同步電動機結構
tongbudiandongjidejiegouhetongbufadianjijibenxiangtong,zhuanziyefentujiheyinji。dandaduoshutongbudiandongjiweitujishi。anzhuangxingshiyefenwoshihelishi。weilejiejuetongbudiandongjideqidongwenti,zaiqizhuanzishangyibanzhuangyouqidongraozu。tahaikeyizaiyunxingzhongyizhizhendang,故又稱阻尼繞組。除了上述傳統結構外,還有一種無滑動接觸的爪極式轉子結構。以6極電機為例,在轉軸上相向地裝上兩組爪形磁極。一組在爪盤上沿軸向向右伸出3個極身;另一組反向安裝在右邊,使爪盤上沿軸向向左伸出3個ge極ji身shen。兩liang組zu磁ci極ji的de極ji性xing相xiang反fan。磁ci極ji的de外wai圓yuan周zhou表biao麵mian裝zhuang配pei後hou,不bu再zai象xiang一yi般ban凸tu極ji電dian機ji那na樣yang呈cheng圓yuan瓦wa麵mian,而er是shi楔xie形xing瓦wa麵mian,即ji一yi端duan的de極ji弧hu較jiao另ling一yi端duan長chang,整zheng個ge轉zhuan子zi形xing狀zhuang如ru圖tu1。勵磁繞組裝在兩側磁軛外緣。它產生的磁通經過N、S極間的側向主氣隙gm、轉子和定子間的軸向氣隙g1和g2,再經端蓋和機座而閉合。為防止磁通經轉軸短路,轉軸應采用非磁性鋼;或把轉軸分成3duan,zhongjianyiduanweifeicixinggang。zhezhongjiegoudezhuyaoyoudianshixuanzhuanbufenmeiyouraozu,yewujidianhuanhedianshuazhijiandehuadongjiechu,guyunxingkekao,jueyuanjiegoujiandan,weixiuyefangbian。dantadezhuciluchangqieyoujiaoduoqixi,shilicisuoxugonglvzengda;電機外殼有強磁性,這會引起軸承發熱;而轉軸也必須采用隔磁措施。因此這種電機並未獲得普遍推廣,隻在某些特殊場合下使用,一般容量不超過幾百千瓦。
