脈衝波形
脈(mai)衝(chong)波(bo)形(xing)在(zai)焊(han)接(jie)中(zhong)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)問(wen)題(ti),尤(you)其(qi)對(dui)於(yu)薄(bo)片(pian)焊(han)接(jie)更(geng)為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)。當(dang)高(gao)強(qiang)度(du)束(shu)射(she)至(zhi)材(cai)料(liao)表(biao)麵(mian),金(jin)屬(shu)表(biao)麵(mian)將(jiang)會(hui)有(you)的(de)能(neng)量(liang)反(fan)射(she)而(er)損(sun)失(shi)掉(diao),且(qie)反(fan)射(she)率(lv)隨(sui)表(biao)麵(mian)溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)。在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)脈(mai)衝(chong)作(zuo)用(yong)期(qi)間(jian)內(nei),金(jin)屬(shu)反(fan)射(she)率(lv)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)很(hen)大(da)。
脈衝寬度
脈寬是脈衝焊接的重要參數之一,它既是區別於材料去除和材料熔化的重要參數,也是決定加工設備造價及體積的關鍵參數。
離焦量的影響
因為激光焦點處光斑中心的功率密度過高,容易蒸發成孔。離開激光焦點的各平麵上,功率密度分布相對均勻。離焦方式有兩種:正(zheng)離(li)焦(jiao)與(yu)負(fu)離(li)焦(jiao)。焦(jiao)平(ping)麵(mian)位(wei)於(yu)工(gong)件(jian)上(shang)方(fang)為(wei)正(zheng)離(li)焦(jiao),反(fan)之(zhi)為(wei)負(fu)離(li)焦(jiao)。按(an)幾(ji)何(he)光(guang)學(xue)理(li)論(lun),當(dang)正(zheng)負(fu)離(li)焦(jiao)平(ping)麵(mian)與(yu)焊(han)接(jie)平(ping)麵(mian)距(ju)離(li)相(xiang)等(deng)時(shi),所(suo)對(dui)應(ying)平(ping)麵(mian)上(shang)功(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)近(jin)似(si)相(xiang)同(tong),但(dan)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)所(suo)獲(huo)得(de)的(de)熔(rong)池(chi)形(xing)狀(zhuang)不(bu)同(tong)。負(fu)離(li)焦(jiao)時(shi),可(ke)獲(huo)得(de)更(geng)大(da)的(de)熔(rong)深(shen),這(zhe)與(yu)熔(rong)池(chi)的(de)形(xing)成(cheng)過(guo)程(cheng)有(you)關(guan)。
