橋機主梁按作業方位放置在平台上或墊架上,即下蓋板置於下部。在無司機室一側主梁上蓋板上畫出轉化跨度中心線,並打衝孔作符號;用氣體切割器堵截多餘的小車軌道;依據原主梁和端梁的接頭形式和尺度,在確認改造方位劃線,並預留足夠長度的上、下蓋板,以備主梁和端梁的從頭拚裝;
切割時應確保上橫梁不被煤氣堵截,並確保上橫梁不被煤氣堵截;清除氣割渣、油漆等汙物,用風鏟和砂輪鏟將上下蓋板的殘留物磨碎;拚裝下蓋板。如果下蓋板較厚,可采用火焰加熱、錘擊等方法煨坡。主梁端部的插座應大於端梁高度2mm,以便於端梁的拚裝;焊接下蓋板與腹板斜麵之間的焊縫。
橋機端梁的修理及主梁與端梁、走台等的安裝工藝要求與由小變大的進程相同。
當然在改造跨度以前,橋式起重機的軌道要先安裝完畢。橋式起重機軌道的樹立是使起重機運轉更便利、更好的一個必要進程。
留(liu)意(yi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)軌(gui)道(dao)方(fang)向(xiang)。起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)運(yun)轉(zhuan)進(jin)程(cheng)中(zhong)需(xu)要(yao)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)好(hao)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)操(cao)控(kong),所(suo)以(yi)橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)軌(gui)道(dao)也(ye)應(ying)該(gai)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)清(qing)晰(xi)的(de)軌(gui)道(dao)方(fang)向(xiang),這(zhe)是(shi)首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)做(zuo)的(de)。起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)鋼(gang)軌(gui)接(jie)頭(tou)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)1-2mm。當冰冷地區或裝置的溫度低於正常溫度,且溫差大於20℃時,應考慮溫度補償空隙,以4~6mm為宜。鋼軌接頭可所以直的或歪斜的45度。歪斜接頭可使車輪在接頭處平穩過渡。接頭處兩根鋼軌的橫向錯位和高差不該大於1mm。鋼軌接頭的焊接順序為自下而上。先軌底,再軌腰、軌頭,逐層、逐層,終修補周圍。焊接鋼軌接頭時,應設置暫時夾具固定鋼軌進行焊接。
