製動器自調裝置
製動蹄在不工作的原始位置時,其摩擦片與製動鼓間應有合適的間隙,其設定值由汽車製造廠規定,一般在0.25~0.5mm之間。任何製動器摩擦副中的這一間隙(以下簡稱製動器間隙)如果過小,就不易保證徹底解除製動,造成摩擦副拖磨;過(guo)大(da)又(you)將(jiang)使(shi)製(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板(ban)行(xing)程(cheng)太(tai)長(chang),以(yi)致(zhi)駕(jia)駛(shi)員(yuan)操(cao)作(zuo)不(bu)便(bian),也(ye)會(hui)推(tui)遲(chi)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)開(kai)始(shi)起(qi)作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)時(shi)刻(ke)。但(dan)在(zai)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),摩(mo)擦(ca)片(pian)的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)磨(mo)損(sun)將(jiang)導(dao)致(zhi)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)間(jian)隙(xi)逐(zhu)漸(jian)增(zeng)大(da)。情(qing)況(kuang)嚴(yan)重(zhong)時(shi),即(ji)使(shi)將(jiang)製(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板(ban)踩(cai)到(dao)下(xia)極(ji)限(xian)位(wei)置(zhi),也(ye)產(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)了(le)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju)。大(da)多(duo)數(shu)轎(jiao)車(che)都(dou)裝(zhuang)有(you)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)間(jian)隙(xi)自(zi)調(tiao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),也(ye)有(you)一(yi)些(xie)載(zai)貨(huo)汽(qi)車(che)仍(reng)采(cai)用(yong)手(shou)工(gong)調(tiao)節(jie)。
製動器間隙調整是汽車保養和修理中的重要項目,按工作過程不同,可分為一次調準式和階躍式兩種。
右圖是一種設在製動輪缸內的摩擦限位式間隙自調裝置。用以限定不製動時製動蹄的內極限位置的限位摩擦環2,裝在輪缸活塞3neiduandehuancaozhong,huosaishangdehuancaohuoluoxuancaodekuandudayuxianweimocahuanhoudu。huosaixiangduiyumocahuandezuidazhouxiangweiyiliangjiweierzhezhijiandejianxi。jianxiyingdengyuzaizhidongqijianxiweishedingdebiaozhunzhishishixingwanquanzhidongsuoxudelunganghuosaixingcheng。
製動時,輪缸活塞外移,若製動器間隙由於各種原因增大到超過設定值,則活塞外移到0時(shi),仍(reng)不(bu)能(neng)實(shi)現(xian)完(wan)全(quan)製(zhi)動(dong),但(dan)隻(zhi)要(yao)輪(lun)缸(gang)將(jiang)活(huo)塞(sai)連(lian)同(tong)摩(mo)擦(ca)環(huan)繼(ji)續(xu)推(tui)出(chu),直(zhi)到(dao)實(shi)現(xian)完(wan)全(quan)製(zhi)動(dong)。這(zhe)樣(yang),在(zai)解(jie)除(chu)製(zhi)動(dong)時(shi),製(zhi)動(dong)蹄(ti)隻(zhi)能(neng)回(hui)複(fu)到(dao)活(huo)塞(sai)與(yu)處(chu)於(yu)新(xin)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)限(xian)位(wei)摩(mo)擦(ca)環(huan)接(jie)觸(chu)為(wei)止(zhi),即(ji)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)間(jian)隙(xi)為(wei)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)。
