接觸器電性能測試技術現狀
對接觸器等有觸點開關電器動態檢測技術研究主要集中在以下幾個方麵:
1.以計算機作為上位機,A/D采樣板或DSP作為下位機的觸頭參數自動檢測係統
采用自行研製的繼電器電壽命計算機檢測與控製裝置在繼電器電壽命試驗的開始、中間、結尾三個不同的時段對過電壓信號進行采集。采用自行研製的A/D采樣板或以DSP為核心的高速數據采集卡,對觸頭接觸壓降、斷開觸頭間電壓、主回路電流等觸頭電氣參數進行采樣。控製部分采用數字I/O板通過控製固態繼電器來驅動接觸器或繼電器通斷。軟件方麵采用VB編程,中斷處理程序實現數據采樣、邏輯控製等功能。文獻中的數據處理方麵主要針對電網頻率、gonglvyinshudejisuan。tongguoduicaijidaodedianyaxinhaodefenxi,liyongkuaisufuliyebianhuanjiangshiyuxinhaobianhuanweipinyuxinhao,jiangbianhuandejieguofenbiefangzaishibuyuxubudeshuzuzhong,chuxianfengzhideweizhiweidianwangpinlv,liyonggongshijisuanchudianwangpinlv。jiangcaijidaodeshujujinxingfuliyebianhuan,jiangshiyuxinhaobianhuanweipinyuxinhao,congerjisuanchudianyahedianliudexiangwei,jinerqiudegonglvyinshu。
2.基於單片機控製技術的繼電器參數檢測技術
隨(sui)著(zhe)電(dian)器(qi)檢(jian)測(ce)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)水(shui)平(ping)的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)高(gao),單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)到(dao)各(ge)類(lei)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)檢(jian)測(ce)與(yu)控(kong)製(zhi)中(zhong)。通(tong)過(guo)改(gai)進(jin)傳(chuan)統(tong)交(jiao)流(liu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)接(jie)通(tong)與(yu)分(fen)斷(duan)實(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)作(zuo)為(wei)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)模(mo)塊(kuai)控(kong)製(zhi)交(jiao)流(liu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)通(tong)斷(duan),觸(chu)頭(tou)電(dian)氣(qi)參(can)數(shu)的(de)檢(jian)測(ce)主(zhu)要(yao)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)、電流互感器、數據采集卡及PC機完成。該裝置可以實現對接觸器接通與分斷過程觸頭電壓、電流等動態波形進行實時數據采集,相比於傳統的示波器檢測,其觸頭電弧燃弧電壓波形記錄準確。采用VisualC++6.0軟ruan件jian開kai發fa采cai集ji程cheng序xu與yu人ren機ji界jie麵mian,數shu據ju處chu理li程cheng序xu可ke以yi對dui數shu據ju進jin行xing實shi時shi自zi動dong處chu理li,減jian小xiao了le人ren工gong處chu理li波bo形xing數shu據ju而er產chan生sheng的de誤wu差cha。該gai試shi驗yan方fang案an簡jian單dan可ke行xing,能neng夠gou實shi現xian對dui交jiao流liu接jie觸chu器qi接jie通tong與yu分fen斷duan動dong態tai過guo程cheng中zhong觸chu頭tou電dian壓ya、電流波形的分析。文獻中張強等人研製的繼電器電參數測試裝置以增強型89C51單片機為核心,配置交、直流電壓源及觸點檢測電路可以對多種型號交直流電壓繼電器的動作時間、動作電壓、接觸電阻等電氣參數進行測試。在動作時間的測試上,將被測繼電器的常閉觸點接高電平、常(chang)開(kai)觸(chu)點(dian)接(jie)地(di),在(zai)檢(jian)測(ce)線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)同(tong)時(shi)啟(qi)動(dong)計(ji)時(shi)器(qi)開(kai)始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),搭(da)建(jian)觸(chu)點(dian)電(dian)平(ping)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)路(lu)實(shi)時(shi)監(jian)測(ce)觸(chu)點(dian)電(dian)平(ping)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)。根(gen)據(ju)觸(chu)點(dian)電(dian)平(ping)變(bian)化(hua)情(qing)況(kuang)判(pan)斷(duan)觸(chu)點(dian)動(dong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。當(dang)電(dian)平(ping)由(you)高(gao)變(bian)為(wei)低(di)時(shi)立(li)即(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)計(ji)時(shi),此(ci)時(shi)可(ke)以(yi)讀(du)出(chu)計(ji)時(shi)器(qi)的(de)計(ji)時(shi),此(ci)時(shi)間(jian)即(ji)為(wei)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)吸(xi)合(he)時(shi)間(jian)。同(tong)理(li)可(ke)以(yi)得(de)到(dao)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)釋(shi)放(fang)時(shi)間(jian)。同(tong)時(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)還(hai)可(ke)以(yi)監(jian)測(ce)觸(chu)點(dian)的(de)接(jie)觸(chu)電(dian)阻(zu)。該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)性(xing)價(jia)比(bi)高(gao),對(dui)於(yu)本(ben)課(ke)題(ti)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)研(yan)製(zhi)具(ju)有(you)很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)參(can)考(kao)價(jia)值(zhi)。
3.虛擬儀器技術在開關電器參數檢測中的應用
隨著虛擬儀器技術的發展與成熟,虛擬儀器技術越來越多的被應用在繼電器、jiechuqidengkaiguandianqideceshizhong。xuniyiqijishushiyizhongyiruanjianweizhongxindexinxingceliangjishu,takeyidadajiangdishiyanyiqichengben。celianggongnengzhuyaoyouruanjianbianchenglaishixian,zaiyigongkongjiweihexinzuchengdeyingjianpingtaizhichixia,tongguoLabVIEW軟件開發平台編程實現儀器的測試功能。LabVIEW應用庫中加載了很多不同用途的測試與控製模塊,用戶可以在LabVIEW應用程序下直接調用相關模塊即可實現多種測試功能。與傳統的彙編、VB、VC等文本編程語言相比,LabVIEW軟件程序的編寫非常簡單。在LabVIEW環境下安裝數據采集卡的驅動後,即可調用采集卡的功能函數實現對采集卡的控製、數據的采集、處理、顯示等功能。
4.繼電器時間參數的獲取方法
繼電器時間參數的檢測主要利用電秒表和光線示波器等模擬試驗的方法得到,傳統檢測方法測量速度慢、誤差大、測ce量liang不bu準zhun確que等deng。隨sui著zhe計ji算suan機ji技ji術shu的de發fa展zhan,越yue來lai越yue多duo的de繼ji電dian器qi檢jian測ce裝zhuang置zhi應ying用yong微wei處chu理li器qi,這zhe些xie檢jian測ce裝zhuang置zhi其qi原yuan理li大da體ti相xiang同tong。文wen獻xian中zhong提ti到dao了le一yi種zhong時shi間jian參can數shu檢jian測ce電dian路lu,該gai電dian路lu主zhu要yao組zu成cheng部bu分fen為wei單dan片pian機ji,其qi檢jian測ce原yuan理li為wei:當繼電器觸點閉合時,單片機對應輸入通道電壓為5V,端口為“1”,當繼電器斷開時,其對應電壓為0V,I/O端口為“0”。當給繼電器加勵磁電壓時,單片機以足夠小的采樣周期讀取單片機對應的數字I/O端(duan)口(kou),經(jing)過(guo)數(shu)據(ju)處(chu)理(li),即(ji)可(ke)計(ji)算(suan)出(chu)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)參(can)數(shu)。但(dan)是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)此(ci)種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)在(zai)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)接(jie)直(zhi)流(liu)負(fu)載(zai)時(shi)基(ji)本(ben)符(fu)合(he),當(dang)接(jie)交(jiao)流(liu)負(fu)載(zai)時(shi),由(you)於(yu)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)交(jiao)變(bian)的(de),繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)斷(duan)開(kai)時(shi)時(shi)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)端(duan)口(kou)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)值(zhi)也(ye)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)很(hen)小(xiao)或(huo)接(jie)近(jin)於(yu)零(ling)。因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)觸(chu)點(dian)所(suo)接(jie)回(hui)路(lu)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)回(hui)路(lu)時(shi),利(li)用(yong)觸(chu)點(dian)間(jian)電(dian)壓(ya)瞬(shun)時(shi)值(zhi)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)來(lai)判(pan)斷(duan)觸(chu)點(dian)的(de)閉(bi)合(he)與(yu)斷(duan)開(kai)狀(zhuang)態(tai),誤(wu)差(cha)就(jiu)會(hui)很(hen)大(da),從(cong)而(er)得(de)不(bu)到(dao)準(zhun)確(que)的(de)數(shu)值(zhi)。文(wen)獻(xian)中(zhong)提(ti)到(dao)了(le)一(yi)種(zhong)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)時(shi)間(jian)參(can)數(shu)的(de)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)檢(jian)測(ce)方(fang)法(fa),它(ta)采(cai)用(yong)自(zi)行(xing)研(yan)製(zhi)的(de)采(cai)集(ji)板(ban)卡(ka),其(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)及(ji)其(qi)外(wai)圍(wei)電(dian)路(lu)組(zu)成(cheng)。該(gai)方(fang)法(fa)可(ke)以(yi)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)、動作回跳時間、釋放時間、釋(shi)放(fang)回(hui)跳(tiao)時(shi)間(jian)等(deng)時(shi)間(jian)參(can)數(shu)。單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)接(jie)於(yu)線(xian)圈(quan)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)控(kong)製(zhi)勵(li)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)電(dian)與(yu)斷(duan)電(dian),采(cai)集(ji)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)閉(bi)合(he)與(yu)分(fen)斷(duan)時(shi)觸(chu)點(dian)的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai),並(bing)計(ji)算(suan)其(qi)時(shi)間(jian)參(can)數(shu)。其(qi)檢(jian)測(ce)原(yuan)理(li)為(wei):當繼電器線圈通電時觸點經過定的動作時間才能夠閉合,因此單片機先采集到數據0,觸點閉合穩定後采集到1。在此過程中觸點會產生彈跳,最後才能達到穩定狀態,在此期間單片機采集到的數據或為0或為1。設定單片機的采樣周期為0.01ms,由單片機采集到的數據的地址值乘以采樣周期,即為所求動作時間。
5.接觸器動態性能檢測技術與綜合評判方法
