浮筒起重機構造

橋qiao架jia的de金jin屬shu構gou造zao由you主zhu梁liang和he端duan梁liang組zu成cheng,分fen為wei單dan主zhu梁liang橋qiao架jia和he雙shuang梁liang橋qiao架jia兩liang類lei。單dan主zhu梁liang橋qiao架jia由you單dan根gen主zhu梁liang和he位wei於yu跨kua度du兩liang邊bian的de端duan梁liang組zu成cheng,雙shuang梁liang橋qiao架jia由you兩liang根gen主zhu梁liang和he端duan梁liang組zu成cheng。
zhuliangyuduanlianggangxingxianjie,duanliangliangduanzhuangyouchelun,yongyizhichengqiaojiazaigaojiashangyunzhuan。zhuliangshanghanyouguidao,gongqizhongxiaocheyunzhuan。qiaojiazhuliangdegouzaoleixingjiaoduobinidianxingdeyouxiangxinggouzao、四桁架構造和空腹桁架構造。
箱形構造又可分為正軌箱形雙梁、偏軌箱形雙梁、偏軌箱形單主梁等幾種。正軌箱形雙梁是普遍采用的一種根本方式,主梁由上、下翼緣板和兩側的垂直腹板組成,小車鋼軌布置在上翼緣板的中心線上,它的構造簡單,製造便當,適於成批消費,但自重較大。
偏軌箱形雙梁和偏軌箱形單主梁的截麵都是由上、下(xia)翼(yi)緣(yuan)板(ban)和(he)不(bu)等(deng)厚(hou)的(de)主(zhu)副(fu)腹(fu)板(ban)組(zu)成(cheng),小(xiao)車(che)鋼(gang)軌(gui)布(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)主(zhu)腹(fu)板(ban)上(shang)方(fang),箱(xiang)體(ti)內(nei)的(de)短(duan)加(jia)勁(jin)板(ban)能(neng)夠(gou)省(sheng)去(qu),其(qi)中(zhong)偏(pian)軌(gui)箱(xiang)形(xing)單(dan)主(zhu)梁(liang)是(shi)由(you)一(yi)根(gen)寬(kuan)翼(yi)緣(yuan)箱(xiang)形(xing)主(zhu)梁(liang)替(ti)代(dai)兩(liang)根(gen)主(zhu)梁(liang),自(zi)重(zhong)較(jiao)小(xiao),但(dan)製(zhi)造(zao)較(jiao)複(fu)雜(za)。四(si)桁(heng)架(jia)式(shi)構(gou)造(zao)由(you)四(si)片(pian)平(ping)麵(mian)桁(heng)架(jia)組(zu)合(he)成(cheng)封(feng)鎖(suo)型(xing)空(kong)間(jian)構(gou)造(zao),在(zai)上(shang)程(cheng)度(du)桁(heng)架(jia)外(wai)表(biao)普(pu)通(tong)鋪(pu)有(you)走(zou)台(tai)板(ban),自(zi)重(zhong)輕(qing),剛(gang)度(du)大(da),但(dan)與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)構(gou)造(zao)相(xiang)比(bi),外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)大(da),製(zhi)造(zao)較(jiao)複(fu)雜(za),疲(pi)倦(juan)強(qiang)度(du)較(jiao)低(di),已(yi)較(jiao)少(shao)消(xiao)費(fei)。
空(kong)腹(fu)桁(heng)架(jia)構(gou)造(zao)相(xiang)似(si)偏(pian)軌(gui)箱(xiang)形(xing)主(zhu)梁(liang),由(you)四(si)片(pian)鋼(gang)板(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)封(feng)鎖(suo)構(gou)造(zao),除(chu)主(zhu)腹(fu)板(ban)為(wei)實(shi)腹(fu)工(gong)字(zi)形(xing)梁(liang)外(wai),其(qi)他(ta)三(san)片(pian)鋼(gang)板(ban)上(shang)依(yi)照(zhao)設(she)計(ji)請(qing)求(qiu)切(qie)割(ge)成(cheng)許(xu)多(duo)窗(chuang)口(kou),構(gou)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)無(wu)斜(xie)杆(gan)的(de)空(kong)腹(fu)桁(heng)架(jia),在(zai)上(shang)、xiachengduhengjiawaibiaopuyouzoutaiban,qizhongjiyunzhuanjigoujidianqishebeizhuangzaiqiaojianeibu,zizhongjiaoqing,zhengtigangduda,zhezaizhongguoshijiaoweipubiancaiyongdeyizhongxingshi。
普通橋式起重機主要采用電力驅動,普通是在司機室內支配,也有遠間隔控製的。起重量可達五百噸,跨度可達60米。
簡易梁橋式起重機又稱梁式起重機,其構造組成與普通橋式起重機相似,起重量、kuaduhegongzuosudujunjiaoxiao。qiaojiazhuliangshiyougongziganghuoqitaxingganghebangangzuchengdejiandanjiemianliang,yongshoulahuluhuodiandonghulupeishangjianyixiaochezuoweiqizhongxiaoche,xiaocheputongzaigongziliangdexiayiyuanshangyunzhuan。qiaojianenggouyangaojiashangdeguidaoyunzhuan,yekeyanxuandiaozaigaojiaxiamiandeguidaoyunzhuan,zhezhongqizhongjichengweixuangualiangshiqizhongji。
冶(ye)金(jin)專(zhuan)用(yong)橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)鋼(gang)鐵(tie)消(xiao)費(fei)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)可(ke)參(can)與(yu)特(te)定(ding)的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)操(cao)作(zuo),其(qi)根(gen)本(ben)構(gou)造(zao)與(yu)普(pu)通(tong)橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)類(lei)似(si),但(dan)在(zai)起(qi)重(zhong)小(xiao)車(che)上(shang)還(hai)裝(zhuang)有(you)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)機(ji)構(gou)或(huo)安(an)裝(zhuang)。這(zhe)種(zhong)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)特(te)性(xing)是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)頻(pin)繁(fan)、條件惡劣,工作級別較高。主要有五品種型。
簡易梁橋式起重機類型鑄造起重機 鑄造起重機:供吊運鐵水注入混鐵爐、煉鋼爐和吊運鋼水注入連續鑄錠設備或鋼錠模等用。主小車吊運盛桶,副小車停止翻轉盛桶等輔助工作。
夾鉗起重機:應用夾鉗將高溫鋼錠垂直地吊運到深坑均熱爐中,或把它取出放到運錠車上。
脫錠起重機:用以把鋼錠從鋼錠模中強迫脫出。小車上有特地的脫錠安裝,脫錠方式依據錠模的外形而定:有的脫錠起重機用項杆壓住鋼錠,用大鉗提起錠模;有的用大鉗壓住錠模,用小鉗提起鋼錠。
加料起重機:用yong以yi將jiang爐lu料liao加jia到dao平ping爐lu中zhong。主zhu小xiao車che的de立li柱zhu下xia端duan裝zhuang有you挑tiao杆gan,用yong以yi挑tiao動dong料liao箱xiang並bing將jiang它ta送song入ru爐lu內nei。主zhu柱zhu可ke繞rao垂chui直zhi軸zhou回hui轉zhuan,挑tiao杆gan可ke上shang下xia擺bai動dong和he回hui轉zhuan。副fu小xiao車che用yong於yu修xiu爐lu等deng輔fu助zhu作zuo業ye。
鍛造起重機:用以與水壓機配合鍛造大型工件。主小車吊鉤上懸掛特殊翻料器,用以支持和翻轉工件;副小車用來抬起工件[1]。
