一(yi)般(ban)工(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)都(dou)存(cun)在(zai)機(ji)油(you)消(xiao)耗(hao)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang),在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)周(zhou)期(qi)內(nei)不(bu)同(tong)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)機(ji)油(you)的(de)消(xiao)耗(hao)量(liang)也(ye)不(bu)盡(jin)相(xiang)同(tong),但(dan)隻(zhi)要(yao)不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)限(xian)定(ding)值(zhi)都(dou)屬(shu)於(yu)正(zheng)常(chang)現(xian)象(xiang)。所謂 “燒”機油則是指機油進入發動機的燃燒室,與混合氣一起參與燃燒,從而導致出現機油消耗過快的現象。那麼發動機為什麼會燒機油呢?機油消耗量過高的原因究竟出在哪裏呢?
1機油外部滲漏
機油滲漏有許多原因,包括:機ji油you管guan路lu,放fang油you口kou,機ji油you盤pan襯chen墊dian,氣qi門men室shi罩zhao襯chen墊dian,機ji油you泵beng襯chen墊dian,燃ran油you泵beng襯chen墊dian,正zheng時shi鏈lian條tiao罩zhao蓋gai密mi封feng和he凸tu輪lun軸zhou密mi封feng處chu。以yi上shang可ke能neng滲shen漏lou因yin素su均jun不bu可ke忽hu視shi,因yin為wei即ji使shi小xiao的de滲shen漏lou也ye會hui導dao致zhi大da量liang的de機ji油you消xiao耗hao。檢jian漏lou方fang法fa是shi在zai發fa動dong機ji底di部bu放fang塊kuai淺qian色se的de布bu,啟qi動dong發fa動dong機ji後hou查zha看kan。
2前後油封故障

3主軸承磨損或故障
磨損或有故障的主軸承會甩起過量的機油,並被甩至缸壁。隨著軸承磨損的增加,會甩起更多機油。例如,如果軸承設計間隙0.04毫米能提供正常潤滑和冷卻功能的話,若軸承間隙能夠保持,則甩出的油量是正常的。當間隙增大到0.08毫米時,甩出的油量會是正常量的5倍。如果間隙增加到0.16毫米時,甩出的油量會是正常量的25倍。若主軸承甩出過多機油,氣缸上也會濺上更多,使活塞和活塞環無法有效控油。
4連杆軸承磨損或損壞

注意:軸承間隙不足則不僅導致自身磨損,也會導致活塞、活塞環和缸壁的磨損。
5凸輪軸軸承磨損或損壞
凸輪軸軸承通常是壓力潤滑的,如果間隙過大,過量的機油會漏失。漏失的機油會浸泡氣門導管和氣門杆處,造成機油消耗增加。
6缸套磨成錐形或失圓
對於磨成輕微錐度及失圓的缸套,機油的消耗可由活塞和活塞環控製。隨著活塞與缸套的間隙增大,將導致活塞運行時的擺動;這zhe種zhong瞬shun時shi的de傾qing斜xie擺bai動dong,將jiang導dao致zhi在zai活huo塞sai的de一yi側ce滯zhi留liu過guo量liang的de機ji油you,同tong樣yang的de情qing況kuang也ye出chu現xian在zai活huo塞sai環huan上shang。這zhe樣yang,隨sui著zhe活huo塞sai往wang複fu搖yao擺bai運yun動dong,就jiu有you一yi些xie機ji油you竄cuan入ru燃ran燒shao室shi。曲qu軸zhou每mei轉zhuan動dong一yi圈quan,活huo塞sai完wan成cheng兩liang個ge衝chong程cheng。當dang發fa動dong機ji以yi3000rpm運轉時,在變形的缸套中運行的活塞環將承受6000次/fenzhongdechicunjixingzhuangdebianhua。zaigaosuyunxingqingkuangxia,huosaihuankenengwufajishitiaozhengzishenyugangtaodepeihejianxi。yinci,fadongjidejiyouxiaohaoliangjiuhuiguogao。
7缸套變形
如受熱不均或缸蓋螺栓緊度不均等因素,都可能導致缸套的扭曲變形,造成活塞環無法與缸套表麵形成適當的配合接觸,刮油功能降低;結果導致局部殘留過多的機油,最終竄入燃燒室被燒掉,造成機油消耗量升高。
8活塞環槽磨損

9氣門杆或導管磨損
ruguoqimenganhedaoguanfashengmosun,jinqishichanshengdezhenkongxilihuijiangqimenganhedaoguanjiandeyoujiyouzhengqixirujinqiqiguan,zuizhongjinruranshaoshishaodiao。ruguozhezhongqingkuangdebudaogaishan,namedangfadongjigenghuanlexindehuosaihuanhou,youyujinqizhenkongxilizengda,jiyouxiaohaoyejiangsuizhizengjia;氣門導管間隙過大而引起的高機油消耗問題,可以通過不斷修整氣門杆加以改善。
10連杆彎曲變形
彎(wan)曲(qu)變(bian)形(xing)的(de)連(lian)杆(gan)將(jiang)導(dao)致(zhi)活(huo)塞(sai)無(wu)法(fa)沿(yan)缸(gang)套(tao)直(zhi)線(xian)運(yun)行(xing),影(ying)響(xiang)活(huo)塞(sai)環(huan)發(fa)揮(hui)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)密(mi)封(feng)功(gong)能(neng),導(dao)致(zhi)機(ji)油(you)消(xiao)耗(hao)增(zeng)加(jia)。此(ci)外(wai),彎(wan)曲(qu)變(bian)形(xing)的(de)連(lian)杆(gan)還(hai)將(jiang)導(dao)致(zhi)連(lian)杆(gan)軸(zhou)承(cheng)與(yu)活(huo)塞(sai)銷(xiao)間(jian)的(de)配(pei)合(he)間(jian)隙(xi)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua),造(zao)成(cheng)連(lian)杆(gan)軸(zhou)承(cheng)過(guo)早(zao)磨(mo)損(sun),使(shi)更(geng)多(duo)的(de)機(ji)油(you)被(bei)甩(shuai)到(dao)氣(qi)缸(gang)壁(bi)上(shang)。
11活塞銷磨損或位置不當
如(ru)果(guo)活(huo)塞(sai)銷(xiao)磨(mo)損(sun)或(huo)裝(zhuang)配(pei)不(bu)當(dang),在(zai)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)流(liu)向(xiang)活(huo)塞(sai)銷(xiao)的(de)機(ji)油(you),將(jiang)被(bei)甩(shuai)到(dao)氣(qi)缸(gang)壁(bi)上(shang),而(er)活(huo)塞(sai)環(huan)無(wu)法(fa)將(jiang)多(duo)餘(yu)的(de)機(ji)油(you)刮(gua)除(chu)。這(zhe)不(bu)僅(jin)導(dao)致(zhi)直(zhi)接(jie)的(de)機(ji)油(you)過(guo)度(du)損(sun)耗(hao),而(er)且(qie)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)積(ji)碳(tan)還(hai)會(hui)堵(du)塞(sai)油(you)路(lu),導(dao)致(zhi)活(huo)塞(sai)環(huan)卡(ka)死(si)。
12活塞銷裝配過緊

13油路阻塞
發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)在(zai)惡(e)劣(lie)的(de)工(gong)況(kuang)下(xia)經(jing)過(guo)長(chang)期(qi)運(yun)行(xing),產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)積(ji)碳(tan)及(ji)外(wai)界(jie)異(yi)物(wu)極(ji)易(yi)阻(zu)塞(sai)活(huo)塞(sai)和(he)活(huo)塞(sai)環(huan)中(zhong)的(de)油(you)路(lu)。此(ci)時(shi),機(ji)油(you)無(wu)法(fa)按(an)正(zheng)常(chang)途(tu)徑(jing)返(fan)回(hui)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang),而(er)是(shi)滯(zhi)留(liu)在(zai)某(mou)些(xie)諸(zhu)如(ru)氣(qi)門(men)導(dao)管(guan)等(deng)部(bu)位(wei),導致機油消耗增加。如果連杆中或其它部位的油路阻塞,將導致發動機潤滑不良,磨損加劇,機油消耗增加。
14主軸承蓋螺栓或連杆螺栓扭矩不平衡
如ru果guo主zhu軸zhou承cheng蓋gai螺luo栓shuan或huo連lian杆gan螺luo栓shuan扭niu矩ju不bu平ping衡heng,將jiang導dao致zhi軸zhou承cheng失shi圓yuan變bian形xing,降jiang低di軸zhou承cheng使shi用yong壽shou命ming,使shi過guo量liang的de機ji油you從cong軸zhou承cheng被bei甩shuai出chu。在zai安an裝zhuang軸zhou承cheng蓋gai螺luo栓shuan時shi,必bi須xu使shi用yong扭niu矩ju扳ban手shou,嚴yan格ge按an製zhi造zao商shang的de要yao求qiu扭niu矩ju擰ning緊jin。
15缸蓋螺栓扭矩不平衡
缸gang蓋gai螺luo栓shuan扭niu矩ju不bu平ping衡heng所suo產chan生sheng的de應ying力li將jiang導dao致zhi氣qi缸gang嚴yan重zhong變bian形xing,出chu現xian竄cuan油you情qing況kuang。在zai安an裝zhuang缸gang蓋gai螺luo栓shuan時shi,必bi須xu使shi用yong扭niu矩ju扳ban手shou,嚴yan格ge按an製zhi造zao商shang的de要yao求qiu扭niu矩ju及ji順shun序xu擰ning緊jin。
16塵汙的冷卻係統
水套和散熱器內的鏽蝕顆粒、水垢、chenjiwu,yijishuiguanludefushi,douhuishilengquexitongdelengquexiaolvshoudaofumianyingxiang。yincierzaochengdeqigangbianxing,huizhijieyinqijiyousunshi。lengquexitongdequexian,yinqifadongjiguore,jineryinfaqigang、活塞和活塞環的擦傷,導致油耗升高。過熱的發動機和油底殼整體油溫,同樣會引起油耗上升。
