數控車床編程技巧
科學技術的發展,導致產品更新換代的加快和人們需求的多樣化,產品的生產也趨向品種多樣化、批量中小型化。為適應這一改動,數控(NC)設備在企業中的效果愈來愈大。我校作為國家級重點職校,為順應時代潮流,重點建設數控專業,選購了BIEJING-FANUCPowerMateO數控車床。它與一般車床比較,一個明顯的優點是:duilingjiangaidongdeshiyingxingqiang,tihuanlingjianzhixugaidongxiangyingdechengxu,duidaojujinxingjianlvedetiaozhengjikezuochuhegedelingjian,weijieyuechengbenyingdexianji。keshi,yaochongfenfahuishukongjichuangdexiaoguo,bujinyaoyoujiechudeyingjian,(如:優質的刀具、機床的精度等),更重要的是軟件:編程,即依據不同的零件的特點,編製合理、高效的加工程序。經過多年的編程實踐和教學,我探索出一些編程技巧。
數shu控kong車che床chuang雖sui然ran加jia工gong柔rou性xing比bi一yi般ban車che床chuang優you越yue,但dan單dan就jiu某mou一yi種zhong零ling件jian的de生sheng產chan功gong率lv而er言yan,與yu一yi般ban車che床chuang還hai存cun在zai必bi定ding的de差cha距ju。因yin而er,進jin步bu數shu控kong車che床chuang的de功gong率lv便bian成cheng為wei要yao害hai,而er合he理li運yun用yong編bian程cheng技ji巧qiao,編bian製zhi高gao功gong率lv的de加jia工gong程cheng序xu,對dui進jin步bu機ji床chuang功gong率lv往wang往wang具ju有you意yi想xiang不bu到dao的de效xiao果guo。
1、靈活設置參考點
BIEJING-FANUCPowerMateO數控車床共有二根軸,即主軸Z和刀具軸X。棒料中心為坐標係原點,各刀接近棒料時,坐標值減小,稱之為進刀;fanzhi,zuobiaozhizengda,chengweituidao。dangtuidaodaojukaishishifangweishi,daojutingzhi,cifangweichengweicankaodian。cankaodianshibianchengzhongyigefeichangzhongyaodegainian,meilvxingwanyicizhudongxunhuan,daojudouyoubiyaofanhuidaozhegefangwei,yubeixiayicixunhuan。yiner,zailvxingchengxuqian,youbiyaotiaozhengdaojujizhuzhoudeshijianfangweiyuzuobiaoshuzhibaochiyizhi。raner,cankaodiandeshijianfangweibingbushigudingbubiande,bianchengrenyuannenggouyijulingjiandezhijing、所用的刀具的品種、數量調整參考點的方位,縮短刀具的空行程。然後進步功率。
2.化零為整法

3、削減刀具空行程
在BIEJING-FANUCPowerMateO數控車床中,刀具的運動是依托步進電動機來帶動的,雖然在程序指令中有快速點定位指令G00,但(dan)與(yu)一(yi)般(ban)車(che)床(chuang)的(de)進(jin)給(gei)方(fang)法(fa)比(bi)較(jiao),仍(reng)然(ran)顯(xian)得(de)功(gong)率(lv)不(bu)高(gao)。因(yin)而(er),要(yao)想(xiang)進(jin)步(bu)機(ji)床(chuang)功(gong)率(lv),有(you)必(bi)要(yao)進(jin)步(bu)刀(dao)具(ju)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)功(gong)率(lv)。刀(dao)具(ju)的(de)空(kong)行(xing)程(cheng)是(shi)指(zhi)刀(dao)具(ju)接(jie)近(jin)工(gong)件(jian)和(he)切(qie)削(xue)結(jie)束(shu)後(hou)退(tui)回(hui)參(can)考(kao)點(dian)所(suo)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)間(jian)隔(ge)。隻(zhi)要(yao)削(xue)減(jian)刀(dao)具(ju)空(kong)行(xing)程(cheng),就(jiu)能(neng)夠(gou)進(jin)步(bu)刀(dao)具(ju)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)功(gong)率(lv)。(關於點位操控的數控車床,隻要求定位精度較高,定位過程可盡可能快,而刀具相對工件的運動路線是無關緊要的。)在zai機ji床chuang調tiao整zheng方fang麵mian,要yao將jiang刀dao具ju的de初chu始shi方fang位wei安an排pai在zai盡jin可ke能neng接jie近jin棒bang料liao的de地di方fang。在zai程cheng序xu方fang麵mian,要yao依yi據ju零ling件jian的de結jie構gou,運yun用yong盡jin可ke能neng少shao的de刀dao具ju加jia工gong零ling件jian使shi刀dao具ju在zai安an裝zhuang時shi互hu相xiang盡jin可ke能neng分fen散san,在zai很hen接jie近jin棒bang料liao時shi互hu相xiang就jiu不bu會hui產chan生sheng幹gan涉she;另ling一yi方fang麵mian,由you於yu刀dao具ju實shi踐jian的de初chu始shi方fang位wei現xian已yi與yu本ben來lai產chan生sheng了le改gai動dong,有you必bi要yao在zai程cheng序xu中zhong對dui刀dao具ju的de參can考kao點dian方fang位wei進jin行xing修xiu正zheng,使shi之zhi與yu實shi踐jian情qing況kuang相xiang符fu,與yu此ci同tong時shi再zai配pei合he快kuai速su點dian定ding位wei指zhi令ling,就jiu能neng夠gou將jiang刀dao具ju的de空kong行xing程cheng操cao控kong在zai最zui小xiao範fan圍wei內nei然ran後hou進jin步bu機ji床chuang加jia工gong功gong率lv。
4、優化參數,平衡刀具負荷,削減刀具磨損
