電動機啟動方式
電動機啟動方式包括:全壓直接啟動、自耦減壓起動、y-δ起動、軟起動器、變頻器。
全壓直接起動:
在(zai)電(dian)網(wang)容(rong)量(liang)和(he)負(fu)載(zai)兩(liang)方(fang)麵(mian)都(dou)允(yun)許(xu)全(quan)壓(ya)直(zhi)接(jie)起(qi)動(dong)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),可(ke)以(yi)考(kao)慮(lv)采(cai)用(yong)全(quan)壓(ya)直(zhi)接(jie)起(qi)動(dong)。優(you)點(dian)是(shi)操(cao)縱(zong)控(kong)製(zhi)方(fang)便(bian),維(wei)護(hu)簡(jian)單(dan),而(er)且(qie)比(bi)較(jiao)經(jing)濟(ji)。主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)於(yu)小(xiao)功(gong)率(lv)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)起(qi)動(dong),從(cong)節(jie)約(yue)電(dian)能(neng)的(de)角(jiao)度(du)考(kao)慮(lv),大(da)於(yu)11kW的電動機不宜用此方法。
自耦減壓起動:

y-δ起動:
對dui於yu正zheng常chang運yun行xing的de定ding子zi繞rao組zu為wei三san角jiao形xing接jie法fa的de鼠shu籠long式shi異yi步bu電dian動dong機ji來lai說shuo,如ru果guo在zai起qi動dong時shi將jiang定ding子zi繞rao組zu接jie成cheng星xing形xing,待dai起qi動dong完wan畢bi後hou再zai接jie成cheng三san角jiao形xing,就jiu可ke以yi降jiang低di起qi動dong電dian流liu,減jian輕qing它ta對dui電dian網wang的de衝chong擊ji。這zhe樣yang的de起qi動dong方fang式shi稱cheng為wei星xing三san角jiao減jian壓ya起qi動dong,或huo簡jian稱cheng為wei星xing三san角jiao起qi動dong(y-δ起動)。采用星三角起動時,起動電流隻是原來按三角形接法直接起動時的1/3。如果直接起動時的起動電流以6~7ie計,則在星三角起動時,起動電流才2~2.3倍。這就是說采用星三角起動時,起動轉矩也降為原來按三角形接法直接起動時的1/3。適(shi)用(yong)於(yu)無(wu)載(zai)或(huo)者(zhe)輕(qing)載(zai)起(qi)動(dong)的(de)場(chang)合(he)。並(bing)且(qie)同(tong)任(ren)何(he)別(bie)的(de)減(jian)壓(ya)起(qi)動(dong)器(qi)相(xiang)比(bi)較(jiao),其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)最(zui)簡(jian)單(dan),價(jia)格(ge)也(ye)最(zui)便(bian)宜(yi)。除(chu)此(ci)之(zhi)外(wai),星(xing)三(san)角(jiao)起(qi)動(dong)方(fang)式(shi)還(hai)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)優(you)點(dian),即(ji)當(dang)負(fu)載(zai)較(jiao)輕(qing)時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)讓(rang)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)在(zai)星(xing)形(xing)接(jie)法(fa)下(xia)運(yun)行(xing)。此(ci)時(shi),額(e)定(ding)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)與(yu)負(fu)載(zai)可(ke)以(yi)匹(pi)配(pei),這(zhe)樣(yang)能(neng)使(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)有(you)所(suo)提(ti)高(gao),並(bing)因(yin)之(zhi)節(jie)約(yue)了(le)電(dian)力(li)消(xiao)耗(hao)。
軟起動器:

變頻器:
變頻器是現代電動機控製領域技術含量最高,控製功能最全、控(kong)製(zhi)效(xiao)果(guo)最(zui)好(hao)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),它(ta)通(tong)過(guo)改(gai)變(bian)電(dian)網(wang)的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)來(lai)調(tiao)節(jie)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)速(su)和(he)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)。因(yin)為(wei)涉(she)及(ji)到(dao)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)子(zi)技(ji)術(shu),微(wei)機(ji)技(ji)術(shu),因(yin)此(ci)成(cheng)本(ben)高(gao),對(dui)維(wei)護(hu)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)也(ye)高(gao),因(yin)此(ci)主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)在(zai)需(xu)要(yao)調(tiao)速(su)並(bing)且(qie)對(dui)速(su)度(du)控(kong)製(zhi)要(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)的(de)領(ling)域(yu)。
