開環操控型
該(gai)類(lei)焊(han)接(jie)專(zhuan)機(ji)的(de)操(cao)控(kong)體(ti)係(xi)一(yi)般(ban)選(xuan)用(yong)開(kai)環(huan)操(cao)控(kong),即(ji)選(xuan)用(yong)操(cao)控(kong)體(ti)係(xi)預(yu)先(xian)設(she)置(zhi)參(can)數(shu),由(you)履(lv)行(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)按(an)操(cao)控(kong)程(cheng)序(xu)順(shun)序(xu)履(lv)行(xing)。這(zhe)類(lei)設(she)備(bei)結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單(dan),技(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)和(he)本(ben)錢(qian)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)低(di),所(suo)以(yi)得(de)到(dao)了(le)很(hen)多(duo)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)。因(yin)為(wei)在(zai)焊(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),焊(han)接(jie)參(can)數(shu)的(de)波(bo)動(dong)不(bu)能(neng)進(jin)行(xing)閉(bi)環(huan)的(de)反(fan)應(ying)操(cao)控(kong),焊(han)接(jie)機(ji)頭(tou)或(huo)焊(han)接(jie)工(gong)件(jian)的(de)運(yun)動(dong)隻(zhi)能(neng)按(an)照(zhao)預(yu)先(xian)的(de)規(gui)則(ze)途(tu)徑(jing)或(huo)軌(gui)道(dao)進(jin)行(xing),不(bu)能(neng)夠(gou)跟(gen)著(zhe)工(gong)件(jian)焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)改(gai)變(bian)而(er)改(gai)變(bian),因(yin)而(er),在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應(ying)確(que)保(bao)工(gong)件(jian)的(de)共(gong)同(tong)性(xing)和(he)焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)合(he)作(zuo)精(jing)度(du),才(cai)幹(gan)達(da)到(dao)進(jin)步(bu)焊(han)接(jie)效(xiao)率(lv)和(he)產(chan)品(pin)焊(han)接(jie)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)。如(ru)右(you)圖(tu)即(ji)為(wei)機(ji)械(xie)手(shou)主(zhu)動(dong)翻(fan)轉(zhuan)焊(han)接(jie)專(zhuan)機(ji),該(gai)焊(han)接(jie)專(zhuan)機(ji)由(you)數(shu)控(kong)操(cao)控(kong)體(ti)係(xi)軟(ruan)件(jian)預(yu)先(xian)設(she)置(zhi)機(ji)械(xie)手(shou)(夾持焊槍部份)移動軌道及渠道翻轉視點,對焊件多個點及、線、麵(mian)等(deng)按(an)預(yu)先(xian)設(she)置(zhi)好(hao)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu)進(jin)行(xing)全(quan)程(cheng)主(zhu)動(dong)焊(han)接(jie)。因(yin)為(wei)開(kai)環(huan)操(cao)控(kong),焊(han)接(jie)程(cheng)序(xu)預(yu)先(xian)設(she)置(zhi)好(hao),焊(han)槍(qiang)動(dong)作(zuo)不(bu)因(yin)工(gong)件(jian)存(cun)在(zai)差(cha)錯(cuo)主(zhu)動(dong)調(tiao)整(zheng)動(dong)作(zuo)而(er)去(qu)適(shi)應(ying)焊(han)件(jian)差(cha)錯(cuo),因(yin)而(er)需(xu)求(qiu)工(gong)件(jian)緊(jin)密(mi)合(he)作(zuo)共(gong)同(tong),各(ge)個(ge)待(dai)焊(han)件(jian)確(que)保(bao)共(gong)同(tong)或(huo)在(zai)差(cha)錯(cuo)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),否(fou)則(ze)就(jiu)無(wu)法(fa)主(zhu)動(dong)完(wan)結(jie)全(quan)部(bu)焊(han)接(jie)工(gong)作(zuo)。
自適應操控
該gai類lei專zhuan機ji是shi一yi種zhong主zhu動dong化hua程cheng度du較jiao高gao的de焊han接jie設she備bei。它ta配pei備bei傳chuan感gan器qi和he電dian子zi檢jian測ce線xian路lu,對dui焊han縫feng的de軌gui道dao主zhu動dong導dao向xiang和he盯ding梢shao,有you的de設she備bei還hai能neng夠gou對dui焊han接jie參can數shu如ru焊han接jie電dian流liu、焊接電壓、焊(han)接(jie)速(su)度(du)等(deng)完(wan)結(jie)閉(bi)環(huan)操(cao)控(kong),整(zheng)個(ge)焊(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)按(an)預(yu)先(xian)設(she)置(zhi)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu)和(he)工(gong)藝(yi)參(can)數(shu)主(zhu)動(dong)完(wan)結(jie)。比(bi)方(fang),大(da)一(yi)點(dian)的(de)筒(tong)體(ti)或(huo)管(guan)類(lei)零(ling)件(jian),如(ru)右(you)圖(tu)所(suo)示(shi),要(yao)確(que)保(bao)工(gong)件(jian)的(de)共(gong)同(tong)性(xing)和(he)達(da)到(dao)很(hen)高(gao)的(de)合(he)作(zuo)精(jing)度(du)是(shi)十(shi)分(fen)困(kun)難(nan)的(de),需(xu)求(qiu)花(hua)費(fei)更(geng)大(da)的(de)本(ben)錢(qian)。該(gai)焊(han)接(jie)專(zhuan)機(ji)選(xuan)用(yong)了(le)弧(hu)長(chang)盯(ding)梢(shao)器(qi)和(he)焊(han)槍(qiang)搖(yao)擺(bai)器(qi)。因(yin)為(wei)工(gong)件(jian)外(wai)表(biao)的(de)凹(ao)凸(tu)不(bu)平(ping),需(xu)求(qiu)焊(han)槍(qiang)跟(gen)著(zhe)工(gong)件(jian)外(wai)表(biao)的(de)凹(ao)凸(tu)不(bu)平(ping),需(xu)求(qiu)進(jin)行(xing)上(shang)下(xia)運(yun)動(dong),以(yi)保(bao)持(chi)焊(han)槍(qiang)與(yu)工(gong)件(jian)外(wai)表(biao)的(de)距(ju)離(li)共(gong)同(tong),然(ran)後(hou)確(que)保(bao)電(dian)弧(hu)的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)。同(tong)時(shi)能(neng)夠(gou)主(zhu)動(dong)完(wan)結(jie)多(duo)層(ceng)焊(han)接(jie)。若(ruo)焊(han)接(jie)兩(liang)層(ceng),當(dang)焊(han)接(jie)完(wan)一(yi)周(zhou)後(hou),盯(ding)梢(shao)器(qi)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)外(wai)表(biao)高(gao)度(du)添(tian)加(jia),則(ze)能(neng)夠(gou)主(zhu)動(dong)將(jiang)焊(han)槍(qiang)進(jin)步(bu)。
智能化
它利用各類高檔傳感元件,如視覺傳感器、觸角傳感器、光敏傳感器等,並借助計算機軟件體係、數據庫、專家體係而具有辨認、判斷、實時檢測、運算、主動編程、焊接參數調用等,操作人員隻需在人機界麵上輸入資料的牌號、板厚、坡口方式、焊絲牌號和直徑、焊han劑ji或huo保bao護hu氣qi體ti種zhong類lei等deng,焊han接jie工gong藝yi參can數shu主zhu動dong生sheng成cheng或huo調tiao用yong相xiang應ying參can數shu。即ji可ke完wan結jie全quan主zhu動dong焊han接jie。因yin為wei這zhe類lei設she備bei本ben錢qian十shi分fen高gao,實shi際ji影ying響xiang焊han接jie質zhi量liang的de要yao素su很hen多duo,比bi方fang氣qi體ti的de純chun度du,流liu量liang,焊han接jie電dian流liu,電dian壓ya,電dian源yuan輸shu入ru的de波bo動dong,工gong件jian的de水shui汽qi或huo鏽xiu蝕shi、焊縫的寬窄,焊縫的高低等等,所以很難真實完結智能化焊接,在實際出產中很少用到。
