正弦脈寬調製(SPWM)控製方式
其特點是控製電路結構簡單、成(cheng)本(ben)較(jiao)低(di),機(ji)械(xie)特(te)性(xing)硬(ying)度(du)也(ye)較(jiao)好(hao),能(neng)夠(gou)滿(man)足(zu)一(yi)般(ban)傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)平(ping)滑(hua)調(tiao)速(su)要(yao)求(qiu),已(yi)在(zai)產(chan)業(ye)的(de)各(ge)個(ge)領(ling)域(yu)得(de)到(dao)廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)。但(dan)是(shi),這(zhe)種(zhong)控(kong)製(zhi)方(fang)式(shi)在(zai)低(di)頻(pin)時(shi),由(you)於(yu)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低(di),轉(zhuan)矩(ju)受(shou)定(ding)子(zi)電(dian)阻(zu)壓(ya)降(jiang)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)比(bi)較(jiao)顯(xian)著(zhu),使(shi)輸(shu)出(chu)最(zui)大(da)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)減(jian)小(xiao)。另(ling)外(wai),其(qi)機(ji)械(xie)特(te)性(xing)終(zhong)究(jiu)沒(mei)有(you)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)硬(ying),動(dong)態(tai)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)能(neng)力(li)和(he)靜(jing)態(tai)調(tiao)速(su)性(xing)能(neng)都(dou)還(hai)不(bu)盡(jin)如(ru)人(ren)意(yi),且(qie)係(xi)統(tong)性(xing)能(neng)不(bu)高(gao)、控製曲線會隨負載的變化而變化,轉矩響應慢、電機轉矩利用率不高,低速時因定子電阻和逆變器死區效應的存在而性能下降,穩定性變差等。因此人們又研究出矢量控製變頻調速。
