(tu)2所示。新係統中增加了比例減壓閥、切換電磁閥、壓力繼電器,並對比例控製閥進行了改進。說明如下。
(1)要(yao)實(shi)現(xian)吊(diao)鉤(gou)自(zi)動(dong)補(bu)償(chang)運(yun)動(dong),首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)在(zai)隻(zhi)操(cao)縱(zong)先(xian)導(dao)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)伸(shen)縮(suo)聯(lian)時(shi),伸(shen)縮(suo)缸(gang)和(he)卷(juan)揚(yang)能(neng)同(tong)時(shi)運(yun)動(dong)。於(yu)是(shi)在(zai)先(xian)導(dao)控(kong)製(zhi)油(you)路(lu)上(shang)增(zeng)加(jia)一(yi)組(zu)切(qie)換(huan)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa),變(bian)成(cheng)先(xian)導(dao)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)伸(shen)縮(suo)聯(lian),這(zhe)就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)同(tong)時(shi)控(kong)製(zhi)比(bi)例(li)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)的(de)伸(shen)縮(suo)控(kong)製(zhi)聯(lian)和(he)卷(juan)揚(yang)控(kong)製(zhi)聯(lian)。先(xian)導(dao)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)伸(shen)縮(suo)聯(lian)和(he)卷(juan)揚(yang)聯(lian)對(dui)比(bi)例(li)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)卷(juan)揚(yang)聯(lian)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)切(qie)換(huan)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)實(shi)現(xian)的(de),實(shi)質(zhi)就(jiu)是(shi)實(shi)現(xian)吊(diao)鉤(gou)是(shi)否(fou)進(jin)行(xing)補(bu)償(chang)運(yun)動(dong)的(de)切(qie)換(huan)。為(wei)了(le)不(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)正(zheng)常(chang)吊(diao)重(zhong),在(zai)先(xian)導(dao)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)卷(juan)揚(yang)聯(lian)至(zhi)比(bi)例(li)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)卷(juan)揚(yang)聯(lian)油(you)路(lu)中(zhong)增(zeng)加(jia)一(yi)組(zu)壓(ya)力(li)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)經(jing)控(kong)製(zhi)切(qie)換(huan)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa),確(que)保(bao)即(ji)使(shi)在(zai)吊(diao)鉤(gou)補(bu)償(chang)狀(zhuang)態(tai)仍(reng)優(you)先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)卷(juan)揚(yang)運(yun)動(dong)。
(2)解(jie)決(jue)吊(diao)鉤(gou)補(bu)償(chang)運(yun)動(dong)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian),是(shi)解(jie)決(jue)伸(shen)縮(suo)缸(gang)運(yun)動(dong)和(he)卷(juan)揚(yang)運(yun)轉(zhuan)的(de)速(su)度(du)匹(pi)配(pei)問(wen)題(ti),即(ji)要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)先(xian)導(dao)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)同(tong)時(shi)能(neng)控(kong)製(zhi)比(bi)例(li)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)的(de)伸(shen)縮(suo)聯(lian)和(he)卷(juan)揚(yang)聯(lian)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)成(cheng)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)比(bi)例(li)。我(wo)們(men)與(yu)國(guo)內(nei)重(zhong)點(dian)高(gao)校(xiao)合(he)作(zuo),聯(lian)合(he)開(kai)發(fa)了(le)控(kong)製(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)比(bi)例(li)減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)。
(3)如(ru)果(guo)比(bi)例(li)控(kong)製(zhi)閥(fa)流(liu)量(liang)不(bu)飽(bao)和(he),即(ji)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)流(liu)量(liang)大(da)於(yu)液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)所(suo)能(neng)提(ti)供(gong)的(de)流(liu)量(liang)時(shi),根(gen)據(ju)流(liu)體(ti)動(dong)力(li)學(xue)原(yuan)理(li),流(liu)量(liang)會(hui)優(you)先(xian)流(liu)向(xiang)較(jiao)低(di)負(fu)載(zai)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)執(zhi)行(xing)元(yuan)件(jian),而(er)有(you)較(jiao)高(gao)負(fu)載(zai)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)執(zhi)行(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)會(hui)降(jiang)速(su)甚(shen)至(zhi)停(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)動(dong)。為(wei)此(ci),我(wo)們(men)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)國(guo)際(ji)領(ling)先(xian)的(de)LUDV(負載獨立流量分配)控kong製zhi技ji術shu,以yi執zhi行xing元yuan件jian的de最zui高gao負fu載zai壓ya力li控kong製zhi液ye壓ya泵beng的de斜xie盤pan並bing具ju有you壓ya力li補bu償chang功gong能neng,這zhe種zhong功gong能neng是shi通tong過guo設she在zai主zhu閥fa閥fa芯xin後hou的de壓ya力li補bu償chang實shi現xian的de。當dang執zhi行xing元yuan件jian所suo需xu的de流liu量liang大da於yu液ye壓ya泵beng所suo能neng提ti供gong的de流liu量liang時shi,係xi統tong將jiang按an比bi例li把ba液ye壓ya泵beng所suo提ti供gong的de流liu量liang分fen配pei給gei各ge執zhi行xing元yuan件jian,而er不bu是shi流liu向xiang較jiao低di負fu載zai壓ya力li的de執zhi行xing元yuan件jian。為wei此ci,對dui原yuan有you控kong製zhi閥fa進jin行xing了le改gai進jin,實shi現xian了le這zhe一yi功gong能neng。
解(jie)決(jue)了(le)以(yi)上(shang)技(ji)術(shu)難(nan)題(ti),可(ke)以(yi)輕(qing)鬆(song)實(shi)現(xian)是(shi)否(fou)進(jin)行(xing)吊(diao)鉤(gou)補(bu)償(chang)運(yun)動(dong)工(gong)況(kuang)的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze),而(er)且(qie)不(bu)會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)吊(diao)重(zhong)。即(ji)解(jie)決(jue)了(le)原(yuan)來(lai)必(bi)須(xu)間(jian)隔(ge)進(jin)行(xing)的(de)兩(liang)個(ge)操(cao)作(zuo)動(dong)作(zuo)或(huo)者(zhe)雙(shuang)手(shou)同(tong)時(shi)操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),改(gai)進(jin)後(hou)隻(zhi)需(xu)選(xuan)擇(ze)吊(diao)鉤(gou)補(bu)償(chang)切(qie)換(huan)開(kai)關(guan),操(cao)作(zuo)一(yi)個(ge)動(dong)作(zuo)就(jiu)能(neng)同(tong)時(shi)實(shi)現(xian)兩(liang)個(ge)動(dong)作(zuo)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)。另(ling)外(wai),由(you)於(yu)吊(diao)鉤(gou)和(he)伸(shen)縮(suo)臂(bi)頭(tou)部(bu)距(ju)離(li)保(bao)持(chi)不(bu)變(bian),避(bi)免(mian)了(le)如(ru)下(xia)問(wen)題(ti),即(ji)在(zai)伸(shen)臂(bi)時(shi)由(you)於(yu)人(ren)為(wei)疏(shu)忽(hu)或(huo)者(zhe)視(shi)線(xian)不(bu)好(hao)而(er)可(ke)能(neng)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)碰(peng)壞(huai)臂(bi)頭(tou)滑(hua)輪(lun),或(huo)者(zhe)縮(suo)臂(bi)時(shi)因(yin)升(sheng)吊(diao)鉤(gou)不(bu)及(ji)時(shi)而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)卷(juan)揚(yang)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)過(guo)鬆(song),在(zai)再(zai)次(ci)起(qi)吊(diao)時(shi)造(zao)成(cheng)卷(juan)揚(yang)亂(luan)繩(sheng)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)對(dui)於(yu)允(yun)許(xu)帶(dai)載(zai)伸(shen)縮(suo)或(huo)行(xing)駛(shi)的(de)保(bao)持(chi)重(zhong)物(wu)高(gao)度(du)不(bu)變(bian)的(de)中(zhong)、小噸位起重機,大大提高了作業效率。
