鍛錘的作業原理
鍛(duan)錘(chui)靠(kao)高(gao)壓(ya)氣(qi)體(ti)忽(hu)然(ran)開(kai)釋(shi)的(de)能(neng)量(liang)驅(qu)動(dong)上(shang),下(xia)錘(chui)頭(tou)高(gao)速(su)運(yun)動(dong),懸(xuan)空(kong)對(dui)擊(ji),是(shi)金(jin)屬(shu)塑(su)性(xing)成(cheng)形(xing)的(de)鑄(zhu)造(zao)方(fang)法(fa)。高(gao)速(su)錘(chui)鑄(zhu)造(zao)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)高(gao)能(neng)率(lv)成(cheng)形(xing)方(fang)法(fa),首(shou)要(yao)用(yong)於(yu)精(jing)密(mi)模(mo)鍛(duan)和(he)熱(re)揉(rou)捏(nie)。
