毛病處置
1.開機維護
緣由剖析,形成毛病的緣由有以下幾個:
A、場管損壞,為過流維護。B、二次整流管損壞,為過流維護。C、中頻變壓器損壞,為過流維護。D、溫控開關損壞,為錯誤維護。E、控製板維護電路損壞,為錯誤維護。
當焊機維護電路不工作時,焊機呈現過流時,會形成炸機。在維修時一定要特別留意維護電路能否正常。
