超聲波塑焊機的介紹
超聲波塑膠焊接原理是由發生器發生20KHZ(或15KHZ)的高壓、高頻信號、經(jing)過(guo)換(huan)能(neng)係(xi)統(tong),把(ba)信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)高(gao)頻(pin)機(ji)械(xie)振(zhen)蕩(dang),加(jia)於(yu)塑(su)料(liao)製(zhi)品(pin)工(gong)件(jian)上(shang),經(jing)過(guo)工(gong)件(jian)外(wai)表(biao)及(ji)內(nei)在(zai)分(fen)子(zi)件(jian)的(de)衝(chong)突(tu)而(er)使(shi)傳(chuan)處(chu)到(dao)接(jie)口(kou)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao),當(dang)溫(wen)度(du)達(da)到(dao)此(ci)工(gong)件(jian)本(ben)身(shen)的(de)熔(rong)點(dian)時(shi),使(shi)工(gong)件(jian)接(jie)口(kou)敏(min)捷(jie)熔(rong)化(hua),繼(ji)而(er)填(tian)充(chong)於(yu)接(jie)口(kou)間(jian)的(de)空(kong)隙(xi),當(dang)振(zhen)蕩(dang)中(zhong)止(zhi),工(gong)件(jian)同(tong)時(shi)在(zai)必(bi)定(ding)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)冷(leng)卻(que)定(ding)形(xing),便(bian)達(da)成(cheng)焊(han)接(jie)。
