起重機防搖技能研討
摘要:在(zai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)發(fa)動(dong)和(he)停(ting)止(zhi)以(yi)及(ji)加(jia)速(su)和(he)減(jian)速(su)進(jin)程(cheng)中(zhong),很(hen)簡(jian)略(lve)使(shi)吊(diao)具(ju)左(zuo)右(you)或(huo)前(qian)後(hou)搖(yao)晃(huang),在(zai)必(bi)定(ding)程(cheng)度(du)上(shang)影(ying)響(xiang)了(le)起(qi)重(zhong)裝(zhuang)卸(xie)功(gong)率(lv)和(he)進(jin)步(bu)了(le)司(si)機(ji)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)強(qiang)度(du),因(yin)而(er)咱(zan)們(men)要(yao)經(jing)過(guo)選(xuan)用(yong)先(xian)進(jin)的(de)防(fang)搖(yao)技(ji)能(neng),經(jing)過(guo)完(wan)成(cheng)對(dui)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)準(zhun)確(que)定(ding)位(wei)來(lai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)。文(wen)章(zhang)首(shou)要(yao)對(dui)當(dang)時(shi)使(shi)用(yong)比(bi)較(jiao)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)防(fang)搖(yao)技(ji)能(neng)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)扼(e)要(yao)的(de)探(tan)討(tao)。
一、前言
吊(diao)具(ju)的(de)搖(yao)晃(huang)問(wen)題(ti),一(yi)向(xiang)是(shi)令(ling)起(qi)重(zhong)行(xing)業(ye)規(gui)劃(hua)和(he)調(tiao)試(shi)人(ren)員(yuan)頭(tou)痛(tong)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)問(wen)題(ti)。起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)裝(zhuang)卸(xie)貨(huo)物(wu)時(shi),因(yin)為(wei)其(qi)速(su)度(du)的(de)改(gai)變(bian)以(yi)及(ji)外(wai)界(jie)攪(jiao)擾(rao)要(yao)素(su)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),使(shi)吊(diao)具(ju)前(qian)後(hou)、左zuo右you的de來lai回hui搖yao晃huang,在zai影ying響xiang生sheng產chan功gong率lv的de一yi起qi造zao成cheng必bi定ding的de安an全quan隱yin患huan,終zhong究jiu造zao成cheng嚴yan重zhong的de經jing濟ji損sun失shi。因yin而er,研yan討tao一yi套tao起qi重zhong機ji的de吊diao具ju防fang搖yao體ti係xi,完wan成cheng穩wen定ding吊diao具ju、平穩操作成為起重機製造商和研討機構一向重視的問題。
一個好的防搖體係能起傑出的減搖作用,大大進步了勞動生產率。近年來,考慮到現代起重機增加吊重防搖操控體係的必要性,對防搖操控辦法的理論研討較多,但這些理論辦法隻要以理論研討和仿真為主導,與實際可行的物理完成還存在必定間隔,很多方麵的使用還不是很理想。
二、機械式防搖技能
機械式防搖技能經過在小車架下設備防搖設備,包括減搖鋼絲繩、卷juan筒tong和he力li矩ju約yue束shu器qi傳chuan動dong鏈lian及ji帶dai單dan向xiang軸zhou承cheng的de卷juan筒tong和he製zhi動dong器qi,經jing過guo機ji械xie手shou段duan耗hao費fei搖yao晃huang的de能neng量liang以yi完wan成cheng終zhong究jiu消xiao除chu搖yao晃huang的de意yi圖tu,然ran後hou進jin步bu起qi重zhong機ji的de作zuo業ye功gong率lv。

三、電子式防搖技能
(一)傳統操控理論剖析

為wei了le處chu理li以yi上shang問wen題ti,進jin步bu電dian子zi防fang搖yao技ji能neng,學xue者zhe們men做zuo了le很hen多duo研yan討tao。經jing過guo很hen多duo的de研yan討tao,研yan製zhi出chu了le一yi個ge比bi較jiao先xian進jin的de設she備bei。在zai小xiao車che架jia下xia設she備bei一yi激ji光guang、紅(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)器(qi)或(huo)攝(she)像(xiang)頭(tou),以(yi)作(zuo)為(wei)發(fa)射(she)設(she)備(bei),別(bie)的(de)相(xiang)應(ying)得(de)再(zai)設(she)備(bei)一(yi)個(ge)承(cheng)受(shou)設(she)備(bei),在(zai)吊(diao)具(ju)上(shang)架(jia)設(she)備(bei)反(fan)射(she)器(qi),當(dang)吊(diao)具(ju)呈(cheng)現(xian)搖(yao)晃(huang)的(de)狀(zhuang)況(kuang),承(cheng)受(shou)設(she)備(bei)會(hui)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)吊(diao)具(ju)前(qian)後(hou)搖(yao)晃(huang)的(de)視(shi)點(dian)和(he)角(jiao)速(su)度(du),然(ran)後(hou)能(neng)夠(gou)準(zhun)確(que)得(de)操(cao)控(kong)好(hao)小(xiao)車(che)的(de)運(yun)轉(zhuan)方(fang)向(xiang)和(he)速(su)度(du),使(shi)搖(yao)晃(huang)視(shi)點(dian)約(yue)束(shu)在(zai)必(bi)定(ding)的(de)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),終(zhong)究(jiu)完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)防(fang)搖(yao)的(de)意(yi)圖(tu)。
(二)電子防搖技能的發展方向
因為於起重機體係的數學模型具有非線性特性和不確定性,常規的操控辦法(如傳統的機械防搖技能、現在的電子防搖體係的操控方式)往wang往wang難nan以yi見jian效xiao,因yin而er隻zhi有you不bu依yi賴lai數shu學xue模mo型xing且qie能neng習xi慣guan不bu確que定ding性xing的de智zhi能neng操cao控kong辦ban法fa才cai合he適shi使shi用yong到dao這zhe類lei操cao控kong中zhong來lai。含han糊hu操cao控kong作zuo為wei能neng操cao控kong首shou要yao分fen支zhi,經jing過guo模mo仿fang起qi重zhong機ji司si機ji的de實shi際ji操cao作zuo經jing驗yan建jian立li含han糊hu操cao控kong規gui矩ju庫ku,操cao控kong好hao小xiao車che的de速su度du及ji加jia速su度du,能neng夠gou克ke服fu因yin為wei進jin程cheng自zi身shen的de不bu確que定ding性xing、不準確性及噪聲帶來的困難,當時含糊操控技能在起重機防搖的實驗或仿真方麵取得了必定作用,並且取得了比較滿意的操控作用。
與電子式防搖技能相比,含糊操控能夠完成更為理想的操控作用,但是單純的含糊操控很難完成“從屬度函數的自動完成”和“含糊規矩的自動提取”,而神經網絡不但能很好地處理這兩大難題,並且能夠增強體係的習慣能力。含糊神經網絡操控器,即FNN,shiyigesicengdeshenjingwangluo,qizhongdiyicengweiweishuruceng,diercengweihanhuhuaceng,disancengweiguijuceng,disicengweishuchuceng。genjuhanhushenjingwangluocaokongqidedianzifangyaotixishizaiyuanlaidetixizhongzengjiashuzishixuanzhuanbianmaqihekebianchengzhinenghuachuanganqi。shuzishixuanzhuanbianmaqiyuchuandongzhouxianglian,yongyuduixiaochefangweihediaojugaodudejiance,kebianchengzhinenghuachuanganqijiancediaojubaijiao,yinergaitixiyingjianfeichangjianlve,buxuqiuduiyuanxiaochecaokongtixizuohendadetiaozheng。zhuanzaiyufanwenwoguowang。

四、結語
