汽化切割
在(zai)高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)激(ji)光(guang)束(shu)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)下(xia),資(zi)料(liao)外(wai)表(biao)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)至(zhi)沸(fei)點(dian)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)速(su)度(du)是(shi)如(ru)此(ci)之(zhi)快(kuai),足(zu)以(yi)防(fang)止(zhi)熱(re)傳(chuan)導(dao)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)凝(ning)結(jie),於(yu)是(shi)局(ju)部(bu)資(zi)料(liao)汽(qi)化(hua)成(cheng)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)消(xiao)逝(shi),局(ju)部(bu)資(zi)料(liao)作(zuo)為(wei)噴(pen)出(chu)物(wu)從(cong)切(qie)縫(feng)底(di)部(bu)被(bei)輔(fu)助(zhu)氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)吹(chui)走(zou)。一(yi)些(xie)不(bu)能(neng)凝(ning)結(jie)的(de)資(zi)料(liao),如(ru)木(mu)材(cai)、碳素資料和某些塑料就是經過這種汽化切割辦法切割成形的。
汽化切割過程中,蒸汽隨身帶走凝結質點和衝刷碎屑,構成孔洞。汽化過程中,大約40%的資料化作蒸汽消逝,而有60%的資料是以熔滴的方式被氣流驅除的。
凝結切割

氧化凝結
凝(ning)結(jie)切(qie)割(ge)普(pu)通(tong)運(yun)用(yong)惰(duo)性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti),假(jia)如(ru)代(dai)之(zhi)以(yi)氧(yang)氣(qi)或(huo)其(qi)它(ta)活(huo)性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti),資(zi)料(liao)在(zai)激(ji)光(guang)束(shu)的(de)映(ying)照(zhao)下(xia)被(bei)點(dian)燃(ran),與(yu)氧(yang)氣(qi)發(fa)作(zuo)劇(ju)烈(lie)的(de)化(hua)學(xue)反(fan)響(xiang)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)另(ling)一(yi)熱(re)源(yuan),稱(cheng)為(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)凝(ning)結(jie)切(qie)割(ge)。詳(xiang)細(xi)描(miao)繪(hui)如(ru)下(xia):
⑴資zi料liao外wai表biao在zai激ji光guang束shu的de映ying照zhao下xia很hen快kuai被bei加jia熱re到dao燃ran點dian溫wen度du,隨sui之zhi與yu氧yang氣qi發fa作zuo劇ju烈lie的de熄xi滅mie反fan響xiang,放fang出chu大da量liang熱re量liang。在zai此ci熱re量liang作zuo用yong下xia,資zi料liao內nei部bu構gou成cheng充chong溢yi蒸zheng汽qi的de小xiao孔kong,而er小xiao孔kong的de四si周zhou為wei熔rong融rong的de金jin屬shu壁bi所suo包bao圍wei。
⑵熄(xi)滅(mie)物(wu)質(zhi)轉(zhuan)移(yi)成(cheng)熔(rong)渣(zha)控(kong)製(zhi)氧(yang)和(he)金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)熄(xi)滅(mie)速(su)度(du),同(tong)時(shi)氧(yang)氣(qi)擴(kuo)散(san)經(jing)過(guo)熔(rong)渣(zha)抵(di)達(da)點(dian)火(huo)前(qian)沿(yan)的(de)快(kuai)慢(man)也(ye)對(dui)熄(xi)滅(mie)速(su)度(du)有(you)很(hen)大(da)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。氧(yang)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)越(yue)高(gao),熄(xi)滅(mie)化(hua)學(xue)反(fan)響(xiang)和(he)去(qu)除(chu)熔(rong)渣(zha)的(de)速(su)度(du)也(ye)越(yue)快(kuai)。當(dang)然(ran),氧(yang)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)不(bu)是(shi)越(yue)高(gao)越(yue)好(hao),由(you)於(yu)流(liu)速(su)過(guo)快(kuai)會(hui)招(zhao)致(zhi)切(qie)縫(feng)出(chu)口(kou)處(chu)反(fan)響(xiang)產(chan)物(wu)即(ji)金(jin)屬(shu)氧(yang)化(hua)物(wu)的(de)快(kuai)速(su)冷(leng)卻(que),這(zhe)對(dui)切(qie)割(ge)質(zhi)量(liang)也(ye)是(shi)不(bu)利(li)的(de)。
⑶顯xian然ran,氧yang化hua凝ning結jie切qie割ge過guo程cheng存cun在zai著zhe兩liang個ge熱re源yuan,即ji激ji光guang映ying照zhao能neng和he氧yang與yu金jin屬shu化hua學xue反fan響xiang產chan生sheng的de熱re能neng。據ju估gu量liang,切qie割ge鋼gang時shi,氧yang化hua反fan響xiang放fang出chu的de熱re量liang要yao占zhan到dao切qie割ge所suo需xu全quan部bu能neng量liang的de60%左右。
很明顯,與惰性氣體比擬,運用氧作輔助氣體可取得較高的切割速度。
⑷在zai具ju有you兩liang個ge熱re源yuan的de氧yang化hua凝ning結jie切qie割ge過guo程cheng中zhong,假jia如ru氧yang的de熄xi滅mie速su度du高gao於yu激ji光guang束shu的de挪nuo動dong速su度du,割ge縫feng顯xian得de寬kuan而er粗cu糙cao。假jia如ru激ji光guang束shu挪nuo動dong的de速su度du比bi氧yang的de熄xi滅mie速su度du快kuai,則ze所suo得de切qie縫feng狹xia而er潤run滑hua。
控製斷裂
關於容易受熱毀壞的脆性資料,經過激光束加熱停止高速、可控的切斷,稱為控製斷裂切割。這種切割過程主要內容是:激ji光guang束shu加jia熱re脆cui性xing資zi料liao小xiao塊kuai區qu域yu,惹re起qi該gai區qu域yu大da的de熱re梯ti度du和he嚴yan重zhong的de機ji械xie變bian形xing,招zhao致zhi資zi料liao構gou成cheng裂lie痕hen。隻zhi需xu堅jian持chi平ping衡heng的de加jia熱re梯ti度du,激ji光guang束shu可ke引yin導dao裂lie痕hen在zai任ren何he需xu求qiu的de方fang向xiang產chan生sheng。
要(yao)留(liu)意(yi)的(de)是(shi),這(zhe)種(zhong)控(kong)製(zhi)斷(duan)裂(lie)切(qie)割(ge)不(bu)合(he)適(shi)切(qie)割(ge)銳(rui)角(jiao)和(he)角(jiao)邊(bian)切(qie)縫(feng)。切(qie)割(ge)特(te)大(da)封(feng)鎖(suo)外(wai)形(xing)也(ye)不(bu)容(rong)易(yi)取(qu)得(de)勝(sheng)利(li)。控(kong)製(zhi)斷(duan)裂(lie)切(qie)割(ge)速(su)度(du)快(kuai),不(bu)需(xu)求(qiu)太(tai)高(gao)的(de)功(gong)率(lv),否(fou)則(ze)會(hui)惹(re)起(qi)工(gong)件(jian)外(wai)表(biao)凝(ning)結(jie),毀(hui)壞(huai)切(qie)縫(feng)邊(bian)緣(yuan)。其(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)控(kong)製(zhi)參(can)數(shu)是(shi)激(ji)光(guang)功(gong)率(lv)和(he)光(guang)斑(ban)尺(chi)寸(cun)大(da)小(xiao)。
切割程序
1、交點位置的檢出。激光切割前需先依據材質調整光束焦點在工件上的位置,由於激光束,特別是CO2氣體激光,普通肉眼看不到,可采用楔形丙烯塊檢測出焦點位置,然後調理割炬的高度,使焦點處於設定位置。
2、穿chuan孔kong操cao作zuo要yao點dian。世shi紀ji切qie割ge加jia工gong時shi,有you的de零ling件jian從cong板ban材cai的de內nei部bu開kai端duan切qie割ge,這zhe就jiu要yao先xian在zai板ban材cai上shang打da孔kong。一yi種zhong辦ban法fa是shi采cai用yong連lian續xu激ji光guang,在zai薄bo板ban上shang穿chuan孔kong,能neng夠gou用yong正zheng常chang的de輔fu助zhu氣qi體ti壓ya力li,光guang束shu映ying照zhao0.2~1s就能貫串工件,然後即可轉入切割。當工件厚度較大(如板厚為2~4mm)shi,caiyongzhengchangdeqitiyalichuankong,zaigongjianwaibiaoshanghuigouchengchicunbinidaderongkeng。budanyingxiangqiegezhiliang,erqierongrongwuzhijianchukenengsunhuaitoujinghuopenzui。cishiyiqiadangzengdafuzhuqitideyali,tongshishaoweizengdapenzuidekongjingyugongjiandejiange。zhezhongbanfadequexianshiqitiliuliangzengjiabingshiqiegesudujiangdi。
3、避bi免mian工gong件jian銳rui角jiao轉zhuan機ji處chu的de燒shao熔rong。用yong連lian續xu激ji光guang切qie割ge帶dai有you銳rui角jiao零ling件jian時shi,如ru切qie割ge參can數shu匹pi配pei或huo操cao作zuo不bu當dang,在zai銳rui角jiao的de轉zhuan機ji處chu很hen容rong易yi發fa作zuo自zi燒shao熔rong,不bu能neng構gou成cheng轉zhuan角jiao處chu的de尖jian角jiao。這zhe不bu隻zhi使shi該gai部bu位wei的de質zhi質zhi變bian差cha,而er且qie還hai會hui影ying響xiang隨sui後hou的de切qie割ge。處chu理li這zhe一yi問wen題ti的de辦ban法fa是shi選xuan擇ze適shi合he的de切qie割ge參can數shu,而er采cai用yong脈mai衝chong激ji光guang切qie割ge時shi不bu存cun在zai銳rui角jiao轉zhuan機ji處chu的de燒shao熔rong問wen題ti。
