破碎設備的作業原理
顎式破碎機

圓錐破碎機
作業時,電動機帶動皮帶輪或聯軸器旋轉,然後通過水平軸、偏疼套、懸掛豎軸迫使動錐沿著定錐內外表作旋擺運動。在動錐靠攏定錐的區段,物料遭到動錐的揉捏、碰擊和彎曲效果而破碎,構成破碎腔;在動錐違背定錐的地方,已被破碎的物料在自重效果下從錐底卸出。破碎機通過接連性的作業實現對石料的持續破碎。

錘式破碎機
