橋式起重機安裝流程
橋式起重機安裝分為三步:
1、將導軌提起到軸承梁上,用夾板和壓板固定。
2、拚裝電動葫蘆和端梁,並將其提高至承載才能。
3、安裝滑絲,銜接電氣櫃,調試。

橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)體(ti)係(xi)一(yi)般(ban)選(xuan)用(yong)交(jiao)流(liu)傳(chuan)動(dong)體(ti)係(xi),橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)運(yun)轉(zhuan)組(zu)織(zhi)一(yi)般(ban)需(xu)要(yao)反(fan)向(xiang)製(zhi)動(dong)或(huo)其(qi)他(ta)電(dian)製(zhi)動(dong),以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)轉(zhuan)速(su)度(du)下(xia)的(de)快(kuai)速(su)穩(wen)定(ding)製(zhi)動(dong)。用(yong)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)將(jiang)主(zhu)梁(liang)吊(diao)到(dao)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)上(shang)。橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)跨(kua)度(du)根(gen)據(ju)實(shi)測(ce)承(cheng)載(zai)力(li)跨(kua)度(du)定(ding)製(zhi)。端(duan)梁(liang)安(an)裝(zhuang)完(wan)畢(bi)後(hou),對(dui)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)主(zhu)梁(liang)跨(kua)度(du)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)量(liang)。差(cha)錯(cuo)應(ying)操(cao)控(kong)在(zai)0.5cm以內。假如差錯偏差會導致起重機鋼軌啃傷。電動葫蘆的安裝也應根據工字鋼寬度進行調整。

關(guan)於(yu)操(cao)控(kong)麵(mian)板(ban)操(cao)控(kong)的(de)起(qi)升(sheng)組(zu)織(zhi),本(ben)標(biao)準(zhun)僅(jin)規(gui)則(ze)至(zhi)少(shao)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)齒(chi)輪(lun)低(di)速(su)下(xia)降(jiang),但(dan)對(dui)低(di)速(su)技(ji)術(shu)功(gong)能(neng)沒(mei)有(you)規(gui)則(ze)。盡(jin)管(guan)反(fan)向(xiang)銜(xian)接(jie)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)和(he)單(dan)相(xiang)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)功(gong)能(neng)較(jiao)差(cha),但(dan)也(ye)可(ke)作(zuo)為(wei)下(xia)檔(dang)使(shi)用(yong)。在(zai)凸(tu)輪(lun)操(cao)控(kong)器(qi)操(cao)控(kong)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),由(you)於(yu)下(xia)低(di)檔(dang)位(wei)設(she)置(zhi)困(kun)難(nan),功(gong)能(neng)差(cha),所(suo)以(yi)不(bu)進(jin)行(xing)調(tiao)節(jie)是(shi)很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)的(de)。
為(wei)固(gu)定(ding)橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)軌(gui)跡(ji),每(mei)一(yi)道(dao)軌(gui)跡(ji)均(jun)用(yong)夾(jia)板(ban)逐(zhu)一(yi)銜(xian)接(jie),再(zai)用(yong)壓(ya)板(ban)或(huo)螺(luo)栓(shuan)將(jiang)鋼(gang)軌(gui)鎖(suo)定(ding)在(zai)承(cheng)載(zai)力(li)上(shang)。同(tong)時(shi),測(ce)量(liang)軌(gui)跡(ji)距(ju)離(li),以(yi)匹(pi)配(pei)吊(diao)車(che)梁(liang)的(de)跨(kua)度(du)。假(jia)如(ru)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)水(shui)平(ping)有(you)任(ren)何(he)差(cha)錯(cuo),應(ying)加(jia)鋼(gang)板(ban),以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)軌(gui)跡(ji)安(an)裝(zhuang)水(shui)平(ping)。交(jiao)流(liu)調(tiao)速(su)體(ti)係(xi)一(yi)般(ban)選(xuan)用(yong)晶(jing)閘(zha)管(guan)定(ding)子(zi)調(tiao)壓(ya)、能耗製動、渦流製動、液壓推杆製動、多速電機和雙電機方案。調速體係的電機、電阻器等首要部件的容量應根據實際工況進行挑選和檢查。當液壓推杆製動器用於提高組織的調速時,應供給支撐製動器。
